pretty unhappy with my experience for a number of reasons. Dont feel like typing them all out but bottom line if you dont get your tires bought directly from them don't expect the best service.

Yesterday, Friday afternoon at 3:30 I was just finishing up some volunteer work with a friend. I had to get her home and get back to my house to make dinner for company. All of a sudden I noticed my tire light came on. It said my right front tire was low on air. I noticed it continue to go down so my friend said let's go to either a gas station and put air in and then you can get home and figure out what to do or there is a tire place, not far away. We pulled into Tire auto service at 3:45 PM. I pulled over to the bays where they work on the cars and they were full and busy. A young man, Tate, came out to see what we need it. I told him our situation and said, what should I do. He told me to put the car in park and turn it off. He went and took a look at my Tire. He said there was a screw in the tire and that was the problem. My tire was continuing to lose air. He looked around and said I have to finish these two vehicles, this guy is off for the day. I can ask Roberto if he will do it. He does not usually work on tires, because Our technicians don't get paid much for doing a tire. He usually does larger jobs, but I can ask him. So he went and asked and came back with Roberto. Within minutes, the car was up on a jack, the tire was off Roberto plugged two spots Came back and put our tire on and we were gone and I had my friend home by 4:15 PM. The price was minimal and the service was priceless. I couldn't have asked for a better way to end a Friday afternoon. We will be returning to this shop. Great service.

I had an emergency tire repair while visiting from out of town. The team at Tire Choice got me in quickly and took care of the problem at a fair price. They were very professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend.

Tate and Henry did an amazing job, I had a full set of new tires mounted in less than 2 hours. Great customer service, definitely my tire shop of choice.

Huge shoutout to Tate, the manager, and Robert, the wizard technician, at Tire Choice Auto Service Centers! I swung by for a lightbulb change, and these guys made it a breeze.Tate runs the show like a champ, and Robert, the man with the plan, did the technical magic. Fast, confident work, and a fantastic tag team. These guys know their stuff!Beyond their skills, they're just great people. I pulled in with a skid plate dragging from a faulty oil change and my screws and lips were all missing Tate invited me in free of charge had all the screws on hand and did my repairs. Thank you so much Tate for your amazing service!

The worst place ever. Dont go there.On phone they sound nice but when it came to work they are so bad.Called for my breaksto be replaced they told me to drop the car for free inspection .i did and made me wait 3hrs just to do inspection and they never did nore gave me Quote for the coast .He didnt even bother to let me know early so i can find another shop. I wasted my day off and gase and stress .the guy in front kept saying i didnt peromiss u any thing and we are busy..stay away from people dont care about any one but to make money of you. Good luck

Fast and friendly auto repair shop. Quick on the repairs and gave me reasonable prices which took a lot of stress off my plate. Thank you kindly guys for taking such greatcare of me even though I was just a walk in you guys jumped in and took care of my jeep and she's treating me good thanks to your care.

The front desk person was very kind and patient with me. She did a great job. Positive attitude. She was very accommodating to my scheduling needs. And the technician that worked are my car was kind to take care of a little detail that I forgot to mention and he did it on his own. They did the "right thing" without be asked. 5 stars!

I had a blowout on 94 and got to this tire shop in the nick of time. The guys there really hooked me up took care of me made me feel like it was my home shop couldn t ask for anything more.I was in and out in maybe an hour and a half and they even had to go get the tire.They also made it very reasonably priced when they didn t need to . Integrity and great service not much else you can ask for.

Don t waste your time AND if you want your vehicle unlocked with drivers door wide open in the parking lot out of sight go ahead and go there to get outstanding service I could say so much more but not going to, it was my first time going there and will be last!

I had the horrendous displeasure of doing business with the tire shop run by Joshua and his team. Not only did these complete incompetents fail to properly install my new tires, but they also managed to break my windshield in the process. When I asked Joshua about paying for the damage, he acted like a total dirt bag and refused to take any responsibility. But it gets worse. When I spoke to the guy Victor, who I assume is some sort of manager at the shop, he told me there was nothing he could do about it. Seriously? This is the most unprofessional and uncaring tire shop I've ever come across. Stay far away from these clowns if you care anything about your vehicle or your own safety.

Make sure to ask for Josh when bringing in your vehicle. I came with my parents to drop their car off for needed services. I questioned the need for changing the timing chain on the quote for which he noticed as well. Instead, we got 4 brand new tires along with the car repairs. Josh was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. But most of all, he looked out for my older parents best interests. Thank you Tire Choice.

I had a great experience with Arlet and josh. I had a blowout and needed to swap tires out. The price was right. Josh installed the one tire and had to send me to the El Cajon store to finish the job because his clone tool for the tire sensors broke. Tim at the El Cajon was great also. The shop is clean with a good setup, my new tire shop !

If you are looking for a place that exceeds standards in every aspect, look no further!! Ricky provided exceptional customer service and his knowledge of what exactly I needed gave me comfort in knowing I made the right choice. Truly extraordinary. He went out of his way to do a full inspection of my vehicle and gave me advice that I couldn't even get from my mechanic. I have a wonderful experience every time I come in with no complaints on the products or the care I get for my vehicle. Thank you very much, you are the best Ricky!! This became, and will remain my one stop shop.

