I sent my daughter in with my vehicle and instruction on what needed done. She said they were very nice to her and as quick as they could be. Very efficient and provided her info about my SUV as well as texted me info and pictures. She said they even complemented the eye lashes on my car.

I'm a curious person with various questions & like to learn about things. Once Ernie (the owner) recognized that I appreciated him explaining the breakdown of my vehicle maintenance & even gave me options so I could make my own decision about the service I preferred to get done. There was a small lack of communication from the front desk about me being seen the day I went but ultimately they took care of me & I was grateful. I left with different estimates & pictures via mobile phone of the work that was done which I found helpful to have.

I remember my dad frustrated with a car he couldn t find why it was running so rough so he took it to a shop called Performance Specialties and a guy named Ernie had fixed whatever it was and I remember my father saying how impressed he wasFast forward a few years and I find myself in the same position and first thing I thought of was take it to Ernie at performance specialties and now Ernie jr takes care all the car headaches I have the service is straight forward and honest quality work I recommend taking your vehicle

I have gone to these guys several times. The owner is usually there. He is the nicest guy. Very easy to talk to. Tries to give you the best prices. On the other hand. The guy that usually works behind the desk. He is rude, short with customers. Trys to give you a higher prices, for work on your car. Sits eat sunflower seeds and stays on his cell. He is very cold towards customers. I referred a friend to go there. He said he will never go back. Because of the front desk guy. I had to speak to the owner about him. I dropped my car off at noon. And never got a call about my car. Infact, never got a call that they were keeping my car over night. Huge inconvenience for me. Very unprofessional on there side. If that type of service continues. I will take my business elsewhere.

Great shop went for an alignment. Was Able to see how off my car was.Also gave me.A quote for breaks that I needed next. You also can view your brakes on your phone very impressive. I will definitely be back.

Exceptional service, brought 2007 Honda Civic for front suspension inspection. Hearing noise when turning wheel. Josie and Ed quickly and effectively performed 25 point inspection and identified three additional issues. Also able to determine potential steering rack issue. Great work from entire team would recommend them to anyone seeing automotive inspections.

Recently I had both my cars, 1965 Mustang Fastback and 370Z serviced by Performance Specialties and very impressed of the worked and results of the work they perform cars run so much better, finding mechanics that are able to work on old school cars/engines is hard to find these days along with servicing new Z cars Great Customer Service!Services: Carburetor cleaning, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Hi Ernie, I was grateful that Ed, had done a thorough check on our family van and found out that it had several issues going on why it failed smog check and had the check engine light even though I insisted that he give me a quote, he said that he needed to address the main issue first. I'm appreciative that he did and that you also took a look at it and decided what it needed to run and pass the test again! Thanks for the honest service you and your team provide!

The appointment was honored and my vehicle was aligned. The process of redeeming the Groupon went well although the gentlemen behind the counter was curt and impatient explaining the warranty exceptions.Please understand that a lot of people don t know much about cars and explaining what would void the three warranty shouldn t irritate you; calm down, be nice to your customer-a smile goes a long way.Service: Wheel alignment

I'm really pleased with the service I got from Performance Specialties. I was looking for the best and I found them. I took my 2018 Chrysler 300s to this place hoping they could find the problem and they did in a matter of hours. Before taking my car to the shop, I used my Obd scanner at home trying to find the problem with the car but only got a code P0850. I thought it was a sensor or something electrical because my car would not start but it ended up being a bad fuel pump. The mechanic from Performance Specialties replaced two fuel pumps and my car was back and running. I am really happy with them and the work they do. They are reliable, have decent prices and work very professional. I really recommend them. Any problem you have with your car stop worrying about it and take it to Performance Speacialties they will take of it.

All staffs are vey professional and will explain to you in details if they find anything wrong with pictures included. They handled/serviced my vehicle quick, was out the door in less than an hour. Highly recommended shop in the Spring Valley area.

I was recommended by a friend to used Performance Spec. The dealership was going to charge me $3000. Performance charged me 1000. The car was ready by noon. They also let me know of things I should fix soon and other things that can be fixed later. My car has been riding fine.I guess they're my new mechanic shop to have things done. Thanks Performance Spec.

They were very genuine with taking care of my car. They send detailed feedback on the issue and take their time to explain what options are available to fix my car. Very welcoming, polite and skilled. Price wise, their quote was pretty decent not cheap but i had cylinder head gasket issue which they fixed for lower price than most places around here. I definitely recommend!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Engine repair, Oil change

Brought my car in for in for an alignment and what I was told by an outside mechanic that I needed to replace my wheel/hub bearing. Even had bought the bearing online. The guys at Performance Specialties quickly spotted the problem which turned out to only be a slightly banged up rim, a cupping on the tire, and wheel alignment that was needed. A lot of other places would have most likely charged me to put the wheel bearing on. They did great work there and car is running smooth again. Thanks guys. Great service, the are my go to auto shop, I ve been using them for over fifteen years. Great service and communication. These guys are amazing. Always putting the customers needs as a priority. I was previously using another mechanic when I called and asked for a second opinion . They made room for my vehicle and I had an accurate detailed diagnosis and prices for the repair. They have great finance options easy to navigate for those who need it and great prices. I will always choose them for all my car needs. They are very professional and treat every customer like family. I will continue to use them for my car needs in the future. Decided to give this place a try because of good reviews. Was very disappointed to find rude and unprofessional service manager Ed. I came in to do the alignment because there was wear in one of the tires, give me a printout which showed alignment was pretty much good before I came in, they slightly adjusted steering wheel agle (which wasn't even noticeable before) And obviously charged me for the alignment. Ed tried to tell me that slight steering wheel off centered could off caused tire wearing out on one side when I tried to have a conversation with him about what could be the cause, it was going nowhere , Ed just give me rude deamining attitude back. Don't know why they keep him as a service manager there, I Will not be going back!

This shop is filled with people that truly care about their work on your vehicle, your safety and your cost. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and observing how he actively checked in on the team and trained and troubleshooted. Honest and caring attitude. Reasonably priced and great all around. If you need your car fixed this is the place to go. The work I needed done other shops couldn't do it. I actually got referred to this place by a buddy of mine. He took his dad's car to Performace Specialties for repairs. He said they did a great job and that they don't try to rip him off like other shops. So I took my car there I'm glad I did because they did everything my buddy said.
