The Right Location To get your car to be fixed I did took my 2022 Escalade many times there now they never let you down on repairing your vehicle. The guys was very helpful and professional.And I decided to take all my family cars there and keep it maintained by schedule and their shop.

Been having issues with my alignment so I called these guys and I m glad I did. Omar was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process, and explained everything. The guys were able to check my car and give me a quote faster than I expected and stayed transparent about everything. Great service and very reasonable prices for your car!

Omar and his team at Premier Auto Center go above and beyond for their clients.Registration was due and after a failed smog check, I needed to reset my drive cycle on my Jeep Cherokee in order to get my check engine light to turn on so I could figure out what needed to be repaired. I had googled the instructions on how to reset the drive cycle and thought that I was doing it right but after driving more than ~3000 miles, I couldn't get it to reset. I decided to request a quote on yelp and also reach out to dealerships to schedule an appointment.Omar was one of the first to respond and was quick to explain that having to drive that much was unnecessary and that he was confident that they would be able to figure out what was wrong. All the dealerships were booked a week out and were quoting really high fees just to run a diagnostic. Initial fees at PAC were reasonable and Omar was ready to look at my car as soon as I was able to bring it in.After bringing it in, they were able to get the check engine light to turn on and determine that I needed to replace my catalytic converter. Since the turnaround time was about two weeks to get one, I decided to take the car back with me and wait. The NEXT MORNING I received a call from Omar: he had been making phone calls to dealerships and one had just got one in. I dropped it off and converter was switched out the same day.Last part of this great experience: Now that the converter was switched out, I needed to reset the drive cycle once more. Since they knew that I had trouble doing it the last time and was in a time crunch, they offered to do it for me. Talk about going above and beyond!Omar and his team did everything you would want from an Auto Repair Shop; Quick response, honesty, fair prices and great customer service. I highly recommend Premier Auto Center.

I took my 2004 Acura to their shop and the results were amazing. They completed the job in a timely manner and everything in the car runs really smooth. Will definitely be coming back for future repairs. Omar had great customer service and he gave great detail on what was being done with the car. Thank you for the service.

Robert and his team did excellent work replacing my clutch, flywheel and rear seal in my 87 Toyota 4x4. Fantastic shop with modern, top of the line equipment. This will be my go to place when I need help with repairs I can't handle. And now that I found out they have smog service I will be giving him that business also. Very fast service, they had my clutch done the next morning.

This place helped take the stress off fixing the issues with my car! I had issues with my OBD2 sensors and they fixed it in order to pass smog! Omar was a massive help in letting me know what was wrong with my car and making the process pain free. There isn t a single person I wouldn t recommend this place to!! Thanks to all the mechanics who worked on my car!

Premier Auto Center provided excellent collision repair on my 2021 Mercedes E350 after my recent accident. The team was professional, efficient, and did a fantastic job restoring my car to its pre-accident condition. They took care of everything, from dealing with my insurance company to detailing my car before releasing it to me. I was kept informed throughout the entire process, and the final result exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of collision repair services.

I couldn t find a local shop to work on my prized cars.. until I came across Premier Auto Center. From now on, this is the place that I will take my European cars to because they are geniuses!! Their prices are very fair considering the quality of work, which is respectable and attractive to me as a customer that owns multiple cars. Props to this shop for having a clean and nice waiting area for customers. 10/10 recommend!!!

To this day March 29 th 2024 I have still have not received the $400.00 I was told I was would receive. He wants me there soooooo bad he told me I'll GIVE YOU AN ADDITIONAL 100.00 on top of the $400.00 I owe you YOU JUSt COME HERE AND GET IT (((( This place yearns for me to be on this property to do as much physical harm as possible))). I swear on my mothers ashes folks this is the truth I can make this up.BEWARE OF THIS PLACEThey could have Zelled me to my phone number sent a money order or a check but they continue to make excuses.This is nothing more then an excuse factory constantly lining and cheating me out of my hard earned money.People I strongly suggest you take your vehicles to a place that the management does what they say they are going to do.Way to much Drama and lies at Premier Auto Center .This place of business should be called "PREMIER LIEING CENTER"Robert does not do what he says he's going to do and that is the absolute truth. He told me he would reimburse me my $400.00 additional cost due to his mistake.I told him to just mail it to me or pay by Zelle but instead he has the nerve to tell me I can't mail it's illegal. He said come here and get it from me. In fact, come over here and I'll give you $500.00Obviously this man wants me to get into an actual fist fight on his property based on the tone when i spoke to him on the phone.People this is not fabricated this is all true.I highly advise you hard working people to shop elsewhere for you car care. I was blown away by how well they were able to restore my car to its pre accident condition. Someone backed into my Benz and it needed parts replacement, paint, and programming front radar sensor and camera. Instead of taking the car to a body shop and then an electrical shop, this place was a one stop shop for me who did it all through my insurance.I definitely recommend this place!

Highly recommend! Omar is the guy i was mainly in contact with. His customer service is amazing! He was able to explain the issues of my car to my complete understanding. I had a battery replacement, engine replacement, brake replacement, fluid s replaced/replenished and full diagnostic done on my 2013 Hyundai Sonata. The speed, pricing, and professionalism that was given was honestly top tier. Its hard to find a place that has good pricing with equal or better value and honesty especially when dealing with your car. The office area is clean and cool so you can be comfortable while you wait. Don t hesitate to check them out! Premier Auto Center, right down the street of the 125 freeway in spring valley.

I went in for engine problems, originally would ve had to pay $300+ for help. But, being in the military I only paid $100. The technician and guy in the front were very kind and helped a lot.

Highly recommend this place! Fadi was amazing and very professional. He is very honest as far as the cost that will be incurred. He willingly works with you with whatever car problems you have and will provide you with reasonable recommendations. The service was fast and you can easily get hold of them. I will definitely use their services again.

I was looking for Rose Automotive and was surprised to see that they had closed and a new auto repair business had opened. Omar offered me a free diagnostic, and Robert found the problem and fixed it within minutes. They easily could have padded the bill. They have my trust, and my future business.

Other shops could not find my electrical problem. These guys did it in a fraction of the time and with a really fair price. Everything was very transparent, good communication. I won't take my car anywhere else from now on.

I hired this shop to repair accident damage on a Honda CR-V. They did a good job on the work and worked tirelessly with my less than cooperative insurance company. At the end of the day the car was fixed quickly with a paint job that matched the factory, and insurance paid for their part. I would do business with this company again.

Took my Mercedes to the dealer and they wanted $1600 for repairs. A friend of mine referred this place to me and I brought it here. They were able to fix it within 2 days for less than half of the cost. Very professional and intelligent technicians.
