Manly Honda is awesome. They made our car buying experience SO easy! They went above and beyond to take care of me as a customer so much so that I flew from Seattle to SFO to buy my car from them. Took in my 2018 Jeep Compass for a trade in and was helped by a young man Miguel Solorio Palma.Enjoyed doing business with him, the buying process was so easy and I left with a brand new Honda CRV 2024. Highly recommend Manly, Santa Rosa, California, cause of the excellent customer service and high quality of cars. I would say the smoothest, car buying experience ever!!!

It was pouring down rain when I dropped by to see if the 2021 Dodge Charger GT that I saw on Carfax was still available. Edgar was very professional, showed me the car but I said I would like to have my husband to be with me on a test drive and in making the final purchase decision. My husband came back with me and we decided on the car. Paperwork went smoothly even though it was very busy that Sunday afternoon. We name all our vehicles and since this car was deemed masculine and was purchased on the stormiest day of the year, he was named Storm. Thank you Manly Honda for you assistance in our purchase.

Manly Honda was super super helpful. They knew exactly what they were talking about, helping us get a good rate for first time buyers. Never making us hesitate unlike other places. Their professionalism really shows here at Manly Honda. Ali, Christian, and Scott were kind, helpful, and funny. They made car shopping a fun experience and not making one feel anxious. Thank you again and for also being patient when we left at almost 10pm since we got there later in the day.

This was the third car I bought from Manly Honda and it was once again a great experience. Very patient sales people, no pressure sales and no haggle. The financing team were also very straightforward and calm. All options were very clear and straightforward and the car we selected was waiting for us to pick up with very minimal paperwork. I will always look at Manly first when I need to buy another car.

Got a fair price on the car we bought. It is a 2021 Prius Prime (plug in). As such, and as of 1/1/24, the car is eligible for a $4,000 tax credit (thank you Joe Biden). This was the first "used" car tax credit that Manly had to process. This was new for them. They were great to work with. Timely and meaningful communicators as they figured out how to process the needed paperwork so we could get our credit. They did so in a timely manner. Two thumbs up. Great experience. Thanks to all the fiscal staff that figured this out for us (& all future clients). .....Patrick

I moved to Santa Rosa in March of this year.I had been taking my Honda there and they have provided excellant service.Recently I upgraded my 2018 Accord for a 2023 Accord EX.Everyone who helped me did a great job and it was a painless process.The new car is awesome.

I had been actively looking for a vehicle that I could afford, needed to fit my lifestyle, for a certain price range, within a certain year, and under a certain amount of mileage on it, along with other criteria. I was told by many dealers that I wouldn t find it. Out of the blue I get an alert, and everything I wanted and more was offered to me at Manly Honda. The people there were very courteous and helpful and we got the deal done. I m very pleased with this dealership.

Everyone who took care of us was great! No pressure about anything, got us in the exact car we wanted at a great price. Everyone from the salesmen Stefan and the other gentleman I believe was Art, to the finance dept (sorry I can t remember the name of the lady that took care of us there). They spent a lot of time with us even though it appeared to be a very busy day at the dealership. They were great every step of the way!

Great dealership for a first time buying experience. I didn't have to do anything except call with a pre-approved loan. They were very informative on every step and worked with me through the whole process. Manly Honda even delivered my car to my home in the next county! I recommend them 100 times again!

He listened and found the exact car we wanted, gave us absolute full attention and assistance, set up the electronics as we requested and supported us until our drive off the lot. Jacob was amazing and so much help with trading in my old car for a newer one. It was a great experience and I d recommend him to anyone wanting a new car or even just looking for information. Everything about our experience with Manly Honda was excellent. We purchased a vehicle and five days later had determined it was not the right vehicle for us although the vehicle was in excellent shape and returned it under your 7 day return policy. I was hesitant and a little embarrassed to return it and feeling intimidated to come in but we were treated so courteously and respectively by everyone on your staff we were actually surprised, not treated in anyway as being scorned or looked down upon - - I will without hesitation consider Manly Honda when we continue our search for the "right" vehicle upgrade for us . . .

The staff is incredible. Constantly accommodating me and always with a positive attitude. Had an emergency with a flat tire at 4:45, the service department closes at 5. Called the dealership and they got me right. I needed a new tire and Scott, Sonja and the service department made it happen. Super grateful and thank you

Drove from Fremont to purchase a specific in-stock CRV Hybrid Sport Touring. Dealer honored their quoted discount, and the Honda 2.9% financing. Did not load up the car with cheap dealer add ons to jack up the price. Did not pressure to purchase service agreements and related.

.The Manly Honda Service Center has earned this negative review:We paid $1,300 to install an ignition module on our 2009 Odyssey. Upon picking up the car, it did not start. The 12-13 month old battery showed 1.5 Volts. Long story short, the Manly Service Dept. said that a switch on the side door now required replacement. I had doubts about this, so I paid Manly $200 for a new battery, & immediately took the car to Bill s Auto Electric for full diagnostics (a $200 charge).Guess what? The door switch that Manly wanted to have me pay to replace was fine! Manly would have charged us who knows how much to replace something that is fine.The Service Dept. manager Zach R. was also verbally abusive to both my wife & I in texts, calls & email.Were it not for Manly Customer Service Manager Jose R., I would have left the van there & taken Manly to court.I recommend to everybody to avoid, avoid, avoid the Manly Service Center.
