I had my Jeep Dana 300 transfer case rebuilt by this guy Eric(the owner), and he failed 5 times in a row to make it be able to shift. It shifted fine before and functioned fine before he touched it. I missed a whole desert season due to this garbage and that I can never get back. I had to pull and reinstall my transfer case 5 times due to his incompetence and he even lied and told me he took it to another shop to check it and told me they agreed it was fine. I took it to the shop he said he had taken it to and they told me they never saw it and everything was installed improperly and cost me an additional $1200 to get it dealt with properly. He lost my origional parts so it made it much more difficult for the good shop to rebuild. I recommend MIT if you need driveline repair as they were very professional and knowledgeable and it s never shifted so easy since I ve owned it. Don t use these guys if you value your time and equipment. I have asked many times for my money back but he has been very unprofessional about it and hides in the back of the shop when I ve asked to speak to him about it. Zero stars would be given if I could!

Was having problems with my transfer case in my 2018 Dodge Ram 5500. Found transfer case warehouse online and gave them a call I was pleased with their knowledge and decided to drop off my transfer case at their shop. They turned it around in 2 business days and transfer case is working great. No one had this transfer case in stock not even the dealership. I would highly recommend these guys if you need a transfer case. Price was very good too!!!

Ordered transfer case for my 01 ram 2500 that i just picked up in prestine conditions! Took them 1 day to build and even took the time to meet me on his day off to deliver me the part! Just wanna take a moment to mention that Eric and his guys are an awesome people. The transfer case on my 16 Silverado dually Duramax gave out. Searched several places and came across Transfer Case Warehouse and with there knowledge and know how was able to get me one in the matter of days so that I could get it installed by shop I trusted to do the job properly. Name of the shop is called Bateman Tire & Auto of Jacksonville Texas. So I leave them my truck but before I leave I remind them that Eric and his guys recommended a certain brand to which the place said ok. So I get a call a day the next from Jarod which is the owner of Bateman auto saying my truck is ready to be picked up. I pick it up and drive it for a while and I start hearing the same sounds from my previous transfer and and shortly after I m down again due to transfer case problems. Since I m on the and far from home I take it to another shop where it was discovered that no fluid was ever added by the shop I used for the R&R. I called Jarod immediately about the situation to which his response was he was not responsible nor liable due to me bringing my out part. Not once did he sat he would try to make things right. So hear I am calling Eric and his guys explaining to them I needed another transfer case and that how I was out the transfer case and labor due to Batemans ignorance and lack of trying to work with me. Eric was cool and agreed to work with even tho everything was good on there end. Nice to know there s still good people out there looking out for people like me and others. Keep up the good work and God Bless

I had an early Atlas II that I was trying to adapt from an old setup to a newer transmission, and while changing out the input shaft they were able to identify and fix several issues with different size seals and bearings since Advanced adapters has changed some of their parts since the early days. As soon as I got them the parts, they had it fixed next day!

Great communication, Eric was patient and knowledgeable. Everything was as advertised. As a customer I felt respected and appreciated. I would definitely do business with Transfer Case Warehouse again!

The service was excellent and I appreciated the advice to upgrade from a 1356 to a NP271F. With that being said, for anyone else doing this switch, you will have to switch both front and rear driveline ends to a flange style. After I completed the switch, the Transfer Case Warehouse followed up with me to make sure that everything was working correctly. I will use them again when I need another transfer case.

Great service and awesome transfer cases!! I called one day, it was sent out the next day, arrived on time, perfectly packed in a nice case, got it installed, and off to the races!! These guys at Transfer Case Warehouse are stellar. Knowledgeable and friendly!
