I been for a while customer in this shop. Mr. Brando Smith the manager and the crew are the best. They always finish the job on time, place is wait , clean and a restroom to use. I really appreciate them so much for the best customer service all the time. I strongly recommend to anyone that would need a service. The best part is that they always give you a head up on things about the car need to get service on.

Just had my 2023 Bronco tires rotated and balanced. Service was prompt, professional and done right. From the tech working on my vehicle to the Manager, Brandon, everyone was cheerful, polite, professional and genuinely interested in helping take care of me. The waiting room is clean & spacious and they started servicing my vehicle right at my appointment time. Couldn't be happier and have found a new tire shop for all of my tire, alignment and service needs. I would highly recommend Brandon and his crew to anyone in search of a great tire & service shop.

SM Brandon, was so nice & friendly. I went in for my tire pressure alarm & a wheel alignment check. Found a nail in tire but I couldn t remember if I had insurance at another tire place, he looked up that tire place himself & gave me their number to call them to make sure. I did have insurance there, so I did end up having to go that tire shop, but Brandon was really nice and understanding about it. I ended up getting that wheel alignment done. Great service and people!

Brandon was very friendly and sweet. He was able to get my car serviced the same day I called and got me the best deal on a whole new set of tires and checked my car before I left and ensured my car was ready before I left. He recommended the best tires for me as I have a 2 year old daughter and our safety is the most important thing. Thank you Brandon!!

Brandon and the Techs at America's Tire Depot in Santa Maria are my heros. I got a large bolt in driver's side rear tire and was losing air very quickly. I pulled in hoping to get it fixed, and it's 4:00 pm on a Friday. The shop was super busy and Brandon said it could be while before they could help me. But within a few minutes there was a tech available to help me out. Super professional crew and my tire was repaired for free. I've been a long time Big Brands Tire customer, which America's Tire is part of, and I'll be getting my tires there in the future.Super friendly and professional. Great service.

I recently had my car serviced at American Tire Depot, and I couldn t be more pleased with the experience. Brandon, in particular, showcased a high level of professionalism and delivered outstanding work during my tire changes. The service was prompt, and the attention to detail was impressive. I highly recommend American Tire Depot for their excellent service, and kudos to Brandon for going above and beyond in ensuring customer satisfaction!

Wow, it takes a lot these days to impress me with how much customer service has declined in recent years, but American Tire Depot surprised me by being a bastion of care, knowledge and service where I least expected to find it. Brandon and Raphael were both wonderful, and got me in ASAP when I really needed tires. They offered great recommendations and extremely competitive pricing (I shopped around and verified.) Their workers are friendly and helpful, and will show you what they find rather than just tell you about it. They actually saved me money by helping identify an unnecessary fix action that had been advised by another service shop in error! It's very obvious that this place cares about their customers and going the extra mile to ensure repeat patronage and word of mouth clients. Great job guys, keep up the good work, and just know it's very appreciated!

Brandon and Rafael were super helpful, I found a nail in my tire, called them 10 minutes to close and was able to get a quote and next day appointment. They both made the process stress free for me and fixed my tire within a few hours. I truly appreciate their service and will definitely be back if needed.

Brandon (the manager) is the best I ve seen in town. He isn t greedy and he is actually looking out for the customer. He is very busy as the shop can get quite chaotic but he does a great job at making sure everyone s needs are satisfied. Brandon did everything to make sure I was happy when I drove out of the lot and not a lot of shops do that. If you want good customer service, come here.

This is the second time I have come to American Tire Depot. The first time I came for an oil change. The second time I came because I had a nail in my tire. Both times their service was great. They are always friendly and helpful which is important to me because I have been to other places in town where they make you feel dumb but here they are honest with their work and speak to you with just the same amount of respect as you should anyone else. Highly recommend.

Inhabe been coming to American tire depot since they opened. Brandon manages the shop like a true professional. I have seen first hand how he interacts with every customer. He is polite, honest, and above all He works extremely hard to make sure every one of them are satisfied and leave with a smile. If the shop is down a guy and their packed, He hasNo problem getting on there and helping them out and running the office. He should have 5 more stars on the board above.The mechanics in the shop are tough dudes and they always take goodCare of all My vehicles.I am a small business owner and I bring in alot of different makes of cars and trucks for alignments, as well as inspections for the complete suspension Replacements I have done and they always do a great job and every alignment is dead on and steering wheel is always straight where it should be..thank you American tire depot for having a great team and Brandon keel on doin things the way you do and you will go places bro! I will and have recommended this company to many many people in th Santa Maria area! My truck is really dirty or I would post pics of the mud tires they installed for me! All tires are balanced perfectly and the ride is smooth considering the tires are knobby tires for serious off roads.Thanks again guys and I ll for sure need an alignment when I get back on the road.Brandon Barton ->Local resident and actual customer in >>> Santa Maria,CA.

I just went there a few days ago to get my tire fixed. It blew out on me and I didn t realize I paid for a warranty. Brandon could have fully charged me for a brand new tire but he went out of his way to look up my history and make sure that I didn t have to pay for the new tire. I just had to pay for the installment. It s always great going over there and honestly Brandon is such a sweetheart. He gives amazing customer service and that man 100% deserves a raise, no matter how much he s getting paid now! Really appreciated his service. Definitely will come back there if I ever have any more issues in the future!

Genuinely a good spot, I called and got taken care of the same day within like 2 hours, they were busy but actually took the time to show what the problem with my car was, as well as give me a good deal on replacing my brakes, rotors, disks, and pads. True homies over at American Tire depot.

Brandon and crew are amazing. I can't speak highly enough of my experience with him and his team. I'm disabled and when I need service I go to Brandon as I know I can trust him and he always sets proper expectations and or goes above and beyond to service my needs.

Not a huge fan of here. The couple times I had gone within a day or two of leaving something else would break and there would be another charge. Often these new broken parts had nothing to do with the areas of the car previously worked on. This issue did not continue when I started taking the car elsewhere. I won't claim any sort of malfeasance or scams here, but I know that if I take my car into the shop I expect to leave with it working and I did not receive that kind of service here.

My experience getting my tires rotated, aligned and an oil change here was phenomenal! Brandon was beyond helpful and walked me through everything my car needed. Plus they have some of the best prices in town! Will be coming back again!

(Just Ask For Brandon the manager) he will get you started on what ever you need done on any type of vehicle he is a great technician that now's everything about all vehicles he will kno exactly what you need and work with to get it done and back on the road ASAP and safe he does not only do tires he does everything you need on your vehicle. Brandon has great customer service and he truly cares about your safety and getting all your mechanical needs at a great price and great service. The American tire depot and big brand tire are very Lucky to have Brandon as there store manager

Brandon Smith and his team hustled when his day was challenged. He takes his time with each customer and goes above and beyond for his customers.
