Place is great. Never had to worry about speaking Spanish as one of the 1-star comments suggested. They are great and also a very busy shop so don't expect there to be someone just sitting at the counter waiting to hold your hand while you figure out what you want (just another salary to pay that gets put into your bill.) You'll speak directly to the technicians.

There is a bunch of people around but no one can help. You better speak Spanish if you come here if not they are gonna get you. No customer service or the worst ever. I gave them the model of the car and year. They told me to take a picture of the tire so they know what size it is. I asked if they could send someone out and see if we even needed new tires. They said they were unable to help with that. WHAT! I asked for an estimate. This place is ridiculous. Don't come here

This place is AMAZING!!!!!! They were 100 dollars cheaper than the next closest place for brake replacement. They didn't require an appointment and they finished it in a few hours. (They were super busy when we dropped it off)Not only that but I forgot my wallet with a hundred bucks and a bunch of credit cards in my car and everything was still there when I got the car back.If you need work on your car don't hesitate to bring it here, these guys are quick, competient, trustworthy and great value.

Called for a last minute oil change I was pleasantly surprised I could get in & even happier I was in & out within an 1 hr. (BTW No relationship to owner, We just share a great name:)

I thought the Service was good. I had four new tires bought elsewhere mounted and asked them to put the rear passenger tore where spare goes since it was a spare but a full size brand new tire. I asked before leave mg if it was done was told twice it was. Well i got a flat and needed my spare. They didn't do a Damn thing to my spare but unmount it and left my flat tire in trunk. I was stranded so th my kids and it was so wrong of them. Thankfully I disposed of my own tired or they would've thrown away my used dor 2 days new spare Bridgestone tire! These guys are idiots. I'll never trust them again. Remember your tires could save your life. Take precaution with this place or watch closely while they work on your vehicle.

I came to this place because I heard this place has competitive tires (and they do). I was told to wait while they searched their inventory for my tires.20 minutes later, walked out to my car. It seemed like they forgot about me. Then to top it off they tell me they didn't have my tires.

Have to give 1star seeing how 0 star is an option.Have a friend who took a vehicle there to get the transmission serviced, and within a day the transmission failed, they over filled the fluid, now it no longer shifts into gear.and is now leaking, all over his driveway, when he called them and asked them to correct the problem, Juan's response was it was my friends problem because he knew the transmission needed work, and Camarenas now refuses to honor their warranty on their work, and told him (my friend ) to take them to court.I personally would NEVER use them.Told my friend to report them to the BBB.Ca tax franchise board and the ASE board.Stay away from these crooks

Bought new tires for both of my car's. Love the service.they don't have you waiting for ever and get the job done.this is a good honest shop and don't try to over sell you on parts you don't need.
