2022 MB Revel. Andrea was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what was needed!!!! Questions were answered timely by phone, text and email. Work was completed in the time frame promised. Mechanic took the time to explain what was done! Great customer service and would highly recommend to others!!

4x4 & More is the place to take your rig! I ve been coming here for years and I have only good things to say about their crew. Their technicians are skilled, efficient and know what they are doing when it comes to any vehicle. I ve taken a 03 Forster, 03 Tundra, and a 22 ram 4500 here and they have handled all of my service requests! Their office staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and will get you taken care of. Bring your vehicle here!

4x4 and More installed a suspension leveling kit in our 2017 Toyota Highlander. Joey spent time going over my pick and we came to agreement it was the right choice. I was quoted a fair price with a one year labor warranty. I dropped off the vehicle on Monday morning and it was ready to pick up Tuesday. Everything about this transaction was handled in a professional manner. The workmanship and attention to detail, including the alignment report was first cabin. They have a good reputation and have obviously earned it. Good work, professional attitude and a fair price. What's not to like?Service: Steering & suspension replacement

I m continually impressed with the customer service at this business. In Santa Cruz it is rare to find people like these. Joey and Andrea have made every visit easy and efficient. I trust them more than my dealership. I had van compass suspension and black rhino wheels done there for my sprinter van. They tuned everything before a Baja trip off-road with my family. They had me back in for recall and bolt tightening no charge. They made paint marks on the bolts to make sure I could monitor them in the future. Van is riding well many miles later. On a separate occasion, I had a bad noise at the rear after off-roading and the dealer thought was a brake issue. I felt it was something else, and took it to 4x4 for a second opinion. They diagnosed it properly as an axle bearing with sand in it. It was ordered and fixed it in 24 hours. Another time, When I left a something behind at the office after a wheel rotation, Andrea delivered it to me that night on her way home. I can t say enough great things about this team. 5 stars. Very happy with my local 4x4 shop. You are informed of progress of your work from the beginning to end. Joey & Andrea are very knowledgeable as one would expect. Joey & Andrea very quick to communicate. When you see the expensive Mercedes 4x4 vans in the shop for work & mods, you know this shop provides excellent work. Work & parts are guaranteed /warranted. If you have an issue with a recent repair/work& you are out of town, they have an agreement with a network of shops out of the area to take care of your issue if not convenient to get it back to their shop. I was totally impressed with the staff and the work done for me at 4X4 and MORE! Joey in the office was incredibly helpful in helping me decide what would be the best trailer hitch setup for my homemade Totota shortbed popup camper. Prices were fair and the work was done excellently. I interacted with three of the staff, including the person who did my installation, and they were all friendly and competent. The work got done in a day. I recommend this business highly.

4x4xMore has been great. It was hard to find someone to take care of the conversion van and they have the height and lifts for it. I've taken 3 of my cars to them now and they have clear communication and outstanding service. It's nice getting text updates with pictures of your car.

Had a striker lift and 4wheel wheel alignment done on my Sprinter and the service was top notch. The office was super accommodating and knowledgeable, they were able to get my van in next day, and it was ready when they said it would be. Couldn t ask for more.

I went to this shop for the first time for the smog my car needed. I was pleased by the entire service and how quickly it was done. Everyone there was super friendly especially Andrea and Joey. Will be coming back here in the future.

First experience was professional and informative. Joe got me quotes to repair rear differential damages cause by accident. They delivered detailed photos, write ups and quotes for all work so I could forward to AAA. Once AAA approves work,,,, on to repairs.So Far--- Excellent.j

Very professional. Great customer service. Price was reasonable.Work was done quickly.I liked the pictures they took while working underneath my truck. It was easy to see what the problem was and what was done to fix it. Pictures of the work being done were new to me and it really made sense when he explained what they did. I will be taking my truck to them from now on.

This is the 2nd time we've taken our Sprinter Van in to 4x4. After a cross - country trip, we needed some upgrades to improve our van's performance. 1) the front office in very knowledgeable about their products AND the better products available in the market. We talked tires, pedal boxes and light bars. I shared what I found in my research and not only did they know these products, they could compare and contrast different products. 2) they helped us select the right options for us, telling us when we were over engineering the solution vs doing what is best. 3) they are courteous and always informative. They kept us up to date as things changed. We could use our van as parts were pending delivery. they made it easy.... and they are good to work with!

Another fantastic service from the crew at 4x4 And More! A+++ They replaced my radiator that started leaking after 16 years. The new one lasted about 14 months. BUT! They replaced it without question under warranty.When I am ready I will have them doing my Metalcloak liftkit. Been going to this shop for years. GREAT WORK .

This is a 4x4 shop that needs to be known. Great customer service and clean, quality work. The install went perfectly and the quote was pretty much on the money. (No pun intended) I only wished I'd known that they were an Amp Research dealer. I would much rather have kept the money locally. Awesome shop! Great technicians! The team at 4x4 and More wired a new trailer hitch and installed step sliders on my Bronco. Good communication throughout the quote and install. Super solid work overall, and I'd definitely recommend them to others!

4x4andMore is the goto location in the San Fran bay area for campervan suspension work. They have done several projects on my 2020 Ford Transit van (Van Compass lift, new wheels...) and the work has been top-notch. Andrea and Joey do a great job of going explaining the benefits, tradeoffs and not overselling and their crew delivers. High recommend!Service: Steering & suspension replacement

Excellent service! I had to have my work van towed to the shop as it wouldn t start. Had a bad starter. 4x4 replaced it for me and inspected the vehicle and I was back on the road the same day. Wow! One business helping another. Can t ask for anything better except naming their next born after me. LOL not gonna happen it s a girl! Thanks Joey and Team, Charlie. The work was completed even earlier as originally promised after I mentioned to them I needed it earlier on Friday because I was leaving on a trip The Agile RIP kit installation went flawlessly and it dramatically improved the ride and handling of my Sprinter van. I would highly recommend having this work done by 4X4 and MORE.-Richard

Excellent fabrication. Strong customer service skills and prompt answers with results. Andrea is great to work with and wasn't at all offended by the fact that we bought and brought our own quality piece and asked them to install it. It involved welding and a decent amount of craftsmanship. Product looks excellent and I highly recommend 4x4 and more! PS- If you're thinking about going to that real popular 4x4 place in Santa Cruz, don't waste your time or energy. 4x4 and more in Scotts Valley is way above bar.Product install-A steel front bumper that came in pieces for use on a 99 4Runner. They welded, fabricated and put blinkers in the bumper, painted it and coated it. All for a reasonable price.
