I bought new windshield wipers and was going to install them myself. In the process a plastic part broke. I wasn't sure if I needed a whole new part replaced or what. I went to the store on Sebastopol Rd and was helped by Manny. He assured me it was no big deal and he went out to my car and replaced both new wipers. Turns out the part that broke wasn't even needed. Mind you, I had not bought the wipers there. I call that great customer service and he was very nice about it. Thank you, Manny.

Poor Service i buy car charger from them and i found its not sticking on dashboard so go there and when i ask change he one of employe go but he didn t find another one then i ask to him ok return it he Suddenly said I can t find any prof that u buy this from us Its just 24 hour before i buy its really Disgusting

O'Reilly has really shaped up since the last time I visited although I did not need the clerk's help that might have been asking for trouble. Just kidding. Store was clean, aisles were clear and it was easy to find what I was looking for thank you very much and I hope my car does pass emissions or I will get my money back... guaranteed!

I give 1 star cause the employees were terrible. I had a part that was bad and STILL under warranty. So I came in and the guy at the counter said I can buy a NEW part and bring back the OLD part and I'll get a refund for the NEW one...so I did. I bought the same exact part. Went home and replaced it and came back for my refund. THEY ACTED LIKE THEY NEVER SAID THAT AND WOULD NOT HONOR THE WARRANTY OF THE PRODUCT. The first died in under 2 weeks too. Go somewhere else trust me. A part store that doesn't honor warranty is a bad thing. Skating by with the orielies name. Tsk tsk

This is a great O'Reilly's Auto parts store we have an excellent staffing back for shops and a great staff in front for your do-it-yourselfers if they don't have it they can usually can get it by 8:00 a.m. the next day

My sister and I where on a bike ride and notice her tires where very low. No gas station in the area had working air. We stopped in and asked if they had a way to air up bike tires. They said no problem and aired them up. Never asked for money! We chose to buy items simply because they helped us. Thank you for the kindness.

What a customer service, lack of skills, I think the corporate has to come down and provide an appropriate Customer Service training. Rude store manager, rushing me like I'm in a drive through, I am buying parts not a taco.

These guys know what they're doing. They've helped me out countless times; shout out to my boy Edgar, he's always on top of it.As for parking, park by the AutoZone to get out easier; my only one complaint is the exit out of their lot, but that's nothing cause the service is legit.5/5 would recommend to other Edgar's

And when AutoZone is closed o'Riley's is next door if you can't find your part at AutoZone go to O'Reilly's Auto auto store and they may have the part that you need that AutoZone don't have in stock but I recommend everybody go to AutoZone first

Well we have five cars in the family so we're always in the auto parts store they always find something for us if they don't have it in their store they call around and find it in another one and get it either shipped in or send us their thank you

O'Reilly's is a really good auto parts store they have good help for the most part still test your battery help you put on your windshield wipers the staff is friendly prices are reasonable

The evening associates were condescending and impatient. Refused to even look for the part I needed I went back the next night with my husband and all the sudden they look and find what is needed with so little effort I wanted to scream.

Better iff ordering online. 9 out of 10 times will get the wrong part and will argue with you when returning it. Terrible customer service

I purchased some foaming window cleaner for the inside of my windshield. It's supposed to remove stubborn film from glass. It works!
