Needed a little custom work on my simulator hub caps they were gracious enough to take 5 minutes get it done didn't bother to charge me which I really appreciated. Just nice to see some old fashion courteous service thanks guys!

Tim and his mechanics worked on my 38 foot Class A, a 2019 Thor Outlaw 37RB. They replaced my damaged leveling jack, water inlet check valve and water filter housing. The work and and labor time was outstanding. Tim the owner is a straight forward honest man. I appreciate the amazing service.

Trying to get assistance identifying a part that I wanted to order from him if he could get the part quickly, and he was nothing but rude and evasive. I let him know that all the labels are worn or missing, I said I had pictures, asked if he could help me identify the part so I could order, and his reply was I can t help you if you can t identify the part and then he hung up. If he s the expert, he should be able to help a customer identify the correct part. What a rude @sshat.

Tim and the shop are fantastic. They have installed solar, a fridge, electric fan, and a heater in my pop-up camper. All the work was great and worked super well. Mike, the mechanic, is very helpful and went out of his way to get me on the road when I had any issues. Tim was great throughout the whole process. We had our roof resealed and he found some suspension components in need of work. He saved us from an a potential accident or break down. At the start of a recent camping trip my refrigerator stopped and displayed and error code which I could not reset. It was a Saturday morning and I was lucky enough to reach Tim at All RV. We know that these days service centers are slammed but Tim said to come in and they would look at it. Within minutes of my arrival a tech was on it and quickly diagnosed and resolved my problem. Needless to say I left as a very very happy camper. Thanks to All RV for saving not only my food but my weekend.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Made appt and brought trailer in to check water pump failure. Tim showed me where to park. Next thing I knew a new water pump was installed while I wandered around the huge property. It was fast, fair and Impressive turnaround. Highly recommend All RV

The owner of this business is about as dishonest as they get. We called Tim at the end of MAY and asked if he took warranty domestic coolers. He answered "yes". He has been stringing us along for THREE MONTHS. Finally got sick of it and got ahold of dometic. He never called them, never submitted a repair/replace order. NOTHING. Every time we called to follow up? It was Dometic's fault. Now that he's been caught in a lie? he says he has no time for this and come get our cooler. Better business bureau and Yelp are next. He should not be in business.

Best RV service in Santa Cruz area, hands down. Fair prices, good work, they get to you faster than anyone else, and treat you right. I've had a refrigerator repaired there, a tire replaced, electrical problems diagnosed and fixed, a broken mirror, and other things handled quickly, efficiently and at decent prices. Also a good place to pick up RV supplies, replace broken doo-dads, and they even let me recharge my battery bank while they were working on the fridge. They're always busy, but won't put you off for a week or longer if you need help fast. After trying everyone else in the area, I always call All RV first now.

Called all rv service because we were at Henry Cowell redwoods, and we lost propane to all appliances. Got to the shop, and they made time to see us diagnose the issue repair the problem and allow us to complete our vacation. Great shop, great service. Would recommend them for your rv needs. They also carry accessories and a lot of parts on hand

Highly recommended!!! Great service and wonderful people!They were super busy, but due to our water pipe busting emergency situation, they squeezed us in and dealt with our warranty company directly and fixed our fifth wheel timely and did great work.

your better RV shop in Scotts Valley/Felton/Santa Cruz area. Sometimes there is nobody in the office, since the crew splits there time answering phones and working on rigs, so it is often best to just call them on the cell even if you are there.The mechanics can be a bit gruff (they prefer to work alone, and are not diplomats) but there is no doubt in my mind that they know what they are doing. I just like to watch them work, in case I might learn something. In any case they have done about a half dozen things on my RV and all of them have worked out well. Do not assume that they will get to your RV needs on the same day, rather a couple of days typically. They have lots of other backlog, obvious by the huge number of rigs parked around their lot and filling the service bays.

I've been a customer here for over 10 years. I rented RVs from them for about 9 years, and now take in RVs that my family has for repair. They're incredibly helpful. Today I went in for something that could have cost a lot and they found a way for it to cost barely anything. I was incredibly grateful.

I can't remember a time when a business (Tim to be exact) has been so rude and unhelpful regarding our trailer. Talk about driving business away. His parting words to me "Geez" when he was unable to give me a timeframe for even taking a look at it. What a disaster of a place. I don't even want to give 1star but unfortunately I have to. More like minus 10.

I was shocked at how rude and inefficient these guys were. Not only did they keep my rv for over a week before attempting service, there were also completely inept at fixing anything. Eventually, after they told me that they couldn't fix any of the problems, I took my RV to the repair shop in Santa Cruz, where they fixed it in two hours. I would't go back here if you paid me.

We have had all our service done here. Tim is great at explaining and doing the work on our Motorhome.We have been very happy with the service we have had done here, and recommend to our friends.

We rented an El Monte RV through this shop and had a great experience - the manager is kind and high integrity and the rv was very clean and reliable - we highly recommend renting through El Monte at this location !

They have a good selection of things for your RV or travel trailer service it's pretty good in the store outside I really don't feel the mechanics have their heart into it there's one there that really thinks he runs the whole show and thinks he's the top mechanic well you kind of stick your foot in your mouth by talking so much and saying what you can do and what you can do and what you can do nobody wants to hear that

Let my aunt store trailer for short while even though we did not end up getting work done on it. Only place that's ever done that. Also very nice clean and professional

Annex one store and repair shop for all your RV'ing needs. From small knobs and repair parts to brakes and exhaust vent covers as well as the usual supplies of TP and septic cleaners.
