My Volvo Xc90 AC was not working , I have called couple of places and they all sounded same with wrong quotes and projected something big is faulty (Evaporator Replacement with 3500 - 4k quotes). I found this on google with good reviews decided to give a call , spoke to John with out implanting any doubts in my brain straight away he asked me to bring the car as he suspected issue could be just freon.First and foremost , John has a great respect towards his customers . The diagnosis was honest they were able to fix my AC issue in couple of hours ( freon refill) for a very reasonable fair price. Thank you again John and team for the wonderful service and help .Service: Air conditioning

These guys are by far the best shop in town if you have a European car. I went for the first time today, I took in my Audi A4 for an oil change and alignment and the whole process was very pleasant. The entire place is very clean and organized and the quality of work was excellent.

Great place, best service and fair prices. This is the 3rd time I take my vehicle here and I never leave disappointed, they are honest, compared to other places. They get to the point and always advise you the best for your vehicle. Thanks Juan!

This is the only shop I trust in Southern California! All the work they do is hands down the best ! I have a 1992 325i that I've had sitting around for months ! Not know what was wrong ! Took it to them and they had it up and running in no time ! And the best thing about it all is there pricing !!!! Can't beat them anywhere especially when you have a BMW. The staff is also very helpful and informing ! If you have anything you need done GO Here !!!!!

Recently purchased a Used S-Class Benz and spent days trying to find the right shop to do the maintenance finally came across these guys and as soon as I walked into the facility I was pleasantly surprised to see top of the line tools and state of the art equipment. We spent a few minutes chatting and up to this point I believed myself to be a expert in S-Classes but their knowledge far exeded my expectations, they are truly masters at what they do, thx again guys my car drives and feels better then new, appreciate the time and patience you guys take to make sure every customer is happy.

They recommend you to have parts change, but not push you. You decide for yourself. Has been taking my car there for maintenance for years, and will plan to continue. Wait time usu 1 to 2 hrs.

I like this place but they charged me 80 bucks to not work on my MB. Dealer fixed it quick! Valencia European needs to get better software. lol

Always come here for alignments. I tell them what specs I want since they are different than oem and they have no problem accommodating me. Best price around as well.

I brought my BMW here for service. John and the staff were great. These guys know what to do when it comes to BMW's and the prices are very reasonable.

I recently brough in my 2015 F80 M3 Laguna Seca.One of a kind in the US. I don't trust anybody to work on my car except for these guys. The second I walked in I was able to tell that these people know exactly what they are doing. I'm a huge car enthusiast so when I need my car to be taken care of I bring it over to Valencia European. Much respect for John and the rest of the crew! Thanks a lot guys much appreciated !

I brought my Car here to Valencia Eurpoean to get and oil change a week ago the owner and entire staff was the most friendly and and acomadating auto repair shop I've ever bin to. Super fast and efficiant work . I'll definitely be coming back for anything else I need for my car

I took my civic here to get an alignment and it pulls to the right more than it did beforeThe owner-master mechanic is a joke he doesnt know crapAnd to top it off they didnt even tighten the lock nut on one of my tie rod ends I didnt even need a wrench to break it loose

I take my 2001 BMW 740i here whenever I need work done and these guys take care of my car at a very reasonable price. Whoever out there with a BMW this is where you want to take your car.

I TOOK MY AUDI A4 HAD THE OIL PAN REPLACED BECAUSE I CRAKED IT WHILE GOING WAY TOO FAST. THEY REPLACED IT FOR A BETTER PRICE THAN ANYONE ELE AND HAD ME BACK ON THE ROAD IN NO TIME

Had to bring my car back 3 times for an overheating issue. 650 BMW 2007. Car is still running hot . Horrible service. I will never go back .
