This is the best car dealership experience we've ever had. We have previously been to two other Mazda dealerships in Oxnard and Santa Barbara and therefore I assure you this dealership is the best. No one here is trying to deceive you and sell what you do not need. Maximum customer focus. Many thanks to Javier, attentive, and polite, who explained all the details to us, very pleasant and easy to communicate with. We appreciate your help. We found here the best deal on the model and level that we wanted. The car dealership has a very friendly atmosphere, a lot of convenient offers, and options for customers. We just didn t expect that after our negative experience, we would be able to find a car dealership where that cares about the client, and not just about selling cars at the most expensive price.

Wow, shoutout to Celica for making looking at cars a DREAM. I was dreading the car buying process, finally dragged myself into a dealership, and Celica made it so fun! She was patient, genuine, and I never felt pressured to do anything I wasn't comfortable with. I am a first time buyer and was so confused and she explained everything for me. She really went above and beyond. Her follow-up has also been kind and professional. I highly recommend asking for her when you go in!

I purchased a certified preowned Mazda from this dealership , which has been an unmitigated disaster. Prior to the sale, I inspected and drove the vehicle. Both the salesman and I noted that it had a luggage/cargo sunshade and a cargo net. After purchase, it was sent to be detailed. Coming back from the detailers , I noticed both the cargo sunshade and cargo net missing. I brought up these missing items to the salesman and he said the luggage sunshade was an add-on , he did not mention the cargo net. When I told him , he had originally shown me the car with those items included, never mentioning that they were add-ons. The salesman just shrugged his shoulders. It s a typical bait and switch sales tactic. DO NOT TRUST THESE SALESMEN; they are scam artists.Another empty promise was that a certified preowned sold auto is that it would leave the dealership with a full tank of gas. They reneged on that promise as well. I also thought the detail department did a very shoddy job of preparing the vehicle for delivery.I purchased this certified preowned car on Feb. 7. The worst is going out Feb. 15 and attempting to start the car. It would not start. I called AAA for battery service and they could not start it, so it has to be towed. Their certification process is a joke and Oh Surprise , the dealership wouldn t assume the cost of the tow (even though the car is only 2 weeks old). This dealership is an abysmal failure across all departments, sales,, service, and detailing. I would have rated them lower tha n 1, but it is not possible! Caveat emptor.

Looking to buy a new car?! Check out the #AMAZING team at Santa Maria Mazda, located on the beautiful Central Coast of California! Celica has the gift of selling cars! She had just the right amount of engagement to make me feel both comfortable with my purchase, while at the same time not making me feel pressured. She is an #AMAZING lady, and a part of a great sales team! Big Joe did great stepping up to walk me through the evening that I purchased my beautiful 2020 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring! Ryan, the sales manager, worked with me to get the numbers perfect for a great deal and gave me a solid offer for my trade-in, and Joaquin was super efficient at the signing of the contract with 0.0% interest! Overall, fantastic customer service from an incredible team! I highly recommend anybody who is looking to buy a new car come check out Santa Maria Mazda! Christmas came early for me this year! :-)

This was - to me - the perfect car buying experience. After trying to deal with other Mazda dealers on a new CX-5 I was buying as a gift for my Niece, the the other dealers were adding $3,000 "Additional Dealer Markup" (READ: PROFIT), and ridiculous KARR anti-theft devices, silly "paint protection" and more. Then I found Santa Maria Mazda. Sticker price, no added dealer markup, no ridiculous profit accessories added on. I placed a deposit on a incoming CX5, they sold at sticker price - no games. They kept in touch with me every step of the way. Car was beautifully detailed and filled with gas for my Niece's arrival for delivery yesterday. Victor, our salesperson, went over all the features and accessories with my Niece, pairing phone, Apple CarPlay, controls, etc. VERY professional. I live in San Diego County, and we drove up yesterday for delivery. Shelden Flowers was the Sales Manager handling everything, and he was perfectly professional. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car.

