David Sosa was absolutely Great! Very professional and knowledgeable. We went in having a car crisis and needed a vehicle big enough for all our children and two dogs. We needed something that also had all wheel drive because we travel constantly from Ca to Nv. He was very honest and never beat around the bush he helped us purchase our Fully loaded VW Atlas! It s so much better than I thought I needed! My husband who s worked at a dealership for a few years admired how he never tried talking us into anything we didn t need so Thank you so much we highly recommend David Sosa! We couldn t be happier with the service and the vehicle. Finally a place we can trust with such a huge decision/ purchase!

Santa Maria Chrysler is the place to go! They were able to match my local dealerships deal and I ended up leaving with a better Jeep model. Did not have to hassle and go back and fourth on the price. Service was great. No pushy sales man and do whatever they can to win your business. I will be coming back and referring all my friends to them.

It was not good experience because I bought a car and they lay to me. they told me the car had a mild accident and it was more serious than mild. I pull the car fax and it wasn't a mild accident . So that why I won't recommend this dealer. The man has us sign all the documents it wasn't Berry kind he needs to be more friendly. That's my opinion I hope in the future they can do better more friendly salesman

Too much paperwork. I realize this is stand procedure but going through it now after I bought my first car 60 years ago I found myself wondering about the need for the mountain of paperwork; what is the dealership trying to hide? What is it necessary to protect the dealership from.Other than wearing out my pen it was a pleasant experience and I think I got a good deal.

This place looks likes it's stuck in the late 80s. I went here for service & the lady at the service counter gave me completely wrong info that went against what the owners manual for my new dodge said. I drive the 20 mins to Cole Dodge in Slo for my maintenance needs

Incredible service by entire team, went above and beyond to locate the perfect pickup. Fernando was superb in his efforts to get the vehicle set up and explain every bell and whistle. Cannot recommend enough 10/10 for the entire team!

Your happiness is our guarantee is suppose to be the motto for this place This time around, it was a huge disappointment and letdown. The front service depts. customer services interactions w/ its customers has sadly declined tremendously!!!Let alone it shouldn t take months to get your Jeep in to be looked at- getting a different excuse every time I tried to call in.

Terrible service and staff. I made an appointment for an oil change, sat in a short line with two cars in front of me and one car behind me for over 45 minutes. Lisa and another attendant (name unknown) helped both cars that were NOT there for appointments, before me, that includes the car that got there 30 minutes after me. Definitely would not recommend falling for the 3 free oil changes they throw in as a deal with the purchase of your car, this is the second time I ve made an appointment and had to wait for others who just showed up without an appointment to be served before me. First time I sat through it to be polite, took 3 hours of waiting for an oil change, i don t live in Santa Maria so driving 30 minutes to get the oil change was already an inconvenience. And idk about other people but when I make an oil change appointment I expect it to be done within and hour, not an hour of waiting to be helped and then 3 hours of waiting inside for your car to be returned. I would much rather buy oil and do the oil change myself or spend $30 for big brand or another company to do it, as to not waste my whole day. Do not reccomend Santa Maria Chrysler dodge jeep ram for service, do yourself a favor and take your car somewhere else.

I was so happy with my first experience buying a car at Chrysler that I went and did it again just two yrs later. Everyone there is so nice and definitely go the extra mile for you to make your time there a positive experience! Especially my sales woman Kelsey James. The first time I went there she ran over to me with open arms. I was a bit skeptical because of my credit but she insisted she could make it happen for me and she made it happen as promised. I went home with a great car. She was so impressive that a couple years later when my daughter got her license, I called Kelsey again and she was so excited that it was my daughters turn and again she worked her magic not only did my daughter go home with a really nice Ford Focus but I too a couple of days later drove home in a 2021 Kia Forte that I absolutely love!! Since then we have become good friends and I can say I know someone in the car selling business that can make it happen for you too not only did I refer my daughter but a few of my friends that have also gone home with a great car. She is hands down THE BEST car saleswoman!l If you re looking to buy a car definitely go to Chrysler and ask for Kelsey James you won t be disappointed!

I was looking at a wrangler for an initial impression. The salesman was nice. After the test drive he asked if I would like to see a price. We waited way too long for him to come back with a full retail price plus the high profit low value things like paint protection etc.Why did he have me wait for that?

