I am very happy to have taken my car to Procolor Collision in South San Francisco first because they speak Spanish and English providing a very good service, specifically Cesar Dominguez explains it to you and you feel totally confident leaving your car at Procolor Collision. I am impressed with how fast and excellent job they did with my car, mi car looks like new. I totally recommend this place, they are respectful of your time and your money, which is the most valuable thing.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I m so happy my insurance had ProColor as one of their preferred auto shops. I had gotten into my very first car accident and was completely clueless as to how the whole process worked. Juan started with my estimate and gave me a run down of working with insurance, ordering parts if needed and a potential repair time frame.The insurance had only estimated for an after market bumper (which mine needed to be fully replaced) but he went ahead and found me the part directly from a dealer. Despite having to wait a week for the part to arrive and repairs to start, I m so happy Juan did that for me. He did Ofcourse ask me before having me wait a whole week. But that extra effort speaks volumes on how they treat their customers and how they run their business to take care of the people who trust them to do their best job.I dropped off my car late Monday, so repairs started Tuesday. And by Thursday early afternoon I got a call saying my car was ready for pick up.They even detailed my car. Which I m embarrassed of since I knew my car was super dirty. My rims looked amazing haha. Thank you Juan, Cesar and your entire time for seriously making my car look basically brand new! Will always recommend you guys to any one I know looking for repairs.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Juan was honest and respectful even when I optioned out of repairs, I was involved in a collision on 12-19 and he analyzed my damage. Great guy, it was evident he s for the people. Thank you again Juan for a commendable reaction in me moving my vehicle out of your shop. Pro collision knows he s an asset.

My car was at the body shop for 4 weeks and the day they called me to pick-up the car i was very disappointed, horrible body work and miss color paint job ,body parts were loose and gaps were miss mached all around the bumper was loose gaps on both sides of fenders and bumper meeting, bubble on the paint and the owner was insisting it find your bumper will not fall off. I had to get the insurance involved then they took the car back for another week so now totaling 5 weeks on a small front side account. The funny thing is i had to pay the shop $500 deductible. I took my car to several body shop no body wanted to fix someone else work. But they told me the body shop should at least refund you the $500 in a good faith for everything we have gone through. Just think about it 5 weeks.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I brought my 2020 Dodge Challenger to this shop by recommendation of Geico insurance; I had an accident and Geico was covering the damages. I called to speak with Cesar Jr. who was very nice and attentive and he informed me that this shop works on these type of vehicles. This shop gave me an estimation of about 1 week of work; assured me that they would do a great job. After approximately 2 weeks, I got a phone call to come get my vehicle that it is complete and ready. Upon arrival, I met with Cesar Jr. and the body work was Horrific. The replaced bumper and hood gasket did not align at all (they used all the old broken clips from the damaged bumper). The bumper and the repaired fender had gaps the size of my pinky finger and did not align AT All. It was installed completely crooked and with no Alignment. The rubber seals around the door were not even seated properly into place, and I had to show the mechanic that this part was not Even fitted into place. The fender still had waves and dents that it suffered from the accident. This was the most atrocious work I have ever seen. I have no clue how this shop has 5 star reviews. Cesar Jr. did not even see the vehicle before he presented me with the so called "finished" repair job. The worker Juan who was responsible for the body work stated to me that "this is the best we can Do." lAt this point I raised a concern met with Cesar Sr. ; one of the owners. He assured me that he will take my car back and re-do the repairs. After another 1 and a half weeks , he calls me and the car repair was done better, yet there were still dents in the fender. Unbelievable. NEVER take your care here unless you really don't care how the repair job looks. Unbelievably horrible experience.Service: Body & Trim

Jocelyn, Ceasar Jr and Ceasar Sr are fantastic! Very professional and friendly. My truck was sideswiped with $2,000 worth of damage, it looks brand new. They also hooked me up and fixed a couple of fenders that had clear coat peeling off them. Would definitely recommend! A+++

ProColor Collision did a great job with our Lexus SUV when we had damage to the Driver Side of the Vehicle. We had reported the damage to our Insurance Company and ProColor actually found some additional damage that we overlooked and had contacted the Insurance Company to make sure it was covered. ProColor provided the work in a timely and professional manner and we couldn't be more pleased. The owner, Cesar Dominguez, was very friendly and was very detailed on all aspects of the service. I would highly recommend ProColor Collision of South San Francisco and will continue to use them.Service: Body & Trim

