I must commend you and your staff at Wayside Garage for your exceptional dedication in diagnosing and resolving the perplexing issues with my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk. Despite months of troubleshooting alongside your technicians, we couldn't pinpoint the root cause of the intermittent no-start problem plaguing my vehicle. However, thanks to the tireless efforts of Stacey and her team, who invested countless hours in testing and process of elimination, the problem was finally resolved. The level of attention and care my vehicle received went above and beyond my expectations. I am immensely grateful and consider myself fortunate to have found such a committed team. You have undoubtedly earned a customer for life. My sincere thanks to everyone at Wayside Garage for their unwavering determination in resolving my car's issues!

I recently stopped in at wayside and was welcomed with a smile. I don t know much about cars and was uncomfortable stopping in by myself but was immediately put at ease. I have three words; Kind, professional and transparent and the coffee is not too bad either :). I appreciated being updated about my car every step of the way. There were no surprises. I knew what to expect as I was properly prepared for what may or may not be found during the inspection process . The fact that I was sent my inspection digitally and could open it with ease from my cellphone while they walked me through every picture, exceeded my expectations. I wish I found them sooner. With their guidance , I felt empowered to make an educated decision about my cars maintenance while keeping my family safe! Priceless

This is my second time coming to Wayside Garage. First time was 5 stars. Not the best experience this time around. We came to them for a tune up and a quote on stabilitrak service. Left with a $580 bill for diagnostic only no repairs done. Instead of what we asked for they sent me a quote for everything wrong with our car. We went here knowing the quality of work and price was worth it. I explained to him my budget but he insisted on what needed to be fixed before he could do a tune up. I needed to replace 2 front tires, battery and alternator before he could do a tune up. I explained to him that I had enough for a tune up and the diagnosis but he said he wasnt gonna do it. I told him I would just come pay for the diagnosis only and pick up my car and I had no problem with that. He then informed me I would need to tow the car off his lot because he thought it was unsafe. I just finished telling you i was on a budget but you still want me to spend more of my money. I thanked him for his concern and said I will be in to pick up my car. I took a break from work went and payed for the car and told him my wife will be in to pick it up cause they close at 4:30 and i get off at 5pm. My wife goes in to pick up our car already payed for and he tells my wife that they usually call the non emergency police number and report cars for being unsafe. Like I told him after I payed that we are going to store it in our garage till we can afford to pay for it. Thank you for your concern but you made my wife feel threatened by that comment as if she was a criminal for not keeping her car maintained. I don't appreciate you making her feel that way as if shes a threat. If we don't have the funds right now to pay for all that your suggesting then let us get our car and leave without feeling like we killed or like we cant afford a $5000 bill when all we came in for was a tune up and to see whats wrong with our stabilitrak. I hope that you tell all your customers that if they have an unsafe car your business will report them to the police. Worst experience ever. Great business and very knowledgeable in what they are doing but some things you don't say to your customers unless you tell everybody that. Anyway I know this is a family owned business and I don't want this to reflect poorly on them or the hard working techs that work here. I want to be able to walk in and get the service that we are asking for. If all we can afford is a tune up and the diagnosis to find out what's wrong with our stabilitrak for now then that's what we want. Our car is home now in the garage and will be getting a tune up soon. You guys can respond and try to explain why he said what he said and how our safety is your concern but its not. Or even justify saying that you will report unsafe vehicles. It seems like we are being pressured into more then what we came for because you made it seem like our car simply couldnt drive safely. It drove just fine and wont be driven again till we purchase new tires. I am only giving this review as my experience with the gentleman working the front but he was professional about it. We didnt like that he didnt listen to what we said about what we could afford. And we dont like feeling threatened because of our vehicle. The shop does great work so if you have the money to spend, do it. I know i didnt have it at the time but if i did i would of spent it here. Thank you again for working on our car. I can say your mechanics are awesome. Sorry this review isn't what you are looking for but I wanted to share my real experience here at your shop.

These people are shady. They are dishonest and try to nickel and dime you. They are not upfront with what they charge you and won t send you an itemized invoice so you are surprised with a huge bill at the end. I had to contact the bureau of automotive repair. Go elsewhere and save yourself the trouble. I did in fact bring in the vehicle. It was my girlfriend s car but I paid for the inflated costs. My girlfriend electronically signed for the $373(rip-off) diagnostic and nothing beyond that. Where did the other signed documents come from? Not us. Stacy, If you put as much effort into treating your customers fairly as you do arguing with people on the internet, you wouldn t be arguing with people on the internet. Thanks for the Bible scripture. Will I be getting an invoice for that too? A good name is more desirable than great riches; to be esteemed is better than silver or gold (Proverbs 22:1)

I ve had a questionable experience, a huge misunderstanding with this Service Center regarding a misunderstanding that is to lengthy for this posting but suffice to say it is imperative that if you use this Service Center it is IMPARATIVE, make sure you READ before signing and UNDERSTAND your work. I cannot emphasize READ BEFORE SIGNING enough times because it has cost me close to $7,000. dollars and one of my problems is still not repaired and it is under warranty. I have no animosity to this company but be sure you understand, ESPECIALLY what they possibly recommend you need to take care of for your car s future performance. Needless to say i will never return to this service center and the reason i did return because I thought the warrant would cover my problem, it didn t.

