Highly recommend. Excellent customer service. Pricing was transparent and affordable compared to what other places were quoting me. They were very professional and accommodating. Facility looked very organized. Quiet industrial/automotive area in SSF with ample parking. Easy to get to. Tow truck driver had no problems entering/exiting. This is a nice change to SF areas or Daly City Mission St. I was finally able to relax after having my tire slashed and then the old spare blowing up on me.

Got a flat yesterday, called them this morning and they had my tire in stock. Took 20 minutes in and out the door. Great customer service and excellent pricing!

The price, selection and quality were excellent! The best place to replace your tire, I went to 2 other places prior to BayTires Auto and they didn't have the right tire for my car . These guys are so quick, friendly, professional and I had a very good experience. Definitely recommend!

I do alot of custom car suspension work with demanding wheel and tire mounting and balancing expectations. These guys are the only guys I trust because of their extensive experience with racecars and performance automotive work. Not to mention their unbeatable prices.

These guys are the best! I've been going to this place for the past 8 years and they never let me down! Everyone is super knowledgeable and will help you with any tire purchase that is suitable for your needs and they fix flat tires fast!Also if your a car guy looking for a place that doesn't scratch wheels this is the place! Their machine doesn't scratch wheels and the employees are very well trained, and professional.

This place is awesome. Not only did Matt find the "super rare" tires I needed, and mount them, he rotated them also, and warned me about my lug nuts having a problem. He was super polite, fast , and has very fantastic customer service skills. This place is cheap on the pocket book but high quality service. Highly recommended.

Super honest group of guys that always look out for the customer. Called yesterday and was able to get an appt for this morning regarding an oil change and tire rotation. Vehicle was done in a little over an hr! Crazy fast and efficient! Also, James has always given me tips on keeping my vehicle intact. Very knowledgable guy. Thank you so much for taking care of my vehicle! You guys are awesome!

The price is excellent and I called around they're the cheapest around. I'm glad I googled shops and called around for prices. Matt was the guy I spoke to he was very polite and very informative. my tires were bald and had multiple nails in it. I got to the shop early and they had my tires ready asap. they also do tire rotation and oil changes ect call them for all your car needs!!

I was amazingly surprised when got here. Besides the good praise they offered me a good first time buyer discount. The tires I bought from them have about 70% tread left. They are one of the top brands and very smooth and quiet.I recommend this place if you looking for quality and comfortable bill at the end.I drive 2008 year car and next time for repair or next set of tires I will come here again.

Excellent customer service!!! We were in the area from Southern CA when we noticed that we needed a new tire to make it back home. There was a misunderstanding in regards to the price and shortly before work started on the car, the owner left. The guy working on the car took care of us to turn the experience around and ensure we left happy and with safe tires.

I've been coming to Bay Tires for a few years now for tire changes and oil changes.Unfortunately, the shop is deteriorating in its customer service at the least.Came by today at 8:45am for a quick oil change, brought my oil and filter to avoid filter not being in stock.Checked in with James (the guy who runs the shop) and was told there is a car in front of me and it will take about an hour before they can get me in. Not a problem, I thought and sat patiently in my car right in front of James waiting, he clearly saw me waiting. 10:15am hits the clock and I open the door to ask James if he has an update. To which I am told "oh, we not going to do it, we don't have a plug" ...... 1. Plug is not required being replaced and I have a washer replace the included in the oil change kit I brought. 2. You see me waiting for over an hour and not bother let me know about this?Waste of time.Can no longer recommend this spot and won't be coming back either.

Bay tires is a solid spot, great group of guys very knowledgeable about automobiles and very helpful. They do a lot more than tires here also they do brakes oil changes and many other services. I will be going back for sure and I definitely recommend this place to other people. At least I forget their prices are better than many other places around!!

Needed a emergency tire replacement and was recommended by a friend who had used them before. They special ordered my tires and got them in the same evening and had them installed past their closing time so that I would not have to come back in the next day. Very thoughtful!!Great service experience to recommend.

I took my Land Rover to them for new front brake pads and rotors... They did an excellent job! Plus, it was quickly done (but first-class work)... Also, I saved hundreds of dollars (relative to the dealership price)... I highly recommend!

First, they spend few days trying to find me a perfect tires that will meet all my crazy criteria. Each day i was given info on different tires to choose from. Second, installation was quick and without any problems. Thanks Nata and Vitali for the best service!!! I love the way my car is handling right now!

Been looking to get tires for my car for two weeks. Another local place stood me up but I was fortunate enough to get to work with Bernie(sp?) here. Awesome people. In and out with four new tires in about 45min.

Purchased the tires online and showed up to have them installed. They didn't have a lift but they jacked up my car and installed the tires quickly. Everyone was helpful and I was in and out in a half hour. Overall nice guys; I would reccomend them to anyone looking for replacement tires.

This shop just moved to a new location across the street and now offers a Mounting Service! They filled the last missing piece of a full service tire shop that still offers great prices, quality service, and lifetime warranty on repairs. I just picked up a spare for my Audi A4 and when they said it had 70% thread on the phone, it actually had it when i arrived there, unlike another local tire ship whose tire lost 30% of thread in 1h time that it took me to get there.

Shopped online with them...everything went great. Very fast shipping. Great prices. Very fast responses to my emails as well. I worked with someone named "Vitali" at the shop. I had no prior knowledge of this place, just saw they had the exact tire brand/size I was looking for under a google search...so I took my chances. Glad it worked out!

Got my brakes and oil change done here and the experience was the great. Service as fast and friendly, price was reasonable, and general great experience. I am definitely a return customer.

The team at Bay Tires do tires right. They have a large selection for most 14, 15, 16 and 17 inch wheels; great prices and super service. Used or new I highly recommend Bay Tires without reservation.
