Def plan to be there a while if you're booking an appointment for services! The wait gets pretty long. But the hang out area is decent, places to charge things and get work done if you need.

If I could give them zero stars I would. My husband and I were interested in buy a suv and we asked them to replace the tires or lower the price of truck. They said no, we can only replace 1 tire so we said no thank you. We went home. Then they called my husband saying to come back and they would replace all 4 tires. So we went back with a check in hand to pay for the truck and then they came back with we are only changing one tire. We were so upset that they made us waste our time, money, and gas for nothing. We walked out without a truck. So be aware that they are liars and won't honor their words.

I was helped by Peter Yang.. and Kevin Monazzami Finance Manager. I Was attended really well when I walked in by Peter They made the process really fast and smooth. Never buying another vehicle from them again! They made me never want to buy a car again. It was my first time at any dealership and for sure the last time at this dealership. Do not recommend for first time buyers.

I went in to trade in my Tacoma for a Honda and everything was going good, they gave me what I wanted for my trade in, however once they took me in to finance to sign paperwork they added 1. Vin etching2. Paint protection3. Lo jack4. Extended warranty.I tried to take out the first 3 add on but finance manager Kevin Monazzami kept on insisting that they cannot be removed because they were already installed.I also tried to not get the warranty but they kept going back and worth pressuring me to get it and i gave in on it.So now im 5k in on add ons . I should have gone to Honda north or Clawson, can t believe 5k down the drain like that

We been going there for years . No matter where we buy a car they'll still service it. I bought a corvette from carmax I some problems that they " carmax " couldn't fix so we drove it to Selma it took 2 days but I got UT back and it purrs like a kitten again...

Purchased an $80,000 truck and no complimentary tank of gas. Gas was near E when when purchased so we had to fill up as we left the lot. Service people were ok. No complimentary wash either.

Hi, I am writing about Selma KIA. I have a appointment for 2018 Chevrolet on 05/23 Thursday at 10 am. I talked at least 10 times with sales person Sammy and his manager Eric. Also I emailed them couple times and we already talked about price and everything. I came this morning little bit early around 9 am and went into inside the dealership. They told me that they are vacuuming the car and in 10 min car is gonna be ready and I said that s ok I am waiting. And 10 mins later they bring the car like that. You can see the pictures. I set up appointment on Monday for Thursday and yesterday I called them and check if the car still available because I am coming from Menlo Park which is 3 hours drive. When I saw the car I just shocked!! I never this kind of thing in my life. I trust the dealer because they are selling under the KIA company! And we one more thing; on the website list the mileage was 31,948 but when they are showing the car mileage is 34,489. Basically just want to say STAY AWAY from them!!!

Went to Selma Kia on Saturday, Sept 30 to look for a Kia Forte!! Was helped by the man with a master plan, Jesus Alaniz, who helped me with my questions and other matters that needed answering!! Drove off a happy hombre!! So the customer service was stellar, the process was nice and smooth, and most importantly...didn't take that long like back in the days doing all that paperwork!! Thank you Jesus!!

I brought my 2015 Camaro for a change of oil. When I got there my ACE was working perfectly. When I left, my AC was not working at all, so I called them and I asked them if they did something to my AC. They said no but I knew they did something wrong.!. so I did took my car to another place to get a diagnostic and they did found that the guy who did the change of oil that day he left the green wires crushed under the oil filter cap so I went back and I talk to the manager about the negligent they did!. supposedly it was fixed?.It only last one month functioning they only fixed it temporary and now my AC is not working at all again it s blowing hot air like when they messed up my AC that day !. I called and they said they would do nothing about it anymore!. And not only that negligent they did they broke my oil filter cap that same date and they didn t let me know they broke that part of my car !. I had to find out on my own!. I don t recommend this place for a change of oil or any kind of repairs on a car!! They don t know how to do their job right they are not professional at all neither honest with their customers if they do something negligent to a car, they won t let you know you if they do something wrong!!! I have proof - pic s and video of the bad service they did to my car that day !!.. I have family members and friends that they take their cars to Selma Auto Mall for service I will let them know and show them the messy work they did to my car ! so they don t go there anymore for any kind of service on their car !. unprofessional Services SELMA AUTO MALL you guys should be ashamed of yourself for Do this to one of your customer who used to be loyal bringing my car for service since I bought my 2015 Camaro from you guys!. I was planning to buy another car from Selma Auto mall but this going to be a big NOOOO!!!

