For countless years and now decades, we've entrusted all our vehicles to F & H, and without a doubt, there is no other auto repair shop as exceptionally honest, diligent, and deserving of your well-earned money than F & H. We have vintage cars, high end luxury cars and average cars. We trust them with every car for repairs and body work, they are beyond reproach! Not only that, but they are kind and fairly priced. It feels like I'm working with a loving, healthy-minded family. We'll never go any place else.

I took my BMW in to F & H to get some scratches and small dings taken out. When I picked it up, it had white "cloudy" areas which I was told by the owner would buff out but to wait two weeks. On the drive home, a passer by pointed out to me that my left rear tailight was hanging down. By the time I got home, the front left reflector was missing too. (Owner did pay to replace)Waited two weeks and cloudy spots did not buff out by me. Called the owner and he said to bring it back in which I did. He said it would take 20 minutes but I was there 2-1/2 hours and then sat in the owners office until it got done. Got home and noticed paint drips and runs. Called the owner again and it was brought back in. Third time's the charm?! The "couple hour job" took four months this time. Since I lived over an hour away, part of this time was because I asked the owner to deliver to me directly so I didn't have to arrange once again rides to or from the shop. After dropping off (it was dark so couldn't really look it over that night) it still had a few runs. Car had interior driver door trim gouged and gear shift scratched and it was out of gas. After all that I went through to get this job done the way it should've been the first time, this baby should've been full of gas and detailed in my opinion. (Owner said it was, but it was not). I paid a lot of money to get this done. They may be good at transmissions or auto repair which could be where there received their reviews, but they need to focus on that and give up on the auto painting aspect of their business.

Fadil is so sweet, knowledgeable and honest. I was quoted almost double for an AC Condenser repair at another place. F&H did a great job and had reasonable prices. Thanks!!!

Fidel, the owner, is the most honest mechanic I have ever met. This is the best experience I have had with auto shop. He replaced my whole transmission for a reasonable price!

It's really sad and disappointing to have to be the only one to write a negative review after I was highly recommended to this Fidel auto repair shop and to have read several of superb reviews about this place and the staff. Yes, Fidel is a family man , had reasonable prices and very friendly, understanding, and approachable person. Seemed fair. But I'm so sorry to have to say this has been the worst experience I've ever had not just with one car but two of my cars I took there to diagnose and repair. Both cars were taken back with same issues and now more. Both cars were again "fixed". Sorry to say still having same issues. Had another mechanic to take diagnosis car without telling him what was already done. He said the new hoses , check water pump, thermostat and that's what I already PAID FIDEL FOR! no new hoses old seal gasket on new water pump no seal gasket on thermostat that was there before and done gooy stuff of there too . I'm so disappointed disgusted frustrated appalled by all this. Had to pay another mechanic to do what was already done and paid by Fidel's auto repair shop. He's aware. He wanted me to take my cars back so he can make it better. No way . Also he told me he would email me my invoices , HE NEVER DID. but I have the money transactions to fidel through my account to his. SMFH. WE PUT OUR LIVES AND TRUST IN OUR MECHANICS...

Got my car painted at this shop. There was a whole bunch of over spray and the quality of the paint was just terrible. They just want your money here and no customer satisfaction. I told them the issue and they didnt offer to repaint it! Be careful with bringing your beloved vehicle here!

Absolutely the best mechanic in town. He is HONEST and quick with repairs every time I take my car in. I will never take my car anywhere else.He works on all car manufactures. They are very busy but their customer service is always on point. If they answer the phone is because he has a client in front of him. They are the best.

Very reasonable and upforward with the issue you would have on any car issues. Straight forward. fadil is a very responsible and handles this very respectful, well and has all the patience. I am very appreciative with everything fadil and his colleagues co workers has worked on my vehicles. Very well handled. Fadil has a great team player team work makes the dream work. This is the most amazing and honest Car repair and maintenance service shop. The gentleman who owns it is honest and courteous and knowledgeable and thorough and efficient. Fidel is Superb and everyone who works there are always kind. I would highly recommend this place to bring any of your vehicles. Our whole family have been bringing our vehicles here for decades!!!

I absolutely love this place. Fidel, the main owner has been in the business for 20+ and after going here for about a year now, they know my car like the back of their hand (unfortunately because I come there often for car issues). He s taken such good care of me :) but they ve done an amazing job at replacing my whole suspension, my alternator, gasket head, etc. I have had no issues with F&H. Very trust worthy place and they are super efficient and fast at reviving your car back to life! Prices are really good too .Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Brakes, Oil change

Came in today because I was recommended to come here by a friend. So glad I was recommended, super friendly and some of the best pricing I ve came across in California. Reading all the good reviews and going there to see that they deserve to have these good reviews is also a plus! (For the people complaining about time, remember quality work means quality time) will definitely be coming here from now on!

FADIL is the best mechanic I have ever had and he s been working on my truck for probably about 13 years at least. He was highly recommended from a coworker who Would take all her Family cars there. She recommended him back in 2008 Or 2010. Only two people work on my truck either my best friend husband or Fadil. Highly recommend honest and he makes things right. I do recommend getting there early because he has a popular Business and he has a loyal customer base. And now he s not only my mechanic but my kids mechanic as well. It s always busy. These people are friendly and reliable and will get you your car as soon as possible. Their prices are reasonable and the diagnostics is right on point. They work on my older cars as well as my new cars. Great job fellows!

My friend who has been doing rideshare/food delivery recommended Fadil as a mechanic. Since my friend is on the road all the time, I decided to give F&H a shot, and I am glad I did. I've appreciated the honest inspections, fair prices, and convenience for the past two years with my family vehicles.

The owner and all the mechanics are great. They do quick and efficient work and will never give you the run around. They are extremely knowledgeable and offer very fair prices. My family has been going to this shop for years and they treat repeat customers like family. Best mechanic in East County hands down.

F&H has always been honest & fair. They were recommended by a coworker whose family, including two other sons have taken all of their autos there. He's been my family mechanic for at least 8-10 yrs. As females we were hesitant at first because some mechanics have taken advantage of us in the past. We haven't had that issue with Fadil. He's been great, super friendly & helpful. Tips: Come early or call before you go because he usually has a full house. Parking will most likely be side streets. Cash transactions may work in your favor.

I personally live in North County, but I do plenty of business in East County. I will time getting my oil change on a slower day for work, just so I can get it done by these guys. They are always kind, and honest men. I highly recommend them!!!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Amazing experience, they fixed my car for a better price than anyone else with even better service. This was my first time using them and they will now become my family's mechanics. I've never trusted mechanics but I definitely trust these guys, Fadil treated me like I was part of his family, no shady business; just real people. I highly reccomend them. Thanks Fadil, my van runs like a champ!

These guys are great! Fadil was super nice with amazing customer service. My van needed a new gas sensor and was in and out of the shop the same day with no problems. No complaints and would highly recommend this shop.

An honest mechanic.... finally. I took my Ford in for a strange noise coming from the transfer case. I was prepared to spend some major $$$. Turns out it was an easy fix and something was just knocked out of place. They could have taken me on a financial roller coaster ride. They have earned a customer for life and I will refer everyone I know to this place.
