Got 2 tired installed. Excellent price. Buying and scheduling a time for installation online was super simple. The only con was I was told by another tire center that I needed 2 new tires. I wasn't sure which ones so when I went to Walmart I told them. The check in guy said "I think it's the back ones". The "I think" party didn't instill confidence but I still got my 2 tired. Their service was fast and friendly. This is my new tire shop.

Opens 7am. Good idea to arrive at 6:30am to line up. Greeted by Walter who is a very polite young man. Moses the mechanic also very polite, patient and helpful. Great prices. Shopping inside store or grab one of the chairs for seating. They check tire pressure, vacuum front floors, add water to wipers, clean windshield. Nice added service. At the end Walter checked the tires and explained the type of tires I should be looking for... grade A/A All Season 500 grade. Second time here and quite happy. Will return.

Now their policy and system is changed that you have to make reservation online or on the phone beforehand. I made an appointment at 4pm, and the oil change for my car was done at 7pm. It took so long even with the reservation. Other than the long wait, most services were excellent. All the staffs are working hard and the price was reasonable.

Poorly ran by the female manager she is also very rude. The younger guy with the good hair is okay at his job. The most helpful person there was the gentleman with the one piece tattoo. Mechanics are all great.

The price was too good to be true. Yes, the tires were very well priced online, so I purchased and made an in store appt. for installation. The auto center (ac) associates are overworked, and the manager, Ann Mery, has no idea how to manage an auto center. The ac associate who worked on my vehicle accidently broke my tire pressure sensor as well as my seat. The manager told me to call customer service, 1800WALMART, who, if you could only believe, also have no idea how to handle the situation. I have yet to receive a phone call back from the call center. It cost me more to try and save. Stay away until they get new management.

I arrived late for my scheduled appointment but they were still very courteous and welcoming. I was able to check out my favorite section in the store while I waited. The tires were installed and balanced. Overall it was a pleasant experience. I know where I'll be buying my tires from now on!

No customer service due to lack of employees employed at this location, especially in the automotive center. You're lucky to see 3 people, and that's it. That means you have to call in advance. Maybe days early to make appointment, which is totally ridiculous. In case you have emergency like a nail in your tire. This is totally uncountable. This place should be closed down.

Checked a few places to replace 4 tires on my wifes Nissan Rogue. Decided to get a set of Douglas tires that are manufactured by Kelly / Goodyear. After checking with them, the specific tires we wanted were in stock. But it would take about 3 hours. We decided to go home since we live close by and get my vehicle. Back within 20 minutes, again verify the specific tires, hand over.the keys and leave. We return about 3.5 hours later and can see the tires have been changed. They looked a little bigger (height), but thought they looked different because they were new. Went inside paid and got the print out. My wife notices the brand of tire isn't what we selected. We had selected a 225 and 245's were on the vehicle. Even though these were probably more expensive, I didn't know anything about the brand. We went back inside and an employee came out to verify. She went back and got the manager. He verified they were the incorrect tires, after checking to see somehow if it was an honest mistake. He asked if we had 30 minutes. I asked who manufactures the tires, and indicated a conpany from China. Now I know there are some really good tires made in China, but not knowing which one I wanted the ones we selected. (An offer to keep them was not an option made)They didn't offer anything to compensate for their mistake or our time we had to wait. They changed the tires, we checked all 4 and they were all correct. I followed my wife home, and she noticed none of the tires were at the correct pressure, and none at the same pressure. You would think after the error they made, they would make sure everything was correct. My wife will be going back tomorrow.

I usually bring all my vehicles here for an oil change but may think twice now. This morning I brought my newly purchased Tacoma in for an oil change. I ve had an issue in the past with techs not removing the skid plate causing oil to spill into the pan. When parking the vehicle at home in the driveway, oil dripped al over the place ruining the surface.Today I politely requested that there not be an oily mess underneath cause you know, that s a completely reasonable request. The gentleman checking me in was completely understanding and made a note. He even checked with the tech as we were picking up the keys. The tech replied I hosed it off . We checked before leaving and the vehicle was dripping water and oil right then and there. My husband wiped his finger underneath and showed them that there was oil.Seriously, why can t anyone do their job correctly?! I work hard for what I have and to have it disrespected having a routine maintenance task performed because they don t care is infuriating. Not to mention then oily door handle I had when getting in the truck.Check under your car before parking it at home, you might have a messed up driveway.

Too bad experience ,because they gave me appointment 1 week ago for Saturday july 23 2023. And I been earlier than my appointment, after checking, they told me that we gave your tires to someone else, shamelessly, and just said sorry. And when I asked the other Walmart store, they said that they are not allowed to do such a thing and that it is a violation, because when they give appointment, they cannot sell the tire to another person. But these irresponsible gentlemen did this.

Worst service. They had my car for almost 2 hours to tell me they didn t want to do my oil change because my drain plug was aftermarket and they were too scared to touch it. The car sat there for 20 minutes after, I thought they were doing the paper work, but they just forgot about it. They didn t bother to ask me anything, just canceled the order while I was waiting for more than 2 hours. Worst customer service, will not be doing service there nor will I be shopping in person or online

They were friendly but So slow and I was one of the first 2 customers at like 7am. Then they gave me an estimate for my tire saying I needed a whole new tire and after waiting for like 30 minutes, told me I didn't need to replace my tire and I just needed a patch. So what the F were they were doing for the last 30 minutes? Especially when there was only 2 cars and like 4 or 5 mechanics walking around. I ended being there for another 30+ minutes.

