TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE, PHENOMENAL ATTENTION TO DETAIL, AND THE FINIAL RESULT WAS NOTHING SHORT OF SPECTACULAR. I brought my C6 Z06 CORVETTE in to have my exhaust tips brought out a bout an inch, straightened and leveled. I previously had the car at two other shops, not local and they both were unable to meet my expectations, the tips looked horrible at best when I arrived and after leaving they were absolutely perfect, in position and level. Also the tone of my exhaust became more crisp and definitely more pleasant to hear when I Rev it up and sounds like heaven when I'm ripping through the gears. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!! From custom to stock, he's got you covered. Great experience and the highlight of my week being able to have my cars exhaust system finally completed to perfection and being able to hear it loud and proud. 10/10 THANK YOU AGIAN, I APPRECIATE YOUR TIME, WORK, AND WISDOM.

My exhaust pipe broke off near the back of my cat, and Dan was able to weld it back together in 20 min. Charged a fair price that I was happy with.He s a great guy and very practical/reasonable from what I found. Won t try to upcharge you for some work you don t need.

I had just completed the Rubicon Trail with my Jeep Rubicon JKU where I had pinched my tailpipe pretty much closed on some rocks. I had managed to open it up a bit on the trail but had a long drive back to TX and didn t want to impede exhaust flow and risk burning an exhaust valve. Dan got me in immediately and cut the tailpipe back at a nice 45 degree angle so that I shouldn t ever have this problem again. In addition, he found a clamp on the drive shaft boot that had come off and was causing and annoying noise that I hadn t been able to isolate. All for a very fair, low price. I couldn t have been any happier with the service! Thanks DanService: Exhaust

Saturday night at 6.30 PM ... Lake Tahoe ... everybody is closed and i have to drive to San Diego Ca .. 12 hours away..Car is broken ...Got Kevin's cell number, he was at the shop a few minutes later and was the bomb.. Or is it Lit...?He was able to repair my Jeep, professionally which involved, hydraulic press, sand blaster welder and a plethora of other tools to get me back on the road..Not only was he a great guy, he did not skimp on time or materials and pricing was about half of what i expected..If you need help call Kevin his number is on the window...Thanks again.. You kicked a$$ for me.

Dan at the Muffler palace, the only muffler shop I will use. Had an issue with my Hummer exhaust, and without hesitation, Dan had me bring it down and repaired what another shop screwed up. We were traveling and had an issue with our truck and he was the only one willing to help us out with an emergency! He saved our vacation!! Very friendly and nice!!!!

Was up in Tahoe and spotted this little hole in the wall muffler shop but they were closed..I later looked them up online . I spoke with the owner who was super friendly and accommodating. I took my Challenger there for a little performance exhaust work and while speaking with the shop owner learned that his family has owned the shop since the 70 s!! Just thought that was pretty cool, and I m a fan of supporting local businesses! Anyway they did a GREAT job on the exhaust mod. My Challenger really sounds great and they did an awesome job. One of the few shops I ve been to that treats your car like it was theirs!!

Brought in my Audi A4 for some exhaust work. Dan worked fast and the outcome was exactly what I expected and wanted it to be! Great place and totally recommend it! Very experienced and knows what he s doing. If you need custom exhaust work this is place.

Dan put a straight pipe on my 12 mustang did a excellent job sound very great and got me in same day appointment very friendly guy and give great deals highly recommend him and also can t forgot I came from Reno cause Reno extremely book for muffler for some reason worth the drive if your coming from RenoService: ExhaustService: Exhaust

For as long as I can remember, the Palace has always been the go to shop for many satisfied locals. The Eames family goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. I understand you can't please everyone all the time, but damn if these guys don't try hard to always make things right. The only place my parents would take their personal and business vehicle's.

Went to muffler palace in south lake Tahoe today. I Treated the old man (owner) with respect and kindness. He acted very short and mean.I payed him good money and when I called him to ask why my truck run so poor after he replaced my catalytic converter, he said check your timing your truck run like crap when it came in, I said my truck ran perfect before I brang it in before the cat went bad 3 days before. so I check his work all the welds where leaking badly!! very sloppy welding.probably throwing off the o2 sensor which is the problem is runs bad now. Now I hope to get my money back or the part re welded. Don't ever want this guy touching my truck again.Dont go here go to a good metal shop or another mechanic.
