These guys are always good to me and any of my family or friends that I have recommend.They re a very honest shop, you can tell it s family owned IN A GOOD WAY meaning unlike a big company, these guys pride themselves on doing their best to work with their customers... and they always do. I ve been going to them for about 2 years now and I ve NEVER had any problems or issues with anything I ve had done to my cars or family or friends who I ve recommended to.Jam Auto is a proud and honest shop... for a very good fair price. They don t take shortcuts, they work with your unique situation whatever it may be, and you can trust that their mechanics are very experienced.I have some experience in the automotive industry, and it s very common that Auto shops will over charge or even lie to you by saying something needs to be fixed when it doesn t for the extra $... but Jam ALWAYS finds the problem, lets their customers know what s going on the entire process, and I especially can guarantee theyre very consistent at getting the job done THE RIGHT WAY, with no shortcuts.Thank you Jam for always taking care of me when my family/friends and myself needs it the most.
