I recently visited O'Reilly to dispose of some waste oil which I bought from the same store but unfortunately, my experience was marred by poor customer service by Oscar. Despite being told by Vic to go dump my waste oil, no one attended to me, and I was left waiting for an extended period without anyone opening the door to the tank area. When I went back, I realized that Oscar was in the tank area but didn't open and had gut to tell to go back on the line.However, I do want to give a shout-out to Vic, who was very helpful when he finally arrived. He was apologetic and efficient, and made sure that my waste oil was disposed of properly.Unfortunately, the initial wait and lack of attention left a sour taste in my mouth. I hope the store can improve their customer service and communication to avoid similar situations in the future. Vic's excellent service saved the day, but I hope the store can step up their game overall."

Rude, uneducated employees, no customer rewards program. Special orders come pretty fast (like next day) but there always seems to be a problem when picking up. Disrespected many times in this store. Save yourself the headache and go to Auto Zone down the street.

Nothing to fancy but the conversations with the employees were great! Parts are pricy wherever you go but the staff was great at helping .

This location loans you specialty tools for any mechanical jobs you are working on, plus they have a military discount. The staff is friendly and very helpful with any car questions you may have.

I prefer O'Reilly auto parts over autozone since they seem to have more of the parts brands I prefer. Just a personal choice. I worked with Victor several times, a courteous and nice man who took the time with me to get exactly what I needed.

I love this place! They have exceptional customer service! My headlight was out, so I went here to purchase a new one. Edgar was nice/kind enough to replace it for me. He is a lifesaver! Also, I bought windshield wipers from here before and they replaced those for me, as well.

I typically get good customer service at this location, but on 10/21/19 at roughly 2:30p.m. to 3pm I saw the military appreciate sign in the store and asked about the military discount showed my i.d., purchased my product but when I viewed my receipt I didn't see any military discount. Not sure if the employee was side tracked while he was on the phone and trying to assist me. If you have military appreciation signs in the store then you should give them military discounts to keep them coming back. Hopefully this is just an isolated incident.

It's okay. They didn't have anything my car needed and I never received my call back for my car kiosk I was trying to order. The workers here could be a little more helpful to their patrons.

THEY DO SELL QUALITY PARTS BUT IF POSSIBLE ALWAYS BRING THE OLD PART IN TO COMPARE WITH THEIR NEW PART . I COMMON RECEIVE THE WRONG PART FROM NOT ONLY THIS COMPANY BUT ALSO THE OTHER BIG 3 AFTERMARKET PARTS SELLERS . TRUST ME IT WILL SAVE YOU A LOT OF TIME IF YOU VERIFY THE PART IS CORRECT BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE .

I'm not sure what happened to this particular oreileys, however the customer service here has declined since I moved to the area. The last couple visits, the salespeople have been very short and not very friendly. In contrast to the one on Navajo Rd. Every one there is always helpful and friendly. I hope this one turns around soon.

I their staff is always good to me they help me find the part I'm looking for and I usually get it they don't have it there's another store that does and I go get it I recommend this O'Reilly's to anybody

Excellent, helpful staff at this location . They diagnosed my charging system And determined that it was the alternator. They were 100% correct.

Employees was rude two of them this is on 7/7/20 at 7:34 pm sayong if I did not buy the battery from them they cannot recycle...it is soooooo wrong I come to this store to buy what I needed except this battery which I bought from a different location when my truck's battery ran out for an emergency. This is illegal they should recycle so people will not just throw them on the trash bin which we know is illegal....un educated employees and rude...can the management look at how this employees deal with how costumer.

Very good service employees were very helpful very and very informative anything that they may not have had for me or that they didn't have for me they were quick to call and have it from another store within a couple hours I recommend this place to everyone

Needed a new starter for my Honda. Shopped around and they had the bet prices and in Stock with lifetime warranty. The salesman was also knowledgeable

It's a literal migraine to deal with this people... There's always a way around your "warranty" anything they can do to not honor the warranty... They will sure do... They will rip you off and act like its your fault, every part I have bought there and later need to replace under warranty has been denied, for the stupidest reasons e.g "you were supposed to buy a separate part that goes with what you bought for it to have warranty, or, you need your receipt because I can't find you in the system... Oh my bad I made you struggle 3 days but I found you"!!! Nothing like autozone!!!

This place don't deserve no stars I brought a starter from them and they gave me a mess up starter and they didnt put my info in the system. Act like i didn't put two hundreds on a new starter now i got to go and pay more money to get this non working starter off my car and go back up there to get a new one and got to see if is they starter. Dont go to this o'reilly they on some under hand illegal stuff.
