We own a 2010 country coach.Steve has been most helpful in designing solutions to modernize our coach and to make it more comfortable.He is a master at installing MCD blinds and coordinating the electronics.He also added some down lights ( Boogie lights) for when we are parked. Very cool!!Don't hesitate to call him.

Steve did a wonderful job on all the shades in our motorhome. He originally did several of our shades a few years back when we first purchased the motorhome and then when we decided to do the front windshield and side shades earlier this year, we knew who to call. A couple months later and we were finally ready to take the motorhome out for our first trip since the big window had been done, I encountered a problem, and Steve was on it. He gave me instructions over the phone and everything was back to perfect within 5 minutes. I highly recommend Steve! He did a fantastic job. Thank you again Steve!

Steve from Tropic Shield is amazing! I was experiencing issues with a large MCD shade in my 2021 Lance 2285 (while camping). I went to their website and called the cell phone number posted, mind you this was on a Sunday and a holiday weekend. Steve answered and took 20-30 minutes of his time just to walk me through trouble shooting procedures and also communicated to me the most common issues of why our shade was having the issue it was having. Moral of the story, it is very uncommon for someone to take precious time out of their day and assist customers like that. Steve is exceptional, and I will be ordering my replacement parts soon!