A little Rich for my blood. My check engine light was on so I brought my Jeep in at 8:30 a.m for diagnostics. After having my car all day I was told there's lots of codes but many of them might go away after an oil change and a new battery as my 1 year old battery was supposedly not good anymore. I asked how much and she said $1500 which was $300 for the diagnostics and $1200 for the battery and oil change. I said bye bye.

They were going to charge $900 to replace a starter my 17-year-old friend got for under $200 and installed in less than an hour, and they were trying to sell other services that were not necessary. I won't go back to Wayside Garage.

I had a little urgent thing to do, remove the old license plates, but it was stuck. I drove by lunchtime and they were nice enough to tell me come back at 1:30 and we will take care of you. I showed up at 1:30 PM and they knew me by name and were expecting me. They fixed my problem within less than five minutes.I m definitely coming back for oil change and any other need.

Wayside Garage is a car hospital, and its technicians are like doctors.. My Cadillac was their patient, and its diagnosis and treatment were thorough.. This being our only car, Wayside picked it up in poor health and delivered it back well to our home.

First time having to do body work on my car and the Wayside Team went above and beyond expectations. I personally know very little about cars except changing a tire, but was able to understand everything in their vehicle inspection through their digital inspection notes that comprised of comprehensive list with pictures and background information sent straight to you.Along with this, their team has fantastic customer service from the first point of contact. As a previous hospitality manager, I am very impressed! Was a little unsure at first due to this being an Auto Garage for cars and trucks, but they serviced my motorcycle with all of the exact paperwork I needed for certification and they were reasonably priced. I'll go back if I have other things I need to get worked on for any of my vehicles.

I recently to Wayside Garage to get a noise in my car checked out. The front counter people were super nice and knowledgeable. But I worked with a gentleman by the name of Myles. He was so patient with me and all my questions. He explained where the noise was coming from and what my options were. It ended up being my tires and brakes. I was pressed for time as I had to pick up my kids from school. He gave me an estimated time of 3-4 hours and that would put me right up to when school gets out. He ended up texting me 2.5hrs after letting me know my car was ready. I was able to get to the grocery store and then pick up my kids on time. Thanks Myles. I ll be back to get wheel alignment in a few days. I hope Myles works on my car again. He was so helpful!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Wheel alignment, Auto brake replacement

I was able to tow my car here and (relatively quickly) get new tires for my car. Luckily the unique tires I needed were available and ordered. Originally was helped by Sabrina, but everyone I spoke to was very professional, informative, and kind.

I needed an oil change and Rotation Simple maintenance for some people not only did they not put the oil that I asked them to put 550 synthetic oil. He Nick one of my brand new Rims my first Rotation since I had them put on he knew he damaged my rim didn't say anything The oil light came on when i got in to Marina I had to pay someone else to put the Correct oil, it was not only 5 50 it was not synthetic. I have been driving this car since 2015 I know what works I know who won't be working on my car anymore.

Many many friends have urged me to go to this service since my dealership warranties are over with . I must say the Staff and mechanics are beyond superb, professional, and genuinely down right friendly the sigh says owned by family..& I will say they made me feel like they were my family had Wheel Alignment done mechanic did a great job Stacy and Sabrina the mom & daughter managers were just great I ll be going back again real soon.. Wayside is now my place to go to get great work done on my car Very honest thorough work done here.. I highly recommend Service: General repairs & maintenance

1/10. Absolutely terrible service. They tried charging me $2600 for a service I could get done for $1500 at my mechanic. The only reason I went here is that my car broke down and I couldn t get to the guy I trust with my car.Sure the diagnostic was comprehensive and easy to read, but they tried using the color of my oil (on a 130k mile car) to tell me I needed an oil change when I got one not 2000 miles ago. Also most of the things they were telling me needed to be done urgently were deceptive at worst, and negligent at best. Either way, I won t be coming back. Stay away if you value your money