So I went in to Selma Nissan in the Selma automall today, and I was sure I was gonna leave without a new vehicle. But thanks to Jonny B. And his awesome manager Ahmad, I now have my very first brand new truck. Not only was the customer service incredible, these folks were honest, had a great sense of humor, and went above and beyond in every way to help me get into a safe new vehicle for me and my family! No more daily anxiety about if I will make it to work, or back home!! And it's all thanks to the most helpful and genuinely kind car salesmen I have ever met. If you are looking for a great vehicle and fair salesmanship, this is the place to go. I can't rave enough about the customer service here. Picture to come tomorrow!

Booked a service online and got to the store and they told me I had to pay for the package well the website does not state that the website should be updated or maybe it should be explained. It was 50 dollars more and the employees were very unprofessional this was Selma Hyundai horrible service

Luis from Kia was a great salesman to work with. Luis helped my little brother purchase his first vehicle (2023 Kia forte). We definitely appreciate his approach. We would recommend him again to anyone trying to purchase a car at Kia Selma. Fernando in the finance department was also very friendly. Good job.My review is based on my purchasing experience.

I came in to look at cars but I knew the likelihood of getting approved was slim. My credit isn't the best and I didn't have a cosigner. It very much felt like an uphill climb JUST walking in. In general, auto malls make me very nervous. I feel intimidated by the salesmen/ saleswomen. I've never made a purchase this big before but I decided it was time to try. I was helped by Guillermo (Memo) Garcia at Liberty Chevrolet and I couldn't have had more luck. He was very approachable and friendly and even speaks Spanish so I didn't have to go through all the embarassing "como se llama la desa cosa in English" questions. I had a string of questions, some of them I'm sure were ridiculous, but he was very patient and answered every single one. I didn't feel pressure to commit to anything and he stayed with me until we found a car I liked. He walked me through the process from selecting a car to all the paperwork afterward, and miraculously was able to get me approved. If buying a car makes you anxious and you're afraid that they're going to upsell you or pressure you, go visit him. He's very knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely wants you to have a positive experience.

Stay away! Chevy department gave us a car we didn t pick. Told us to come do paper work while it was being cleaned. Still waited a few hours and was brought a car that was filthy and not the one we picked we chose one that was AWD and this was not and the sticker wasn t in the glove box and the salesman was confused because he said it s always there. We believe they sold our car and then drove to another location and brought us a completely different vehicle l!!!! Don t trust these people

I had a very bad experience with Selma Honda at the Selma Auto Mall. I spoke with Peter (internet sales manager) the night before about a new CRV Hybrid. We discussed price and he was vague about the dealer mark up and other upgrades (he never gave me their sticker price) . I got a text the next morning and confirmed that I would be there at 2pm. When I got there they did not have the car I was interested in, and the dealer markup on a similar vehicle was $10k, plus two thousand extra for additional features I was not interested in. The MSRP on the car was just under $33k and their asking price was over $46k! I asked to speak to Peter the entire time I was there (over an hour) but he never made himself available to speak to me.

Good service department, Mazda's service manager, Anthony, is great--helpful, reliable, and does what he said he's going to do.Today I was looking at vehicles for someone and Alex was great. Answered all my questions and more, all without seeming like a pushy, annoying sales guy.

Our experience at Selma Auto Mall was exceptional! We were interested in a truck they advertised online and when we arrived the truck was parked out front and Anthony G. was immediately available for a test drive. My wife and I both test drove the truck. It was what we were looking for and we were very interested. We had a few minor issues with the truck and they immediately worked out a plan to fix those issues. Anthony and whole gang answered all our questions and were very interested in the making a fair deal on both sides. We ended up buying the truck and are very satisfied! I was very impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of Anthony G. and the whole crew. We felt from top to bottom that everyone at the dealership was involved with making our experience great! Thank you!