I am a believer that some of life's struggles, and trials do present itself as a blessing in disguise. It has been on most recent account, that the company I work for assigned Royalty Auto Collision Center as the repair shop to service our damaged company vehicle (Jeep Compass). During this time is when I had met Cesar (the owner of the repair shop).Cesar, could have easily assigned our case to his direct supervisors, but because of his kind and genuine service minded sincerity, personally handed our case from start to a satisfactory finish. Due to his exceptional and high quality of customer service, not too long thereafter I again contacted him, only this time requesting his services on a possible repair to a damage incurred to my own personal vehicle (Toyota Camry). Just like I had expected, he portrayed service excellence and earned a loyal customer.All in all, what I'm most appreciative is in the fact that the two vehicles I mentioned aren't the high end luxury or sports vehicles (as these were the majority from what I had observed). Even with this consideration, we were provided with the same quality of services, and sincerity.I do recommend Royalty Auto Collision Center and will remain a loyal customer, and will suggest their services to my direct network.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

We had a bumper replaced on a 2012 Lexus. Juan Carlos was very professional and worked with us to lower the price using refurbished parts. We opted not to file a claim with our insurance company. He, along with the other employees were very helpful, polite, friendly and professional. The car looks like new. We definitely would use this company again.Service: Body & Trim

I wish I could give me than 5 stars! Cesar is an incredible person. So helpful and trustworthy. It's unfortunate that his shop isn't closer to me. Fortunately, whenever I haven't been able to go to him due to distance constraints, he has been a reliable advisor--whether it was coaching me how to diagnose the severity of my problem or vet other mechanics for a reasonableness check on estimates. He's also done a fine job anytime I have taken my car to him. So grateful to have had his help over the years!

After getting rear ended, my insurance originally referred me to a different body shop, who would've had me wait 2 weeks for the estimate alone! I was referred to procolor collision by a friend & they were able to do the estimate just 3 days after the collision, & I was able to drop it off for repairs just days later! Owner of the shop Cesar Dominguez was so helpful, & set up rental arrangements himself! I didn't have to lift a finger. I was originally told my car would be in for 20-25 days & was pleasantly surprised when they were done before that! Not only does my vehicle look like it was never in an accident to begin with but they also left it spotless after their cleaning. For a second I thought they had put in new tires but that's just how clean they were! Overall had a great experience here & glad I took my vehicle to this shop vs anywhere else. Hopefully I'm never in this situation again but if I am I know coming here would make the whole situation a whole lot easier to navigate!Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

Hyundai made some really poor welding mistakes on both front fenders of my Hyundai Genesis Coupe. It was written up by a dealership service department of the problem, and this was a common problem with this type of vehicle.I have used ProColor before, and once I found out what was needed to repair the vehicle, I took my car to ProColor, and Juan Carlos, had the car checked out, and said that the car would be ready the next day. The ProColor crew corrected the broken welds, and put my car back together. They did a great job! No painting was required for this task.I have used ProColor many times before (my wife's car has been hit 4 times, and each time it was in a parking lot! They do a very high quality job of fixing your car right the first time. I have never had to bring my car in a second time. Wonderful people, and very easy to work with. I have spoken with their body people, and they are friendly, and answered my questions. ProColor is my body shop of choice, and I have told my friends about them.Service: Welding

The repair on my vehicle took twice as long as initially estimated, leading to extra costs and an unfinished job. Upon my arrival and pointing out the unresolved issues, they addressed them, but it required me to stay longer than planned. Though they promised a gift card as compensation, after calling them three times, no one seemed to have any information about it. I'm glad I didn't make a trip just to receive a nonexistent gift card. This situation led me to make follow-up calls, write reviews, and ultimately file a complaint!

Not good experience, my car was hit on left front wheel. My insurance suggested me come to this shop, they fixed exterior body but told me can't finish the alignment, I had to go to another alignment store and all aligned expect the left front wheel. report showed the left front camber is out of spec and is not adjustable. This was damaged by the accident. but the body shop didn't want to repair it.Service: Body & Trim

The Gentlemen at Royalty Auto collision were amazing! Cesar, Raul, and Carlos were the friendliest, most honest, kind and courteous men I have ever done work with! My car looks like new, very reasonable/affordable cost. Cesar made sure I was taken care of at enterprise and Raul picked me up after dropping off my car without me having to ask. Very professional! Great service! I would recommend this place to everyone in the Bay Area, including my mother!!!!! Thank you guys!

This establishment is my first choice whenever I have an issue that requires me to have my vehicle's body repaired. They are productive, timely, and have a good working relationship with the insurance companies. I have complete faith in the quality of their work and in this organization. The proprietor, Cesar Dominguez, seems to be a kind, decent, and respectable man. He patiently looked into the rust problem of my Ford Expedition and gave me a reasonable quote for the work it would take to fix the rust. Finally, he presented me with a new-looking roof on my truck and guaranteed me many more years of leak-free drives! Thank you, Cesar!
