I called Nissan because I needed to replace my lost keys. This required me to order a new smart key fob replacement. To be honest I was hesitant because all the other places I had called and checked for prices were outrageous high. I ended calling my dealership for this issue and was greeted by Eric who is the service manager and the initial phone call with Eric was very helpful and friendly which made the stressful situation less stressful. He checked to make sure they had the key fobs for my make car, they didn t have them in stock so he ordered them and called me back 3 days later saying my keys had arrived. He then made it possible to get me in the next day for programming of the keys thanks to Patrick squeezing me in for this service. I towed my car to Nissan and upon arrival was greeted by Patrick the parts manager who was able to get my car to me in less than an Hour !!! That was great since nobody wants to wait that long for a key programming right? Anyway I would totally recommend Nissan. There mangers are amazing and that shows how much they care about their customers and I will always take my car with them from now on. Best service ever. Definitely worth it!!

I had my oil changed there recently and service with a smile did not exist. I noticed maintenance guys were just standing in the back of the customer service guy working in front of the computer. The two creeps standing called me a bad. I didn't go there to meet people. I went there to get an oil change and then leave. Those guys are probably single and lonely checking out everybody that goes in!

Patrick Cochran (my Advisor) reviewed with me in advance the Recommended Maintenance Service in detail prior to having my car serviced. I agreed with Patrick's evaluation as Cardinale Nissan has always serviced my car. I was given paperwork at the end of inspection which was informative and easy to understand. Patrick (Service Manager) gave me the time when my car would be ready and it was done to perfection. Patrick Cochran is a asset to the business and deserves a raise for A+ service.

I have been searching for a car for a few weeks and haven t had much luck. I saw the 2023 Nissan Kicks and inquired about it and immediately got a response. Miguel and Alecks were willing to work with me very quickly and they were very informative. Super happy with my experience!

Cars can be a hassle. As a lady I don t get my nails done at every nail shop I don t let any mechanic work on my cars and I don t buy from any dealership. This particular Nissan is hands down a one stop shop. Patrick in service has worked on every single car I ve driven. Edrick in sales sold me the last 2 cars I ve gotten. And there s many other great people working there . Able is also in service Alex is in sales and you can just go down the list. In the words of the great philosopher Biggie SmallsIf you don t know now ya know!Check them out !

I tried to buy a 2019 Nissan Leaf from SHIFT for $24,300 but they couldn't sell it to Nevada residents. Then I saw Cardinal Nissan's 2019 Nissan Leaf for $26,700. I contacted them and "Pamela" reply on 12/26. I asked if Cardinale can match SHIFT's price and she relayed my message to the sales staff. Salesman "Beshoy" got back to me and I asked him the same question. Then "Michael" the Sales Manager contacted me on 12/27 and offered "$24,999" plus their "Cardinale Protection Package" for an additional "$1,394". I told him that would bring the total price back close to the original asking price. Then he said "I just double checked with my service department and the LoJack unit has actually not been installed on this car yet, so we're clear there. The 3M Paint Protection has been installed already but that portion is only $395. I would still be willing to honor the $24,999 price plus the $395 3M Paint Protection for you though." I accepted it. Since I live in NV I couldn't sign the paperwork until 12/29, Michael asked me to put a "$1,000 non-refundable deposit down" to secure it. "Chris", the Finance Manager got that going and I sent him the deposit. My wife and I flew there on 12/29. Beshoy, Michael, and Chris greeted us and were very friendly and nice. We got down to business but the charger wasn't in the car so Beshoy went to look for it and found it by the time we completed the paperwork. That car only has one key fob so I told Michael I was disappointed they didn't replace the second key fob during the reconditioning of the vehicle process. I wish they would add that significant info to the car's detail so buyers are aware because it caught me off guard. It's significant because I called and talked to "Eddie" at the parts department and he said, it's going to cost about "$474.12" for the key fob and to have it programmed plus tax for the parts. Therefore, learn from me and asked and negotiate if needed before you close the deal. Since I already put a deposit down and agree to pay for the amount set, I couldn't negotiate. Another disappointment is that Leaf's battery range is way off. I understand it's a 3 year old used Leaf with 66k miles so I wasn't expecting the "215 miles" range that was on the ad. However, I did expect close to 200 miles on the dash when it's 100% charged and get around 175 actual miles in real world easy driving with Eco mode and e-pedal activated. It only showed 175 miles at 100% charged on the dash when I took the photos attached to this review at the dealership. When I drove the car from Seaside to San Luis Obispo, the battery range barely made that 140 mile trek with Eco mode and e-pedal activated. Again, it would be nice if a reputable dealership add that significant info in the details. As stated earlier, learn from me and check those things before you close the deal. The positive aspects definitely outweigh the negative ones overall per my purchase experience with Cardinale Nissan. The staff that I've communicated with such Beshoy, Michael, Chris, Pamela and Eddie were all very nice and friendly and they answered my inquiries on a timely manner. In regards to the car itself, it drives great!. The two negatives were what I've stated earlier, the Leaf's battery range could barely cover 140 mile in real world easy driving i.e., staying within the speed limit (55-65mph) with Eco mode and e-pedal activated during the drive from Seaside to San Luis Obispo, and the other one is that Leaf didn't come with 2 key fobs like it should considering a reputable dealership typically recondition a used or trade-in vehicle so it can be as close as possible to its original state before reselling it. Therefore, hope you can gain something from my review. Overall, I appreciate Beshoy, Michael and Chris' friendliness, services and time and give my overall purchase experience with Cardinale Nissan 4/5 stars. Thank you Beshoy, Michael, and Chris!!! It's a long winded review but I want to be as detailed, transparent and accurate as I can so those that read my review can benefit from it.

