From the very beginning David was so polite and courteous. It was the 1st time for me to have to do anything like this because I ve never been in a wreck. They handled everything, the repairs of my vehicle, setting me with a rental and throughout the ordeal I received phone calls or a text to keep me posted on the status of repairs. They also dealt directly with insurance on keeping me approved for the rental when they had to extend the time. I never had to do anything, they handled it all and my navigator looks great. The repairs were more than we expected but again I did not have to worry about nothing. They toke pictures, dealt with insurance and it was all approved. The whole staff was great. My auto drives great and looks great. I would use them for anything that had to do with my vehicle in the future. I m feel very blessed to have been referred to them by my insurance company. Thank you

Tommy is very professional and helpful. The car was repaired before the estimated timeline. He also pointed out other problems with my car unrelated to the repair which he didn t have to. Thanks for the excellent service!

David and his team excelled in repairing the vandalism damage to my vehicle's windows, seats, and interior/exterior. Regrettably, this has happened twice. When I expressed concerns about excessive noise from the windows, David went above and beyond, even offering to go on a test drive with me to ensure there were no issues. Will definitely recommend.

I can't thank Fix Auto South City enough for their exceptional service. After my car was involved in a hit and run, they took charge of everything. From handling the insurance process to helping with a rental car, I didn't have to worry about a thing! They provided timely updates throughout the repair process, finishing the job on time and my car looks as good as new! I truly appreciated the stress-free experience they delivered. My experience was absolutely wonderful. It was such a relief to know David and his team understands how disruptive it can be to deal with not having a car, a rental car and insurance. I appreciate their timeliness, professionalism and ultimately their thoughtfulness as the situation was stressful. I was notified every step of the way and cannot express how surprisingly easy it was! My car was clean and I can tell they took great care. Highly recommend!

I brought my S2000 in for an exterior restoration. Prior to bringing the car in, the car needed some repair work to the rocker panel and a full repaint due to the condition the previous paint was in. David and his team took really good care of my car and really took the time to ensure that everything was perfect. After receiving the car back, there were some slight blemishes in the paint and David and his team took care of it immediately! I definitely recommend Precision Auto Body for all of your car restoration and repair needs!

Very easy going people. Customer service is a 10. My car was dented and the other guy s insurance brought me to fix auto south city. They fixed the dent, cleaned the car, and made the car look brand new. They also helped with the process of getting a rental while my car was being fixed, and the whole process took a week. Great experience with them. They also kept new updated throughout the whole process.Thanks !

This is a good place to get your auto body repairs taken care of. When I went to pick up the car, David let me check out the work that was done and what was done. They worked seamlessly with our insurance company, state farm, were responsive, thoughtful, and thorough. Couldn t recommend them more highly! Extremely happy with the service!!!I took my car in to get the bumper fixed and within a few days I had a new bumper! Denny and his father are top notch. They were easy to communicate with, did a great job fixing the car, and had the repairs done by the day they said they would. Hands down the best auto body shop I've ever been to!

I had to bring my car to have a very sticky residue (possibly tree sap) removed from the paint which was covering about 1/4 of the car. Auto detailers were unable to take care of it so I submitted a claim to State Farm and Fix Auto was one of their approved auto body shops. Great customer service and they did a really good job. I highly recommend them.

Came here to color match paint and install a replica TRD front lip. David and his crew were very communicative and easy to work with. Bringing to the shop a replica piece I was managing my expectations but was extremely impressed by how closely it matched my paint and fit the car. All credit goes to Precision Auto Body.

I was recommended to them by my dealership - Livermore Subaru, which has amazing customer service. Came in with a ding on my roof after talking on the phone, and received a more than reasonable estimate to redo my roof and to make it perfect again.However, the customer service here is phenomenal. So human and personable. They were kind enough to explain the details of the issue, how it can cause rust and that it can be patched for now and just needs to be monitored to make sure permanent damage isn't done. They even were so kind as to apply rust remover and my touch up paint for me, for no charge! I felt very taken care of as a person as well as a customer.I'll definitely be coming back to redo the paint on my roof here. No question about it.Thank you for all the help you've been so great at providing! I'm so glad I was referred out to you!
