Came in for oil change after a long trip. Nice facilities. Clean quiet waiting room. In and out in about an hour. No complaints.

Service experience was excellent from the time we entered the office. Immediately greeted by Marvin and registered for service. Our recall seevice was completed timely and we also received an inspection and car wash. Marvin's professional demeanor was exemplary. We are recommending Premier Hyundai Service dept to all our friends and will probably travel there for our next purchase.

I've used these guys along as long as I've had my 2013 Hyundai and they're great. Really missed them when the place sold but was so happy to see it reopen with lots of the same folks. Marvin is awesome, always a big help. They are professional and efficient , they give me a ride back to the office so I'm not wasting time and they even wash the car! I had a great experience at this dealer. Raul, one of the sales managers, and Dylan, my salesperson, were both excellent. They were both very understanding and went out of their way to help me. We had an issue with a car we were going to purchase, but Raul made it right on the purchase of another vehicle. I felt I got a great deal on my trade and purchase. I drove all the way from Fresno to get the car because they were the only dealer with the car I wanted, but in the future I would drive there again just to give them my business. I have bought many cars and this was by far experience will be the one that I will always remember. Thank you Raul and Dylan!

The man who greeted me was very courteous, professional and efficient. I pulled up at 0900, and he was waiting for me when I drove into the service bay :) The Tech, Amanda, who checked me in for my oil change was also very professional and pleasant.I was also really pleasantly surprised that Premier Hyundai offers a shuttle and car wash service for customers, what a treat! My shuttle driver, Alma, was awesome and easy to talk to :) These additional services really made it worth the extra money spent on the oil change and full-car inspection, and most importantly peace of mind!I would highly recommend using the Premier Hyundai Service department for your needs. If you re in the market for a Hyundai, please check these guys out! The staff is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Considering the current pandemic, they were more than accommodating to make sure we felt safe. Communication with Amber (sales) and Gary (finance) was top notch! They were awesome to deal with and made the entire trade in/new vehicle purchase a breeze. Would highly recommend!

I had been researching and shopping around a very long time. I was working with Jeff, in sales. I called him, asked him question after question, test drive many cars and he always had a genuine courteous smile with many answers. I truly felt he was working as hard as I was to find the right car. I never felt pressured to buy, and that made me feel very comfortable. On the day I purchased my AMAZING car, everyone was professional and I felt they were grateful for my business and appreciative of my time. They took COVID19 seriously and had everything required to keep safe. I will absolutely buy my next car here.

Let me start off by saying.... i hate car shopping!Salesman Jeff was amazing!!! He was NOT pushy! HE was friendly, kind, knowledgeable and honest!! He would research questions that he wasnt sure of...We went to all car dealers between Seaside, Salinas, Capital and Steven's Creek.... hands down, we went back to Hyundai because of JEFF! All other salesmen (people) we encounter were pushy, rude if we said "thank you for your time" and prepare yo leave... we told all of them WE ARE JUST LOOKING!THEN, we met Chris in finance.... usually these guys try and push extra warranty, extra under carriage, extra blah blah.... he was polite, fun (I know fun finance person) knowledgeable and took shopping Salesman!These two made the experience of car shopping AND purchasing a little less painful! Thank you Jeff and Chris!

Car was brought in for recall services and some scheduled maintenance. Easily made an appointment over the phone. Customer service was prompt when I arrived, and even dropped me off at my residence after leaving the car at the shop. Updates were provided over text with approval of recommended services. Prices were high for some routine items, but that s typical for dealership service. It was easy to stop at their parts window and pick the parts without paying for dealership installation.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I was running behind for my scheduled appointment, like LATE (1.5 hours), and they were so accommodating and kind even though I had missed my original service time. Normal service maintenance, got in and out in just under an hour! So quick and easy. I recently bought a new car from Hyundai Peninsula. I didn't speak to everyone there but it did appear, from observation, that it was a friendly, relaxed place where the staff got on well together. I dealt mainly with Alex Morgan in Sales, and then Chris Conley, in Finance, when it came to the handing over of money and signing of papers.I liked Alex's style. He didn't give me the the hard sell but definitely put in the effort in order to get the business. So much so, I was left hoping he could come up with the goods so I could buy the car from him, rather than another Hyundai salesroom - I'd also been in touch with Steven's Creek, San Jose. Chris too, was very efficient, thorough and friendly. I have no complaints.They were also honest and true to their word, i.e. I paid all upfront with the promise of the car being ready in a couple of days given that it was so new that it hadn't been processed, or unwrapped so to speak. Everything went according to plan. Much thanks. I am now enjoying the car.

My service Advisor Mr. Marvin Poole is a wonderful asset to Premier Hyundai of Seaside. He informs me of the work that the department will do that day. When my vehicle is ready, Mr. Poole provided with paperwork of the work that was done and the future areas that I will need service on.I am always greeted warmly when I arrive by the at person who will take my vehicle and return it to me when it is done. I had an excellent interaction at Peninsula Hyundai. I purchased the second vehicle I test drove, and the transaction was complete in its entirety within less than 2 hours. There was no haggling - I was given a very fair price, and am extremely happy with my purchase. The staff at the dealership were professional and courteous. There were no pressure sales. Just solid knowledge of the vehicles available and very fair negotiations.

Normally I do not like buying a car because working with the sales people is such a hassle-but not this time! Everyone we dealt with at Premier Hyundai of Seaside from Dylan to Raul and Chris, was professional, courteous, honest, and most importantly, working to get us the car we wanted at the best price possible. They weren t satisfied until we were happy! It was worth the drive from the Central Valley to buy here!

