First off, never been to a bad Porsche dealership yet. The brand continues to impress not only with its stellar automobiles but just as equally in customer service (take it from a Porsche fan 10+ years & counting). Having said that the team at Porsche Santa Clarita is really a cut above the rest! From Todd Kressler who was kind enough to show me around the museum and make a trade with no pressure, to Allen in the finance dept who convinced me to get the tire & wheel pkg (best decision ever) everyone has been genuinely amazing to deal with. A special shout out to Kristin, the wonderful service advisor who was awesome enough to get us a last minute emergency loaner when we had a flat as well arrange to get some warranty work done while the tire was being shipped out. Hands down I think this is my favorite dealership of all time, did I mention they have a restaurant and free car museum on site? The people who work here are passionate about cars and it shows. TY guys!

Literally the best Porsche dealership in Southern California. We drive all the way from Los Angeles to get our cars serviced here because the quality of work, service, and staff are night and day better than any other dealership in LA. Took our Macan in for a warranty issue, had it fixed flawlessly in a timely manner and they even washed the car for us afterward. Kristin, David, Garrett and Andrew to name a few are all top notch at their jobs. Above and beyond care, service and communication. Don't waste your time at any other dealership. This is the one.

Reception staff here is awesome, facility is a beautiful design in its own right. Be sure to visit the secret underground lair full of Porsche relics, including a collection of production, race cars replicar Porches and artifacts. While it's not actually secret it does feel pretty exclusive and is a real treasure vault. Well worth a visit.

I just bought a 2011 Boxster Spyder. Worked with Todd Kessler and had a smooth, stress free experience. Todd worked hard to make the transaction happen and even delivered the car to me. I will definitely buy my next Porsche with Todd when the time comes!

I purchased my Porsche at a different Porsche dealership and did not get good service. I came here, Kristin Fisher helped me to the max. She was so helpful and welcoming. I bought a Taycan and had no idea how to charge it or what kind of charger to buy. Kristin was able to help me right away, she took me outside and helped me charge my car. She was able to provide me with all the information I needed and she put me in touch with a service advisor who is going over the right charger options with me. This was one of my best experiences at a car dealership. Kristin is amazing. Thank you for all your help!!!

We wanted to share our wonderful experience and express our appreciation for the service we received at Porsche Santa Clarita.Our sales consultant Todd Kessler is a true gentleman. Todd gave us his full attention, is extremely knowledgeable and informative of the products he sells.Todd located the car we were looking for and we cannot be more thankful for his dedication in helping us.We never felt pressure in buying the car and are appreciative of his professionalism.We have to say this is by far, the best car shopping experience we ve ever had.Todd should never doubt the difference he makes.In closing we would be remiss if we didn t comment on facility.The word beautiful does not do it justice.It s a world class dealership.Thank you,Greg and Robin Benson

I recently purchased a gently used 2020 911 through DEAN MARONE at Porsche Santa Clarita. I am based in the SF Bay Area and did the entire transaction over the phone/ email. He was super easy to work with, fair on my trade in, handled the transport of both the delivery and pick up fo the new and trade. Whole process was a breeze. DEAN even sent me a swag package as a thank you with a shirt, hat and other fun Porsche stuff.The finance manager PABLO was also very kind. Initially they secured financing for me thru Porsche Financial and within a week AFTER TAKING DELIVERY of the car, I found a more competitive rate through a local credit union, he facilitated the financing swap out to benefit me. Overall, thumbs up experience.

Second time here this year and again EXTREMELY impressed with the entire experience. Kristen went above and beyond to help me with my Macan oil change. We purchased a maintenance warranty from another dealership (not Porsche) when I bought my car and ended up really needing to chase them up to pull through. Kristen helped me along the way to make sure they had all the details, called them multiple times and helped see this through the finish line. While we were waiting for the oil change we had a delicious burrito at the shop cafe (guys, don't sleep on this! The cafe is fab).This Porsche dealership is by far the best in LA, I drive an extra 40 mins out the way just to get my car serviced at this specific Porsche because the people and the staff are top-notch.

Small area on the showroom floor behind the receptionist table. There are a few tables but the food was excellent. I just got a burger and fries and it was great. I will be going back for lunch again soon and try one of their other dishes. If you are a car fan be sure to take a look at their museum in the basement .especially if you are a Porsche fan.

When SCV announced a Porsche dealership was coming to this town, I was beyond excited.Fast forward few years now, and what a pleasure it s been to have this amazing facility apart of our little town.Todd Kessler. Remember that name. Make sure you ask for my guy.He s helped me allocate several cars, and just recently we ordered a new one that will arrive in May. Thank you to the whole team, from service department, to the friendly kitchen staff, the always addicting parts department and of course the excellent staff : management. Thank you Todd, for always going above for me and the friends I recommend over.

I started coming to this dealership earlier this year just to check it out. It reminds me alot like Galpin Ford located in Van Nuys. The dealership has a very modern-like appearance. Additionally, the atmosphere is very calm. No salesmen were getting my face about buying cars which was a big break from what I usually encounter. Additionally, there is a very nice lounge area on the main floor of the dealership. My favorite part about the dealership is their "Boxenstopp Cafe". I go to their Cafe often for something to eat. Their selection of food is very vast and you can't really go wrong with anything they have there. Also, prices are affordable for a full lunch from them! The cherry on top of it all though is their car exhibit. From the main floor, there is a glass viewing window looking into the car exhibit. You are able to go down there and look at the very interesting porsches that tell about Porsche's history. They move their cars from time to time which gives me something new to look at. Either or, I would recommend checking out this establishment as I am happy of it being a staple of the SCV Community!

