Highly Recommend! Took my Sons VW Beetle here after a minor fender bender caused his headlight to fall out Luckily, they asked if I could bring the old headlight in which we figured was probably busted. We were so lucky they told us to try bringing it and were able to fix it in a matter of minutes. We d originally planned on leaving his car and waiting on an estimate but instead our issue was solved instantly! It s been very hard to find people who understand this particular car, let alone who wouldn t take advantage of a Mom just trying to get her kid back on the road. When I asked the total they said, no charge it was only a few seconds of time . That s pretty incredible for someone who just totally fixed the car! I was absolutely impressed and dumbfounded because I m usually the person who would be taken advantage of. We are very grateful for their time and assistance. They ve earned a customer for life! Thank you so much SCV German Car Service! We will be back!

Tom, the owner, is a great honest mechanic, fast and efficient. He has been taking care of my Porsche and my BMW for years. He would actually discourage you from unnecessary work. Thank you Tom!

I own a 2009 Volkswagen Jetta. I had an issue with my ignition key switch. It would struggle to start after getting gas or abruptly turn off at stop signs or red lights. I took it to two different mechanics and they could not figure out the problem. Tom immediately determined the issue and it now works perfectly. He is very knowledgable and professional. Great customer service and quality work! Had my Mini Cooper Convertible completed in a few hours. I went in with known brake issues and they changed the pads and the warped rotors for a fair price!!! (The quotes around the word fair are because there is no such thing when it comes to German cars lol) I will be taking my car back to them in the future without a doubt!

I have a Smart car and it's so hard to find places to fix them. I am traveling and towing my car. I took it in to see what was causing it to overheat. Tom was great! He looked at it and determined that it was an issue that would take time to get the parts. Unfortunately I had to leave town, and he did not even charge me for his time. Thank you, Tom! Thank you to Tom and Chris and the rest of the crew at SCV German Car Service. Communication was excellent on my BMW repair project. Tom explained each repair component and all of the work was done ahead of schedule. I never had to initiate a call about the status of my car because I was kept informed every step of the way. Also, Tom didn't treat me like a dummy when I made a dummy mistake and probably wasted his time. I am so happy to have found this business. I own three VWs and a BMW. I have been so frustrated with dishonest mechanics and poor workmanship, so I panicked when my Passat needed work. SCV came to my rescue. This mechanic knows his stuff. I will be bringing him all my business from now on.

THEY SAVED THE DAY!!!They fit my car in on a jam. Told me to bring it over to check it out so they could order parts so that they would already be there after a holiday weekend. I HAD to have the car fixed as it was my daughter's first car and was having her driver's test the following Wednesday. I got the car back there Monday morning and they got the radiator swapped out and checked some other stuff for me. Got the car back the day before my daughter had her driving test. They definitely earned a customer and I will only take the jetta to them.

Highly recommend this place! Tom is always so helpful. I have an intoxalock machine that occasionally needs recalibration. Tom is always so quick to help! I show up unexpected every single time and despite him always being busy he is attentive, quick and professional! He even adds additional information to help out when he feels is needed to be sure you are not mislead. Thank you Tom!!

I live halfway across the country and was attempting to buy a 911 in Los Angeles. I selected this shop to perform a pre purchase inspection on my behalf. They charged a very fair price, gave me a detailed overview of the car, and everything was done in a timely manner!

I bought an older Audi used. I recieved great service here, a breakdown of everything that needed to get done and why, which repairs were more urgent, etc. Honest, friendly service at a great price!

Worked with Tom a few times and all were great experience. The service is great - pricing is very good and fair. If something is wrong Tom is always there to fix the problem and stands by his work. I would recommend this shop completely

Had a major electrical problem with my Porsche 911 saw another mechanic quoted how big the job would be how much it would cost brought it into the shop they did it for more than half the cost much better job and I feel very confident with this crew that when I picked up the 911 I drop off my Range Rover for services as well good luck this is a great team.
