The updated interior is very nice.Juan is great. Positive attitude and excellent customer service.This place gets busy so I recommend either setting up an appointment or being there when they open.

If you re looking for new rims and tires, or anything else that needs to be done to your car, make sure to deal with Paul at Discount Tire. He has helped us multiple times with tires for our Tesla and now rims and tires for my truck. I will not take my vehicles anywhere else because of the great service that I get from him. Picture below is the new rims and tires I recently had done for my Colorado. Could not be happier!

Very easy to schedule appointment. We had shopped around for pricing on 2 tires and alignment and Discount Tire was cheaper by $100! They had car ready earlier than promised. Would definitely recommend!

FREE FREE FREE FREE FREE FREE FREE FREEI came in with a flat. Although you would expect that a flat-tire service would have the bottom of the bottom priority, Juan actually pushed my number so I was able to be out within an hour! Needless to say I am very impressed to not only getting (1) my tire repaired (2) mounted (3) and my spare secured in my trunk for FREE, but also for their commitment to customer service. 5 star rating, Highly Recommend

Tl;dr service was quick but communication was not great.I see a lot of reviews talking about how good the communication is at this location so maybe I had a one off experience.Had an appointment for 10am. Dropped off car little before then. They asked if I was gonna wait or drop off. Told them I was going to walk around for a bit then come back. Was told it d be an hour and they d text me. Came back after walking around for an hour to check for an update. My car was still where I left it. Guy said mine would be up next and it would be about 30 min. I sat in the lobby to wait and saw at least a car go in before mine. So after waiting for an hour and a half in the lobby, I see my car getting brought in. So after a projected hour and a half wait, I ended up waiting for 3 hours. I know things like this can take longer but would ve liked to be told more accurate numbers so I could ve walked home to let my dog out who s been stuck in the house since I left. I don t mind the wait, just give me a more honest time range.Once the car was in service was done quick.

Excellent customer service experience. Had a flat driving home from work on a Friday. Had to get my car towed, so sent to Discount Tire. My car arrived right as they were closing. They could have easily said they didn't have time and to come back tomorrow. Instead, they knew that they didn't have tires for my car and ordering them would delay things a day. He booted back up to order them so that they could replace them on Saturday instead of waiting til Monday. Prices were also reasonable and they were super easy to work with. Highly recommend. Excellent customer service.

I had a problem I thought with my tires. The representative was friendly and walked me through the findings with recommendations. The big plus was they rotated and balanced my tires for free because I had purchased them at Discount. Excellent customer service!! I will definitely be using them again!!

Made an appointment at 1:00 pm on Friday, Feb 23, 2024 replaced two front tires (tires in stock) & wheel alignment & I waited 2.5 hours. Making appointment to me means in one hour the service should be completed. I don t know how long it would take if you walk-in for tire service.Need to improve time to deliver complete service. Customer is somewhat satisfied.

Experience was generally good. Discount had the best quote out of five quotes I got to put new shocks (all four) on my 2006 Ford Explorer. Very personable front desk staff. My only slight disappointment was their inability to put my requested MONROE shocks on the front end, due apparently to the part being "too long" for my vehicle. They explained that this was MONROE'S fault, not theirs (inaccurate specs). I talked to other mechanics including MONROE CS and none could corroborate that there has been a problem with this MONROE part # and Ford Explorers (to be fair, they couldn't refute it either). Despite all this, I can only assume that DISCOUNT'S explanation of the problem was accurate (did they order the correct part?). Hopefully, they were being 100% truthful with me - the burden we bear about all in the automotive industry, right?

I ve purchased tires and used Discount Tire when I ve had screws/nails in my tires. They have always been so professional and take care of all my tire needs. They are always busy but are very organized and work tirelessly to get everyone in and out as quickly as possibly. It s so reassuring to know they are right here in town.

I had driven my car up to testing Cadillac to have them fix my leak in my tire and they could not get me in. Therefore, I came back towards my home, which is near the discount tire where I ended up taking my car. The gentleman at the counter was very helpful and told me that I would have to leave the car with them for a short period of time to get the patch fixed, he called in about an hour and told me it was ready and I came and got it and everything was great! With the inclement weather we were having. I was glad to know that they would fix my tire and I wouldn t have to drive around with a nail in it highly recommend visiting when you have this type of circumstance.

Juan has excellent customer service skills very polite and curtious the team was wonderful they inspected my tire for free, it required replacement. I was out in less then an hour,upon driving I noticed a sound underneath I asked if they could check if there was any damage.They inspected under the car at no extra charge and drove off feeling secure for my long distance drive.

Great service at the right price. Paul and his technicians were very professional and thorough in solving my problems. The previous owner of my SUV had put some no name brand tires on the rear axle and they wore out too quickly. So the Service Manager Paul ordered me the exact matching tires to the good ones on the front of the vehicle (they came in the next day). When I came in first thing the next morning, they replaced the bad tires, replaced one bad tire pressure sensor and then checked and corrected my alignment. Throughout the process, Paul informed me of the problems and got my consent to fix them before proceeding - all while simultaneously handling a full house of customers! They also checked and recorded the brake pad wear (all were good). All was done super fast while I waited! Thank you to the super helpful Pro s at Discount Tire And Service Center!

These guys are great! I would have given them 5 stars if their phone system worked better. My only complaint is that when I called to make an appointment, their phone tree could not hear me pressing 2 and would not let me leave a message. I had to go there in person, which was inconvenient.

I don t write reviews often, but the guy working at the front desk here was a jerk and unwilling to help. Maybe because he has to work a Sunday? But man this guy was not willing to help, basically shewed me out of there. I was in a pinch, got a flat and sidewall tore, was looking to upgrade all 4 tires but he didn t even get that far with me. I will not be returning to this place for service ever. I ll go to Costco or the dealership I work at.

They fixed my steering problem.I noticed a low speed shimmy in my 2005 CRV and the handling didn't seem right. Took the car to Discount Tires where they found the cause and replaced both lower control arms. They also informed me that my front tires were 10 years old, so I had all the tires replaced. The car handling is back to normal now and I don't have to worry about the age of the tires.

I m a return customer. Trip to Discount Tire. Tire had to be ordered. Came back to have it installed and had to wait 2 hours for it to even be brought into garage. Then, they couldn t align the tires because I guess the only place to find the code is on the drivers door and my door had been replaced. Really?!!!

Fast and efficient. They did my tune, replaced spark plugs, coolant and brake flush, oil change and tire rotation& alignment for $1k less than dealership quote for major tuneup.

Have to be truly honest. Cold reception. You ll need to wait kind of attitude. Clearly get the job done without any personality or personal desire to connect at all. Tire was ordered. Put on the car. It was a Porsche, yet no attempt to even wipe the tire clean? It was dirty. I wouldn t recommend you guys. Nobody friendly even though I made a great effort to smile in spite of the attitude. Job done. No kindness. Been there before , it s convenient, that s it.