I bought my car last month and i took the car same day, I came back after few weeks because I had my flat tire (I included the service on the purchase) so I am thinking that they will help me. The guy just look at my car and said, just come back tomorrow because your tires was not flat at all. Even though I showed him the screen saying it was really flat. My husband came back and they told him we need to buy a new tires. Like really?! It's a brand new car and they are asking us to pay a new tires. Isn't it supposed to be in warranty? Also, they told him they don't have a tire in hand so they need to wait! Wow terrible service!! so we went to Salinas to buy a new tires with our own money!! The worst part was I had to buy new tire when it's brand new car!!Then after a month purchasing, i keep receiving phone calls and text asking me some documents so I called and asked them what is going on? They told me, when I purchased my car the management didn't process the loan to the bank and the car was not funded yet! Really? After a month and nobody is telling us anything even though we keep coming back to the dealership. How terrible right? You know what is their excuse? Because they have new management! So what is the involvement of their terrible management on my purchase? Is it my problem? Do i deserve to be harassed by text and calls while I am at school and work resolving their own issues?I told them, I am returning my car! I dropped off the car and the new regional manager asked me "who are you?" not even how can I help you? For real? They are saying the new management was bad but looks like it is more than worst now because of their arrogant attitude. Your company dishonesty and bad service really shows all of you are not reliable. You don't care about your client at all!!Not really recommend to anyone to use this dealership. Worst service ever!!

Patrick and Edrick are both fantastic! Talk about friendly service - not only was I able to get my Nissan Rogue repaired and with a savings thanks to an aftermarket part that Patrick found but Edrick also gave me the latest update on the 2024 Nissan's coming in and walked me through the updated ranges for the electric vehicles coming in the spring. I love this team, they are super knowledgeable and really care about the customers. I will definitely be buying my next car here!

I bought a used Honda C-RV from Cardinale in March. It had 11k miles on it and was a year old. I took it in for its first service appointment at Honda recently - where they told me the car has clearly been in an accident because there are some internal issues going on. The Honda dealership told me that anyone who knows anything about cars would CLEARLY know that it had been in an accident. The accident was never disclosed to me and there is no info about an accident in my contract. The Carfax that was presented to me at the dealership when I purchased the car did not have information about an accident. From my research on this topic - the Dealership is legally required to disclose material facts such as an accident to a buyer. I called Cardinale immediately to ask to speak to someone about this. It was a Saturday and I was told the manager would call me back first thing on Tuesday. I have yet to hear anything from the dealership (it is now Thursday). After researching my legal rights, I am pretty certain that I will have to pursue legal action against Cardinale Nissan and I am devastated. I love my car but need something safe and reliable - especially for the price I am paying. I am a single mother with an infant and feel taken advantage of. I thought my experience with Cardinale Nissan was good until this unfortunate news came to light. I am hoping that will take they necessary steps to rectify this situation.

