Owned by the same family for over 50 years. Sister works at the front desk brother runs the garage itself. Very helpful went way out of their way to be accommodating. Help me when I was five hours from home. Be sure I made it safe. I really appreciate your customer service. It was second and none.

I had my radiator repaired at a very Good price, the staff was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly.... I will definitely do business with them again... The best place in town to get your radiator repaired and serviced!

Really impressed by Doug's knowledge and the information given as to why my radiator failed and why it was not worth fixing. He took the time to explain all of the ins and outs of buying cheap Amazon radiators. He suggested a radiator that he sells and showed me why his brand is superior to what I had. He gave me tips on suggestions for improving the mount and the office lady, sorry didn't get her name was super nice and helpful as well.

When you have a serious radiator problem that is not easy to solve, Doug at Industrial radiator is your hero!Whether it is a impossible to find radiator that needs repai,r or you are desperate and need a totally new radiator made from scratch, this is the place. From Salinas to LA, you will not find a better radiator shop!!

Doug did what another radiator business, in different city, told me couldn't be done. So, I bought a new radiator from that shop to get me back on the road. I took my broken radiator to Doug. He told me why it broke, fixed it, and then told me how to prevent it from happening again. Thanks Doug!
