I had a hidden winch system from Rough Country installed on a 2023 Toyota Tundra. The factory bumper cover must be cut to install this system. I was not happy with the cuts around the recovery points and fairlead plate. I spoke to Mike about it and he ordered a new bumper cover and re-cut everything for me no questions asked. The install looks perfect now. They also installed a lift and fender flares for me. Top notch service and craftsmanship. I highly recommend them for all your 4x4 needs.

They hooked up my tundra! After 2 months of driving it I had my brakes done and the mechanic found my passenger tire was 2 nuts loose and the cotter pin was missing from 1 of the castle nuts. They also charged me an hour of labor for "cutting" my wheel well for my new rims to fit which me or the mechanic couldn't find. Triple check thier work before you drive off.

Very happy with the work from 4wp. Donovan and crew were great to work with. Helped me find the parts that fit my 2019 Ram Warlock 2wd and is sitting just the way I wanted it. 2 leveling, 2 spacers, and alignment.

Garbage Customer Service, Garbage lift withTailight guarantee. My trucks 4x4 front drive axel worked prior to their modification and failed to work after. No initiated follow-up on checking work done for safety (bolts etc) 4WP corporate and store faught not to make things right. BUT DON'T LISTEN TO ME, check out California BBB (not listed with) and BAR complaints. Do your research like I should have done and you'll see this business (except for the off--the-shelf accories) is trash. "Bring it in and we'll make it right" DOES NOT EXIST with them.

I just want to say I m very happy I went with 4 wheel parts. They were very professional and helpful with all the questions I had. Loving the way my 10th gen came out. I ll definitely be coming back for more upgrades heres a nice before and after pic

That's a negative 5 star. I'll let the photo speak for itself. I decided to go through 4wheel parts to install my stage 3 Icons I got charge to for an alignment. I had to change my tires after 10k miles. Alignment was never done.