I visited Cardinale Nissan to look at a Leaf thinking it was time to retire my gas cars. Bejamin and Dee greeted me and made me feel very comfortable by answering all my questions. I returned a second time to show my niece the Leaf. We engaged with Benjamin and Edrik. She, too, was impressed by the staff and their ability and willingness to answer all of our questions respectfully. Finally, I returned to test drive the car. After I test drove the car with Benajmin at my side and, again, Edrick answering my questions, I decided to lease the Leaf; at which time, the staff including Chris C and others were very helpful in completing the paperwork. We ran into a problem with Nissan finance: regardless of outstanding credit rating, it refused to look at any other credit bureau than Experian. I could not unlock my credit report (notwithstanding the recording saying it was easy and that my credit report was unlocked). Nissan finance refused to help. My hope is that, ultimately, Chris and team find a solution. The point is that they are trying to help me to an answer. Pity Nissan finance ruined the experience.

The staff made my experience of buying my first car easy and catered to my needs. Despite our salesperson Benjamin being new he was incredibly kind and helpful through the process. The entire staff was friendly and made sure we were comfortable and told us if we ever needed anything they d be happy to help. I would definitely recommend this dealership. Thank you Cardinale Nissan :)

The fact that I had my two-year-old with me made me anxious and nervous through the time and process it took, but they continue to reassure me and make us feel comfortable that they were family oriented, they were even attentive to him, giving him attention and offering us snacks and food, And reassuring me about the process as well as sharing some laughs throughout the day by the end of the day I left with my first brand new car and it felt amazing being able to trade in the vehicle we had purchased from them a year ago. They were able to meet with us and meet our financial payment along with a huge cup of love and appreciation.

Everyone is very nice here, and the service was great. The only reason why I placed 4 stars is because the layout of the complex is not intuitive and could be marked better for approaching cars, i.e. where to stop. Also, the break room is nice but could use some updating.

Thank-you to the sales team at Cardinale Nissan for helping my daughter Ashlee lease her new Scarlet Ember Altima this weekend. Under the guidance of GM Michael Joyce, the Cardinale team did a great job in arranging the everything needed before arriving at the dealership. We re returning customers at Cardinale and we were welcomed like family and treated as VIPs which made us feel great! The teamwork and professionalism at Cardinale Nissan was very much appreciated. 5 Stars!

Patrick in the service department is incredible! He makes having your car serviced for any reason (for me it was brakes and a new motor for my window) a positive experience. I went for new brakes the first time and then Patrick ordered a new motor for my window and texted me when it came in and set up time for me to come in when it was convenient for me. He greeted me both time with a smile and explanation of what was being done and how long it would take. I will continue to have my car serviced there just because I trust Patrick!

Within a day of connecting with Venessa online, I had purchased my new Nissan Rogue Platinum. From her welcome video, texts, and listening to my needs and concerns through every step with the finance department all the way through the contract signing and driving away in my beautiful fully loaded Rogue, I was beyond pleased. Without reservation, I 100% recommend Cardinale Nissan.

This was my first new vehicle purchase, so I went a little overboard in researching and talking with friends in the auto sales industry. That gave me the ability to walk into the dealership with a pretty solid understanding of what I was looking for in the vehicle and its options, as well as the financing terms involved. I think that research certainly aided in the process, but the folks at Cardinals Nissan in Seaside, CA went well beyond anything I could have prepared for.Our salesman Peter was incredibly persistent in making sure that we didn't leave the dealership without a vehicle, in-spite of my initial desires to check out other dealers and vehicles in the area before making a decision. He made some great points about vehicle availability and considerations involving other potential makes/model options I was interested in. When the initial costs and financing info came back and I countered, Peter took that as a personal challenge and did what he could to reach for the best deal he could find us. After involving and Cardinale GM Michael Joyce, they were able to work directly with Nissan finance to get an interest rate and monthly payment that were below the bottom end of the values I countered with! It took a bit of pondering, but ultimately we decided that this was the right deal for us and moved to the paperwork. Signing contracts with Chris Conley was a breeze and he remained patient with us and diligent with the signing process, even in the face of some document typo issues.Working with Peter, Michael, and Chris to sort out all the details was a great experience and each of them made us feel at-home and comfortable. All in all, my time with Cardinale Nissan was quite enjoyable and I am loving my new AWD Rogue. Thank you!