I was referred to Wayside by my good friend Sonny and I have to say, they do NOT disappoint! Sabrina was very attentive and thorough in explaining the suggested and required repairs list sent to me through their automated service - also, I've NEVER gone to a garage that does the kind of updates and reporting like they do! Chris was also very helpful in analyzing what services I could budget for on my first visit.I look forward to going back and wholly trust Wayside Garage with my household's ONLY vehicle's maintenance.Services: Transmission, Brakes, Oil change

I haven't been this impressed with an auto shop EVER. I had error codes and a laundry list of repairs and maintenance to get done. Sabrina walked me through the entire process.I can't say enough about the customer service at Wayside. This was a pleasant experience! I never thought I'd say that about a visit to the mechanic. The shop arranged for me to have a ride home after dropping off my car.They ran a series of special tests to diagnose my car. The shop is so tech-savvy that they can text you digital reports. I really appreciated this as I could decide what needed to be done -- the report even included images as supporting documentation.The repairs and maintenance were completed quickly and the Sabrina even arranged for my car to be delivered back to my apartment!They have a secure link on their website to pay your bill remotely and can even email your invoice.Wow! I finally found a shop I can trust and who understands integrity and the importance of great customer service. I'm so glad I found Wayside on Yelp. Imma just say, I never do reviews because ain't nobody got time for that. But this shop deserves it. I loved this place! I took my 15 yr old Escape due to ABS issues that I had been putting off for months, but finally took it in. I called ahead of time, told them my issues, and dropped off my car. They were all super friendly and accommodating to my concerns. The repair ended up costing less than I expected (bless), and had a military discount! So double win. But the thing that made the biggest difference was how nice everyone was. They were easy to communicate with and were never bothered by my (many) calls. Stacey even stayed several minutes past closing time for me to come pick up my car, and that was a huge blessing! Also she's super sweet and fun to talk to! This place is family owned, so I respect that too. Overall, I am very satisfied with this business and have already referred others to them lol. The interaction with the staff was great: informative, timely, and courteous. An aspect I liked was a very detailed electronic summary of every aspect of the car that they inspected with pictures! I also liked that they offered a free ride service to return home after I dropped off the car. This offer extended to a return ride to pick up the car upon completion of the work.

Wayside Garage is awesome! Best experience with a mechanic/shop I have ever had. They actually did all the inspection points they said they would and sent me pictures to prove it and show what is needed without pressure to have them do the work. I would highly recommend this place for all your auto needs. They are top notch! They set such a standard that will be hard for anyone else to meet.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Had Wayside Garage perform some maintenance on my non daily driver Shelby Mustang. Change plugs, serpentine belt for the Paxton SC, change all fluids to include rear differential, remove and replace a broken alternator stud, air conditioning, etc.I have not really had a chance to drive the car any distance since the service. That being said Chris, Brandon, Allen and Sam were very responsive and professional. Allen was the mechanic and worked on the car which was modified by Shelby and had its unique challenges compared to a stock Mustang. I was very happy with their service and willingness to address a few surprise requests. Good shop that uses technology to keep you informed and very responsive when you call.Services: Transmission, Auto A/C recharge, Air conditioning

There was an engine oil leak in my car (Toyota Camry), so I visited there on Friday (4/15/2022) to fix it. They said I needed to make an appointment to fix my car within the day I visit (half-day or more). I made an appointment on Tuesday(4/19/2022) and they gave me an appointment card. I dropped off my car at 8:30 am with the appointment card showing "oil leak". I called at 11:32 am to check my car status. They said they were checking my car. I called them again at 2:18 pm, they said they were doing paperwork and they would call me in 20 min. I got a report from them via e-mail. At 3:17pm, they just did a total basic visual inspection that I did not request!!! and invoiced $289. The service manager said it was included in the inspection. They did not fix anything about the engine oil leaking. They estimated $9,900 for fixing other matters that I never asked. I spent two days and $289 to fix engine oil leak (it looks like just loosen oil pan plug ) but I got only a report that I never asked for. I do not recommend this place for fixing your car.Update) They called me on Wednesday (04/20/2022) and offered a free oil change for removing this review. I turned down the offer. They were not interested in my car's ENGINE OIL LEAK and kept explaining why the "Comprehensive Vehicle Inspection($289)" was required. They still don't understand what I want. I needed to fix my car's ENGINE OIL LEAK.

I had an amazing experience at Wayside Garage. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Being someone who isn t too familiar with the inner workings of a car, I greatly appreciate that Wayside is a digital garage, takes photos of EVERYTHING that they review/fix in your vehicle and walk it through with you. I no longer feel the stress I used to when having work done on my vehicle!

Wayside took care of my oil change, cabin air filter, brakes, calipers and rotors, did an excellent job and on time. Brendon looked back at my records and saw that things were warrantied. Saved me alot of money.