Been here a few times and normally takes about 45-1 hr for an oil change which is ok cuz I usually walk around the store. Today I have been here almost 3 hours and still waiting!!! Would have been nice to have been told prior to leaving my car that there s only 1 tech working!! Not only that but he s trying someone which is taking him longer than usual. Communication is key! I am an understanding person I could have left my car and walked to the gym across or asked someone to pick me up. No one said anything until about half hour ago after I had questioned the wait time twice.Service: Oil change

Heard a costumer complaint about not resetting the oil light. They did the same to me. They were very friendly, prompt. I did my shopping and by the time I was finished the care was done

I went in for an oil change no appointment and late in the day but a bit of a wait and my car was in .They said they would change my cabin filter and didn't and they said on my paper work that they checked my tire pressure and I know for a fact they didn't beacause I came home with a low pressure tire and the read out was wrong that as they commented my pressure was 35 in each tire. In reality every tire was a different psi, over all they were quick..I know why now .plus to get service at the desk in the auto center is a complete joke and they must have there heads up there.....I'll stop here,,,need I say more.. nope

The man who helped me was very rude from the start. He seemed annoyed/dismissive when I asked about which oil was best for my car.I got to Walmart at about 11:15, there was only one other car present. At around 2:30 I asked the front desk if my car was going to be ready soon and she said my car was done at 12:30. I didn t receive a text or call about it being done. I even made eye contact a couple times with the employee who helped me. First and last time I m coming here.Service: Oil change

Just went there to get a conventional Oil change . The fellow Greg working there insist on a synthetic oil change. I did car mechanic work for a very long time. His argument is less convincing than 10 year old . The weight of the oil will unbalance my car or it will or can flat out explode my car . Are u serious ? A 2011 Honda Accord , its been using regular oil since i have it. There is also 2-3 hours waiting time . Only one guy is working ,its a total lie .so ia sked i can leave here and work out at the gym across , would it be cool to leave it here. His answer was I dont care you go to a strip Club and come back . This man does not deserve to work there . Plain and Simple an A******.

The mechanics and management are very LAZY. My boyfriend went to them the first day he got a nail in the new tires he just got from them and with those new tires came a protection plan. The mechanic before failed to mention that the tire "protection plan" does not cover the outer rim of the tire or the inside. That day they're systems were down so unfortunately my boyfriend could not ride on his donut for days so he patched it himself. They argued that he shouldn't have patched, but did not offer any compensation for not having any available service that same day! Then did not want to service us because he patched it. In other words, you're better of spending your money somewhere else with better service.Service: Tires

I have always had my oil change done at Walmart they do a great job, vacuuming the car, etc... The last time the Tech saved me money the oil Ordered was premium oil and he said for my car I don't need that high end quality. I was very thankful and saved about $7

Went there on a Sunday afternoon, Christmas Eve no less, with very little expectation that they would even be open, let alone be able to fix my flat tire. To my surprise, they took me right away and even though they said it would be over an hour wait, it was done in about 30 minutes. For just $10, they fixed the flat, rebalanced the tire, and remounted the wheel... WOW! Best 10 bucks I've ever spent. The manager, AJ (if I'm remembering her name correctly) had a GREAT attitude and was terrific. If I had one complaint, it would be the worker who actually did the repair seemed a bit grumpy and annoyed. But then again, you might be grumpy too if you had to fix tires on Christmas eve. I will definitely go back there again if needed and will recommend them to everyone. There are so many negative posts on here about their poor service and extended wait time... maybe I just got lucky?? But honestly, you really shouldn't complain much about the service, considering the price. If you expect 5-star service and no waiting, then perhaps you should go somewhere over-priced and pay a lot more to be pampered. 'Nuff said...

bad customer service. they are not friendly and seem annoyed whenever you ask questions. it took 2 hours to get an oil change. I had to call a couple times to find out when the car was done, getting different responses each time. the prices are good though.

I usually went to Walmart in Stevenson Ranch. Today, I gave this one a try as I was on my way to fill gas at Costco in nearby. I arrived early enough 7:15 AM & saw a few cars ahead of me. No biggie. The HUGE disappointment was 3 hours later, I finally saw a text saying the mechanics FINALLY got to start working on my car. WOW. So, they did NOTHING to my car in 3 hrs & made me wait after promising it only took 1.5 hrs in & out. As expected, the manager apologized & blamed on shortage of mechanics & ppl called in sick (DUH?). I don't see how this one had higher rating than one in Stevenson Ranch. That one was also bad but within 2.5 hrs they would get my oil change done. I am still waiting 3.5 hrs later when I am posting this. They probably will get it done by noon. Wow... that is 5 hours waiting for oil change. SHOCKING. I gave them 2 stars because at least they will get the oil change done.Service: Oil change

Very dissapointed. There was one car there and this guy comes to hello. We exchange pleasntries and he begins to install my info and checks my oil to tell me I have no oil they can't help me out and give me a oil change new policy beginging of the year. So I joked I'll just buy some oil and out it in there then. Doesn't work like that I was told. Iam going to get an oil change cause I need one obviously if iam low on oil and u won't even give me a oil change.

I've been here twice within the last year to get an oil change. My car takes synthetic oil so it's pricey everywhere else. I haven't had any issues like the other reviews stated. Hopefully they're on their way to better services. I also have a friend who's been here a few times without any complaints.

The work they do is fine, but the way the shop is run can be frustrating. No estimated timeframe of how long tires would take to change as I was next in line and unable to call me to notify when the job was completed. Ended up taking almost 3 hours. Maybe bring a book and snacks.

If your looking for a low cost oil change ask for the Pit Crew special. Its oil and filter only with no extras. Cost is usually $19.99 plus a small disposal fee. Most Walmarts are consistent in service but I find that the more you go then they'll recognize you as a regular and give you better service. I occasionally bring pizza by for the service guys.