I have been taking my Cayenne here for servicing for years. And Michael Holland has been amazing! So if it were for the service dept, I d be giving 5 stars. However I ve always been getting the too cool for school treatment from the sales staff even prior to purchasing my Cayenne. I m local so I really wanted to work with this dealership. I started working with some Todd guy (again prior to my first Porsche) and had made it very clear I was in the market. We did a test drive and sent him a list of cars I was looking at and if he could help me out. Long story short, he texted me a couple of times with some working on it language and then ghosted me. I called him out on it and he gave me the classic I forgot to hit send on my reply . His message basically stated that he wasn t having any luck on his search.So we simply went down to Rusnak Pasadena the following weekend and came home with our new Cayenne. And for the last 2 years we ve been taking her to Santa Clarita Porsche for servicing. (Again 5 there). However I m now once again in the market, this time for a 911. I Approached one of the sales reps about scheduling a test drive and he directed me to Avo Krikorian. He asked if I was local, my phone #, and said to meet tomorrow @ 2:00 to go for a test drive. So I planned my day accordingly and received a text mid morning saying Good morning this is Avo, unfortunately we can t drive any 911 s unless we have a deal in place. I m not quite sure what happened in less than 12 hours but it was decided I could not test drive the vehicle. Which ok, fine. But Avo s reasoning was I needed to have a deal in place . To which I responded, Ok. Well how am I suppose to make a deal if I never drive them? Not to worry. Rusnak may be a drive out, but they were very accommodating when we purchased our Cayenne. Have a great day.! Which leads me to this review. It has been my experience the sales department has been very much on the snooty side. I could understand if I was coming in off the street in a beat up ford escort (which still wouldn t be cool), but I have literally been taking my current new Porsche to them for servicing for the last 2 years. I was willing to give Santa Clarita Porsche another try because of the awesome service department, but will be purchasing my new 911 elsewhere. Gotta say it s gonna feel good bringing my next Porsche in for servicing with a Rusnak sticker on it and giving Avo a nice wave .

Dean has been amazing. He not only makes the entire purchase process so streamlined and painless, his after sales attention is like no other. So much so that I have referred both family and friends. I would recommend him to anyone without reservation.

I have literally never been able to get in contact with their parts department. A nice girl picks up and transfers me and the phone either just rings for a minute and hangs up or I am kept on hold for 20+ minutes. Bought my Cayenne from here 2 years ago and was happy with the sales department, but service needs to step up.

Michael Holland was very attentive and made sure the service items on my car were taken care of. He helped replace a window seal under warranty to prevent wind noise (another dealership denied this claim).He communicated with me all along the way. All Porsche Santa Clarita staff was very friendly. I'm very thankful and satisfied.

My husband and I just bought a Macan here and we are very happy with the friendly and professional customer service! Everyone seems very nice. Steve McCord and Avo Krikorian are awesome! Will definitely come back here for future puchases.

Try to reach a service advisor but never received a call over 7hrs. Suggestion to those who manage customer service, If returning message replies are not part of the process, then front desk should not present it as an option. Took business elsewhere and hopefully building a long term customer centric relationship.

It's Porsche. The quality of service here meets & exceeds the high standards of excellence that the brand name is known for and expected to have. The whole team here is terrific. We've been assisted by Michael a few times and he's been great. Always a pleasure.

Visited during an intense freak rain storm. The team at Porsche Santa Clarita were very helpful and courteous. Some unique and great inventory on the dealer floor. What surprised me most was the basement with such an incredible time capsule of Porsche history. A special thank you to Todd K. for some great conversation and assistance regarding the collection.

Came in several months ago to buy the orange limited Porsche boxster S. Porsche of Santa Clarita didn t offer to drive it, didn t start it and weren t willing to work numbers at all. I had a substantial down payment and was work a deal, it seems you weren t ready to make a deal though. Ended up making a purchase elsewhere. Really wanted the Porsche though, it was an unfortunate experience to say the least.

This is my fifth Porsche vehicle and regret getting my car and requesting service at this location instead of Downtown Porsche. On Thursday of 8/4/22 I noticed a nail with low tire pressure in the morning as I was heading out and slowly drove to get it serviced since I had tire insurance and was near by.First the assistant service manager, Mike or Michael Holland Jr had a horrible attitude that I never experienced from a dealership. Mike lets me know he checked stock and will schedule me for the next day 10 am and thats the soonest he can do for replacing my tires. He also tells me I should be okay to drive it slowly without any effort in inspecting the tire or the pressure at all. I figured he was having a busy stressful day and let it be.I come 10am the next day and the head service manager who I had good experience with telling me they don t have the tire and I need to call back on Monday in a few days. I am very upset because I moved my meeting to get this done as soon as possible and Mike comes out and proceeds to let me know there must have been a confusion or he must have been out of it and excuses excuses.I proceed to drive the car slowly again and hear my tire giving out and losing control of the steering wheel and almost getting into a accident. I wasted my time, energy, and was put in danger with others driving. I won t recommend this new dealership only a few years old until they have their management down especially their assistant service manager. This guy Michael Mike should be better off working for Toyota or Mazda, maybe not in the service business at all.

Top notch. Just switched brands from Mercedes and couldn't be happier. Joe in service is very professional and knowledgeable. Actually look forward to bringing my car in vs. dreading it. The showroom and facilities are amazing. Highly recommended!

The people and expertise at Porsche Santa Clarita is amazing. They are very friendly and welcoming. No sales pitch just experienced veterans that want to make you happy and excited to spend your money. Todd Kessler and Pablo Martin are the guys to talk to. I'll be back to hang out at the coffee bar and talk about Porches' for years to come.