The team there is amazing! After a bad experience with another dealer left us frustrated, my husband and I decided to look there because the service department has always been top notch in taking care of our older mazda 3. And Celica did not disappoint! She was attentive in addressing our wants and needs without being pushy. She and the finance manager Daniel both helped us with every step to make the whole process pleasant. Celina even took it upon herself to wash our new car since the service staff was already gone for the day! I will recommend them to any of my friends and family who are in the market for new or pre-owned cats.

We bought a brand spanking new Mazda from this dealership in 2017. It was a Mazda CX-5 Touring edition with a 2.5 liter engine. I drove the car for 2 1/2 years and then we sold it to our daughter b/c we thought it was a great vehicle for her. The car has had most of its oil changes and services there at the dealership, and in the service department. The engine to this car was completely destroyed when a piston broke loose and caused catastrophic engine failure. The service manager and the General Manager assured us they would file a claim with Mazda corporate b/c the engine was not without oil and car had been serviced. The car has been sitting for 3 months without a single communication from the dealership despite multiple phone calls and voicemails as well as emails. Come to find out that no claim was ever filed with Mazda Corporate. We had to do it ourselves. Still not a single phone call from the General Manager or Service Manager. Our poor daughter has been making a monthly payment on her auto loan for three months while the vehicle has been inoperable. These people are so shady, and complete liars. We will never ever buy another vehicle here again nor will anyone in our family buy another Mazda. I cannot believe what abysmal customer service this dealership has. Such a shame.

At first I was impressed with this dealership for service. This last service I am baffled as to how they can put the incorrect oil in when they are a Mazda dealership & the cap you take off to put the oil in shows you exactly what oil to put in.I was sent a follow up email by Josie Garnica, Owner Loyalty Manager introducing herself as well as inquiring about my service experience. Stated to email back or call her direct line. I have tried doing both and have yet to hear back from anyone! I guess they only want to hear about good customer experiences!!! Your choice if you want to risk having the wrong oil put in your car and then no one at the dealership own up to their mistake!!!!

Shady business practices, buyer beware! Purchased a new CX-50. When we arrived to pick up vehicle, their were missing options that were not installed. We asked to have the purchase price adjusted by the missing options, but they insisted they would installed them after the fact. Two months later and we are still running around with the dealership to have the options installed. The sales person Jay-Z has ghosted us, and the Mazda rep is not being helpful either. The car is great but the dealership should give us a refund for the options we did not receive upon delivery of the car. Not service to a customer that you should be proud of.

Santa Maria Mazda has a great team! Timo and Ryan were both incredible, patient, and made me feel very comfortable and happy with my purchase, including giving me a greatoffer on my trade in. Daniel in finance was also very helpful and friendly when finalizing the agreement. All around amazing customer service, and I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car!

Always get my oil and services done here. They have never failed me. Cheaper to get a full synthetic oil change here than jiffy or lube and go and you get a complimentary car wash.

I couldn t be happier with my experience at Santa Maria Mazda. Jacob and Ryan were absolutely amazing, as they really listened to what I wanted and needed. It was my first leasing experience and they made it easy. I owe it all to them for making this experience so incredible. PLUS... I walked away with the perfect car for me. Very happy!

I called to see if they could change my oil. The polite guy on the other end said, "C'mon in."I got my oil changed as promised.I was on my way in around 45 minutes.Good service.

I bought a brand new car here and the salesman service was excellent, got a good deal after shopping around different dealerships. The sales department deserves 5 stars but the Service Department deserves 0 stars. I took another Mazda here because the airbag light came on. I brought it back 3 times because they kept telling me they fixed the problem but the light was still on until I confronted them they admitted they had only reset the light not fix the issue but still charged me $125 for a diagnostic theyweren't sure it was the problem. Their mechanics are incompetent and will guess on what's wrong( how can you not know how to fix your own cars?). In the future I dont feel comfortable bringing my new car in when I have a problem. Very disappointed with their service department. Service department Is garbage
