The work looks amazing, the shop did a great job 10/10. The only negatives I have is with Tesla and getting parts. Lastly, the shop kept our car uncovered in their lot disassembled for 6 months. There was a lot of dirt and debris in our car. They did detail it and it looks brand new. Overall a very happy customer.

CARSTAR was fabulous, they sent me updates every week, call me to explain why certain things were taking more time than first expected, and did an exemplary job repairing my vehicle. I drive a Tesla, and I have to say throughout the entire process they have treated me with such high respect, and my car is something important, I would highly recommend these folks for your body repair needs .

Every minute of working with CarStar was a great experience. Roxie the owner is an amazing and passionate businesswoman who makes sure everything goes perfectly throughout the entire process. In addition to being easy to work with, the quality of their workmanship is high. I would certainly recommend this business to anyone looking for a great collision center experience.

Super helpful and easy to work with. Made my Tesla look brand new, even on the inside as they vacuumed up all the dog hair on the floor mats. That was a nice touch and unexpected. Hopefully I don't have have to, but if another fender bender comes along, I would go back to them with no hesitation and recommend others do too.

Albert and his entire team are incredible. My husband and I had our car fixed there and we so very grateful as they went above and beyond to be sure our vehicle was fixed properly. Being in an accident is never fun, and finding the right shop for repair can also be headache. Choosing Carstar was the best decision we made. Staff was professional and pleasant to communicate with. Repair was fixed as quoted in the estimate on time. No games or gimmicks. Carstar eased the pain of an accident.

Car Star City Motors did a great job on my Lexus RX 350. It would have been a five-star review, but I was told one price to do the work. Then I received a phone call just prior to picking up my car and told me it would be $350 more to calibrate the rear bumper. I felt they definitely should have put that in my estimate. Otherwise Car Star City Motors did a fantastic job on my Lexus rx 350. I highly recommend them.

I had an amazing experience with CARSTAR. They are one of the only Tesla certified repair shops near me, I was reluctant to use a shop other than Tesla. After checking out their reviews, (5-star), my mind was put at ease and I moved forward with CARSTAR. The entire process was seamless for me. They worked directly with my insurance to expedite the approval for the repair. Parts needed to be ordered directly from Tesla so I was expecting a 1 - 2 month turnaround; you can imagine my delight when it was less than 2 weeks from start to finish. I picked my car, affectionately called, "Baemax," this afternoon and she was perfect. It was like I never backed into my garage like an idiot. They even detailed the interior. No-one "wants" to go to a body shop, but if you must, this is the shop you should select. Incredibly professional, knowledgable, and friendly staff. THANK YOU CARSTAR!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Not only were they professional an courteous, they were able to take care of my Tesla and any inconvenience that came to the parts back order. Roxy and the office personnel did not sugarcoat anything. They were upfront with me and didn t give me empty promises about completion times and left me stress free assuring me my vehicle was in good hands. Amazing work had me driving off feeling brand new. Carstar was FANTASTIC! The communication was great from start to finish... I always knew what was going on. Exceptional body/paint, employees were very professional, my vehicles look like they were never damaged. Front staff Lupe and Roxy were very informative on the repairs and apologetic to the delay of our vehicles return to us due to covid, and receiving of the parts needed to complete the work, thru no fault of their own. Well worth the wait of a couple more days, very happy with result and definitely recommend them to family friends and anyone who needs there vehicles repaired. Very satisfied with my choice to use these guys. Their work is absolutely flawless and they even gave me a loaner car when their time estimate had to be pushed back a bit. Office staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in organizing rental appointments.

The owner, his secretary and all the staff were all very friendly, honest and professional. My pick up truck was totaled. They did store the truck for AAA to haul away.