Such a great dealership and great staff. Their sales and service department are interested in helping. Ask for Jeff if you want to buy a car. He really knows about the details about the cars, the bells and whistles that they offer and how they compare to other cars in the same class. I was impressed. It's nice to buy from someone who is selling you a product that they believe in and know about. You can drive away feeling confident and happy. Thanks guys!!

Recently bought a new Hyundai Tucson from this dealership, my salesperson was Jed Ulloa and I recommend you ask for him! He made the process so easy and really worked to get me a great deal. I love my new car and am right where I want to be payment wise. I was nervous to make such a big purchase but everyone here was so nice and I feel like I got a great deal. I ll definitely be going back to Jed for my next car in the future!

First, when I called to set up an appointment, the man on the phone became offended that I thought he was with the service department (despite being transferred to them). One off, right? Wrong. Then, upon pulling in to the service department, I had to maneuver around a for sale truck in the way, which prompted yet another employee to verbally accost me upon leaving the car (at 8am!). Ultimately, they mislead me into a $800 bill that Amanda said was going to be closer to $300(not out right lying, but dishonest). In short, the most professional people there were the ones who handled the services of others (I assume, quite generously).Services: Tires, Oil change

Decided to help niece look for her new car and popped into the Hyundai Dealership in Seaside. The dealership is all new and very nice. They had a large selection of New cars and was promptly greeted by a very nice and low pressure salesperson. The experience was quite good and deals were made quickly. All the staff was very friendly and professional. After perusing several models, She decided to purchase the Veloster GT...which was really sharp looking. After doing the paperwork she was shown all the gizmos on the vehicle at delivery and connected her phone to the hands free radio and called me from her car.. she was so excited. Thank you for making her first car purchase so fun and easy.

Since I bought my EV Kona in 2019 there have been few battery updates and a battery recall (not Hyundai's fault). Throughout the whole process the Seaside service staff has been professional, helpful and has gone out of their way to provide me with options and solutions. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else for service, even though it's about 45 minutes drive from my home.Service: Battery

Great service ! Very friendly staff . Was greeted as soon I drove in . Service area was very clean as I saw staff was cleaning every 30 minutes while I waited . I received updates on my service inspection and they went through it very thoroughly with me while I was there . Prices are reasonable. No problem making a same day appointment. Fast and easy service. Cabin air filter and engine air filter replacement along with a standard oil change and 21 point inspection was done in less than 1.5 hrs. June 25, 2020, I concluded a deal to buy an Ioniq by telephone for$27,000 with sales person "David."I drove two and half hours to Seaside to find that David was not there and so spoke to the general manager, Steve Paladino. He acknowledged that David had agreed on the price of $27,000 but refused to honor the deal. He reneged on the price and would not relent. I felt he was taking advantage of the fact I had come so far to squeeze another $700 from me. I should have walked out, but I had searched high and low for this particular model and so caved and signed the papers for $700 more than the agreed price.I have had now five Hyundais and love the cars. Every dealer experience up this point has been extremely positive. I feel this was bait and switch, that I was cheated and abused and can only recommend you stay away from this dealership. This is dishonorable behavior, the kind that gives car dealers a bad reputation and makes car buying the experience most hated by consumers.###

I called the dealership because of a Facebook add. I told the person I spoke to on the phone at Premier Hyundai in Seaside CA what I was looking for. I told them what my credit score was (751). I asked if I would qualify for all of the things listed in the add: 0% financing. 72 months financing. No payments for 90 days. No money down. Well over book value for my trade. I was told yes.When I got there they claimed the 0% wasn t available on the car I was wanting to finance. They asked for money down. And they wanted to give me $4000 on a car worth $9000 based upon kbb. They ended up giving me $7400 for my trade which was a little better And it did get my existing car loan paid off. And I did get 90 day deferred payments. After telling the finance guy I wanted some of the things on the add he acquiesced.This nearly became a typical bait and switch. But I still think with my credit I should have been given the option of 0% financing too. And Inshould not have had to put money down. It was on the add. And Hyundai shouldn t advertise things and tell you over the phone that you qualify if it s not true and they don t intend to honor their word. I pulled up an add online and it specifically mentioned the Santa Fe being one of the models with 0% financing. Guess what I purchased? A Hyundai Santa Fe. They were dishonest which is the primary reason for my low review.

Stan "The Man" is an amazing sales person. It took my wife and I about a month to make a decision between brands. Stan hung in there and met our every need during the process. We texted with Stan numerous times to let him know how our shopping was going and what Hyundai had to do to make a deal. Stan exceeded our expectations and we got an amazing deal on a new Santa Fe.Hyundai is doing amazing work with their vehicles. My wife and I are not brand loyal and always compare all brands before making a choice. I'm surprised that our last 3 vehicles have all been Hyundai's. When we did our comparison shipping, we got the most for our money from Hyundai each time. We bought an "Ultimate" trim level, which was nicer than Audi and Lexus for about 1/2 the price. Well done!! I guess you could say I'm becoming a loyalist.

I was disappointed that the car was not washed. When I used Capital Hyundai in San Jose,� my car was washed at every service.Also there was no sticker on the windshield telling me of the date and mileage for my next service. I've always had one wherever I go.Otherwise very satisfied.

Got my oil changed, tires rotated, and transmission fluid changed. They found a recall on my vehicle and ordered the part to fix for me soon as well.