Used them over the years, quality work on things that would nessary need a dealership. They did find a stripped oil drain plug, however that damage came from another location. Got rear new tires and got an alignment, tech even drove the car.....dead giveaway when the steering wheel is off center.....Took it to Evans, paid another 130.... done beautifullyoff

This is most unorganized place I've even been too. 36$ to fix a nail in my tire. Replaced a tire pressure sensor on a 2 week old truck because its "policy". Truck was finished after 45 minutes and employee at the front desk helped other people, started cleaning the shop, all before I finally told him my trucks ready. He said oh I'm sorry I didn't see that. Yeah right. You should value peoples time. Because I was upset, the employee said "please don't come back, we don't need your business". No problem at all. I will be spreading the word about my visit.

I have had the worst experience here. They try to make you pay more, when you don't need to. I was texted messaged by the manager. I was sent on my way from the shop after I watched them manually clear codes from my vehicle and was told it was fine. I broke down less than 24 hours after they "fixed" my truck. It was afterhours, so i dropped my key in the early bird box and was assured I would be called in the morning. At 10:30 I drove by the shop to see my truck in the SAME spot. When I called and asked why Ricky got defensive and told me he was doing his best, but they had mechanics call I sick and it was just him working. He assured me it was not the fuel pump again but did not have a time frame for the completion. I have a family and run a daycare and I need my Suburban to get everyone around. On Monday, Ricky lets me know it was actually the fuel pump again and they need another 900 to fix it properly!??!! over a week without my truck, 2 out of pocket tows and text messages that I never allowed from the manager. unfortunately I have been a loyal customer since 2015, in the end it was the wiring harness that was shorting out the fuel pump. (That wasn't checked the first time they had the truck.) I will now be taking my business and the business I brought to that shop, some place else. I reached out to headquarters and I haven't heard back so I figured it was best to warn you about this shop. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEPLACE ELSE!!!!

I just recently needed work done on my husbands Mitsubishi and was just so impressed by the professionalism of Brandon. I think he s the manager but wow was he helpful! We ended up getting the work done and buying two new tires! He got the car all fixed up and ready for our road trip. Spring valley is so luck to have such and awesome honest shop. Brandon is my now forever go to man when it comes to my vehicles. I ll be in soon to buy some tires for my Jeep next! Thank you guys so much.

Would give ZERO stars if I could.I've been a customer for quite some time and was surprised to hear the recent altercations between my neighbors and this shop.Dents, items missing, long wait times, rude customer service and the list goes on...My son went in and waited over an hour being the only customer present in the shop! Workers were standing around chatting and clearly not working. Once his car was finished he then had to wait another 20 min for the cashier to finish cleaning around the shop before he was rung up!A line started to form as people came in and finally he spoke up. The cashier responded he didn't know there was a line and he doesn't appreciate the negativity.He asked my son to not come back.Well, neither me, my son son or my neighbors will be back!The staff is lazy, rude and dishonest!

Josh was drunk when I brought my vehicle in his eyes where glazed over and he breath reaked of alcohol. He then proceeded to get an attitude with me for his own pricing when they didn't want to deal with the suspension issues my vehicle had. Instead of just leveling with me and calling me as soon as they realized it's going to be more work then what they estimated and where willing to invest they waited for me to call and check progress and then copped that attitude when i asked a couple questions about it. I know shops like this they are just barely holding it together. I can't speak as far as the mechanics there I actually fully understand the hassle of knowing you might lose money. The way it was handled was just incorrect. Won't go back definitely won't recommend.

Brandon & his crew are AWESOME ! Came in for a oil change and to have my tires rotated. They made us feel so comfortable, like family. They seemed pretty busy but we were in and out in what seemed like an hour , hour & a half a most. Brandon came in and explained that I ll be needing new tires here shortly. Our entire experience was nothing but top notch. Most definitely will come back for those tires. Highly recommended this place ! Thanks Brandon for hooking it up ! YOU ROCK !

They told me that my water pump stopped working and that I might as well change the timing belt because the belt will have to come off the pulley anyways. They were very informative, quick, and reasonable. My friend recommended me to them because other shops in the area were giving me the run around; telling me that i blew a head gasket and that the repairs would be in the thousands... I told them, "Thank you but no thank you". Brandon is the man. Him and his guys really helped me save my old 01'Subaru Outback!! Would always recommend these guys.. Click to Copy

Josh was Amazing! My Toyota Highlander had it's alternator fail and it had been towed to a competitor's garage (a well know chain), but the pricing there was quite a bit higher compared to what they quoted me at Tire Choice. So, since I get 4 tows per year from AAA, I just had them take my vehicle over to Tire Choice! I didn't even go with the vehicle, I went about my day. Then, the next morning it was finished and I picked it up. I saved a bundle (enough to make the extra time towing it there worth it) and they did a great job. I've had other things done here as well and they are personable and they do a great job as every time!
