The RSM Complete Auto Care team are always very helpful and do their best to resolve the issue. Sean always provides wonderful service. They have handled simple oil changes quickly and helped me deal with bigger issues on my car that took time and attention. I've held back for a while writing this review but can't seem to hold back anymore. Bill, the owner, poor guy is checked out. He would love to retire and deserves to but with this revolving door of managers and techs, he can't seem to move on. I'm in the car business so I take many of my cars to them. About 20% are fixed correctly the first time, some not even the second time. On a few occasions I've been told to take it to a dealership and then bring it back to them. Simple things like oil hanges are not correctly performed ( given a car back with a loose oil filter leaking oil everywhere) or a car going in for new brakes and coming back squeaky still. Correct parts seem hard to order for them and usually come with a huge mark up. I've had car incorrectly diagnosed, fuel repairs come back with gas leaks, cars go for suspension repairs and come back lopsided, you name it. If you have a European car, forget about it. I hope things change for them (Bill is a nice guy) but for now I will have to take my business elsewhere.

Outstanding service, very honest about their prices and needed service. Bill did not oversell any services. Its very hard to find a trustworthy Mechanic, my BOY Luis is trusted by my family and myself 100%. I live about 45 minutes away from Luis and his team but I make the drive every time I need something done. They get it done right the first time, no BS. I am very happy with my truck and how they've taken care of her! Ken is an owner, operator of RSM Transmission. He has been keeping our cars running since we moved here in 1991. He only fixes what needs to be fixed for a fair price. He does everything for the car except Smog Checks. Really like the man