Words cannot express how thankful I am for the staff at Santa Maria Chrysler . I was upside down in a previous vehicle and Ricky helped me get into a newer reliable car . The process was smooth and easy . I felt welcomed from the moment I stepped into the dealership !!! The service bucks .I Took my jeep for an oil change and dirty batteries terminal , the service guy said os going yo be only a couple hrs.Yeah right 2 days later he said he will text or call for updates.They did even re set the oil change warning light.. Very bad service

Do not take your vehicle to get serviced or repaired here. They will steal your money . They are ripping people off. Not doing the actual repairs and charging 1000s of dollars. There is open lawsuits against them as well.

This is a Review of the Service Department, Went into get my car diagnosed since the A/C in my car went out and it was still under warranty we took it in. They take the car for 3 days and finally we pick it up thursday morning, On saturday we were in the car with our two small children and the car shuts off out of no where going crazy. Its towed to their lot and the gal is not empathetic about our situation at all is more worried about leaving. Monday i show up since no one had returned any of my voicemails, i speak to their manager who is completely rude! Saying if it was a mistake on their end (battery apparently went out) that they would replace it and call me. I was trying to get answers as to why it went out and what he would do if it was their tech who messed up, he kept saying Things happen people make mistakes every day thats his response to me asking why they would give me my car back incorrect, Also, he was apparently 7 people short abd he could be doing 10 different things if i wasn t wasting his time. They replaced battery and i believe a wire since their tech connected the wiring wrong on the battery thats why the car shut off. The manager thinks by filling up my tank and offering us a FREE wash and detail he is off the hook. I m sorry but NO My family and i could have been in a serious car accident! There website says Certified Technicians . Management and staff at service department are very unprofessional. FYI we are not returning for the free detail..

My wife made an appointment 2 weeks ago for 8:30 am for a tune up and oil change. Finally brought it in today and Said we d be getting a call back in the afternoon. Get a call back at 5:15pm saying they didn t get a chance to look at it AT ALL and that they would have someone come pick it up from her place of work at 10am. That s complete bull. I m pretty sure the point of an appointment is to have the car looked at, especially since she was the first one there. They had the car for 8 and a half hours and did absolutely nothing to it. I m kind of glad now that I m reading the rest of these reviews though because it would have been a complete different story if we waited around for them to mess it up like they have with previous customers.

Had to have my car towed here after the parking brake went out. Then, once they had it, the battery mysteriously died. Then, after telling them what was broken and them telling me how much the part would be, they had to "diagnose" it. Then, after diagnosing the mysterious parking brake and battery, they said it would be done by next Friday (it was Tuesday of the previous week). Friday came and went, Monday was a holiday, and Tuesday I called to find out what was going on. They apparently lost the part and just found it, so it would be ready by either the end of the day or the next morning by 10 am "at latest". Noon the next day rolls around and they finally call to let me know it's done. $758 for a battery replacement and a parking brake lever after over a month since the brake broke.Now add in that trying to call to get a hold of someone resulted in me getting their voicemail over and over and OVER again. I will never go here again.PS. They left disgusting handprints all over the inside of the car. Pictures included.

Bought a jeep from them back in May and it had a defect in the transmission I wasn't aware of well during an oil change head mechanic told me that it was there since the day I bought and has been leaking oil and they still haven't fixed it just tell me keep driving it well get back to you.

Tim Newby and his team are rock stars! Our transmission went out on our 06 Sprinter based RV while we were driving up the coast. We were towed to an RV repair place in SLO, and rather than offering a fix for the issue, they band-aided it and laughed as we went on our merry way. By the time we reached Santa Maria, we realized there was still a very huge issue.Enter Super Tim and his band of super heroes. In the space of two or three hours, Tim and company had the issue coded and helped us find a rental to return home in. The car rental place, upon hearing we were working with SMCDJR, cut us a gonja deal that allowed my wife, daughter, dog, and I to drop off our rental in our hometown.Within a couple of days, Tim had located a new incredibly reasonably priced transmission and had the repairs started as soon as I approved it. Long story short, Tim had the RV ready to go by the next weekend, and the new transmission felt stronger than the factory one ever did on the 220 mile route home through two significant mountain passesThanks, Tim. You, your people at SMCDJR, and the people you partner with made a very stressful situation even better than could ever be expected.

Horrible place! Can never get anybody from parts/service ! Always on hold. I also took in my jeep for AC repair but didn't connect the battery terminals correctly and left us broke down on the side of the road and all the service Manger told us was "oh well". I recommend that if you can you should take it to ventura or Bakersfield dealership! By far they have better service!
