Excellent experience here once again. Luis & Brenda (Siblings) were very communicative, very attentive, very professional, and masters at their trade!They do window tint, smoked taillight, full & partial wraps, ceramics coating, and PPF clear bra! Lots of options, awesome prices, highest quality of work.They tinted my 2021 RAV4 (3 years ago), and still looks great, so today I brought my Corolla for them to do the same. As usual, the results were fantastic. It took them about two hours, which is what they told me beforehand!At Toyota Rancho Santa Margarita, Ca - Mon, Wed, Fri.At Ford West Covina, Ca - Tue, Thu, Sat.Drop the car off, chill at the lounge of the dealership, and then wait for the text and email! Very convenient.Highly recommended! Thank you Luis & Brenda!

Was looking for somewhere that was affordable to tint my windows, and found this business about a week ago. I was greeted by a brother and sister who were extremely professional, kind, and helpful. The tint is absolutely perfect and it only took them a couple hours to finish. Luis and Brenda made this experience smooth and easy. This was my first time getting a car tinted. Luis demonstrated how the tint would look as well as how the ceramic tint would help with heat rejection. My car looks amazing and it feels cooler already! I definitely recommend Top Rated Auto Care. I was going to a long time window tinting competitor for almost 20 years.I wanted someone closer.I looked up Top Rated Auto Car, and the brother and sister team made me feel important.Luis explained the different tints and types which I'm very familiar with, and he also shared his two decades of experience in doing GREAT work.This team exude customer service, they get it and it's normal for them to do the right thing.Great job on my brand new(1 week new) 2023 VW Jetta SE, and for letting me know about the factory glass stratch which I got a new window replaced just today.See you on the re-tint of this window.Thank you for your honesty in pointing it out.You both are the BEST!I hope and wish business and personal blessings to you both.Sincerely,Ron J.

I was very impressed with the experience I had here with Top Rated Auto Care! I am very picky with where I take my cars and I am so glad I found this tint shop. They took great care of my Tesla Model X and helped answer all my questions. Their attention to detail was perfection, and they have Amazing prices, great availability, as well as an amazing location in RSM. They also quoted me great pricing options to wrap or protect my paint. Well, Top Rated Auto Care definitely did not live up to their namesake. Initially I was pleased with this company - and I was happy with my car window tinting service. What I wasn't too thrilled about though was the paint damage in multiple spots while in their possession. To me it looks like a possible scrubbing or scratching incident from the car wash. Mistakes and mishaps happen; but as we know, adversity often reveals true identity and their lack of accountability also reveals a lack of ethics and integrity. Owner became extremely defensive and unprofessional. So instead of a praise, unfortunately I have to waste my time seeking legal action... Definitely do not recommend.Service: Vehicle window tinting
