I ve been coming to Petro for over 14 years ever since I moved to San Diego. I used to live nearby, and I always end up coming back no matter what part of town I m in. They ve handled some big jobs for me over the years and always gave me a fair deal. The staff is knowledgeable, direct & honest & always have the customers best interest in mind. They are always my 1st choice in town whether its a small or big issue.

Fast and were able to diagnose the issue with our Jeep.Unfortunatley we couldn't afford the $5,600 to do the head gasket repair and all that entails. They were really nice though and transparent with everything which we appreciated.

Went here early in the morning (I was the first one, arrived even before the employee ) my car had broken the previous night, tow truck left it at the parking and I walked there early. Lady was very welcoming, I told her what I tought it was, she gave the pre-quote and send me on my way. Later called explaining everything they were gonna do on the car, pricing and some recommendations. My car was done about 5-6 later and the total price was not too bad after everything. As a woman who knows jack sh of cars, she made me felt like my car was in good hand and that they werent gonna take advantage of me because I don't know anything. Definitely recomend this place, chose it over the one on base and I don't regret it whatsoever.

Great Customer Service. Petro Auto Care was fantastic in identifying the problems with my car. I had damaged part of the suspension falling prey to Tijuana Quicksand, potholes. They recommended I replace the sway bars and ball joints just like VW had but at a more accessible rate. They thoroughly walked me through the repair options, quoted a price, and returned my car in a timely manner. The car feels new again. I love it. Thank you.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Love Love Love Petro Auto Care!! Andrea is extremely knowledgeable in her work and always takes extra care of my vehicles (4 vehicles) everytime I need work done. She always explains everything in detail and makes sure I understand before she starts any job. Our safety and safety of my family is their #1 priority . I love going to Petro, whenever I have a problem they always fix it right up. I always feel like going to the auto shop is like going to the doctor, you go in for one thing and something else comes up but you can trust they're gonna fix it right every time and the only time you'll be coming back is for your next service. Ive been going to them for almost 2 years now with my 2013 Used Elantra and I can confidently say with their services they've helped keep my car in great shape.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Petro Auto Care is Great. Andrea was wonderful professional. Dealing with other customers shows they care about their customers & build great relationships. Provided great customer service & service estimate in timely manner. Mech was on point, identifying that there was a missing tire lug nut. Will have to go back to other shop where I purchased tires less than 2 weeks ago. Service estimate (met budget) / cost (comparable to other shops in area) / time for completion (reasonable wait time) was almost on point. Overall great professional care & will be back for any other auto mechanical needs if needed. I do recommend Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

Petro Auto Care has been for many years my only place to take my car Toyota, they are the most trusted car repair that I know and I trust nobody else they are honest their prices very fair, I just love them, my car is very old but it runs like new thanks to Petro Auto care, I wish I can add a photo but I do not know how, the owner of Petro is wonderful and I love how much she cares for my safety by taking care of my old Toyota, thank you for let me express how I feel about "Petro Auto Care"

I went to Petro auto care today for the first time and I just want to say that as soon as I walked in I was greeted by the young lady Andrea at the counter. She was professional and enthusiastic about helping me. My whole experience was just what I expected. Once my oil was changed Andrea said she needed to show me a few things that needed to be done to my car. I was amazed that they actually took the time to show me and point out the repair/replacements my car needs. It s nice to know that there s people out there with their best interests when it comes to my safety. I have been wanting to establish a good relationship with a trustworthy company that I can depend and rely on and to be honest with you I know I have found it. Thank you Petro auto care for an outstanding job and excellent customer service, I will be doing business with you again. You just gained a loyal customer.
