Wish I could give them 100 out of 5 stars! We were on our way back from mammoth and my Lincoln Navigator started screeching when braking and I had 100 miles left to drive. It was Christmas Eve at 4:30 pm and I was frantically trying to find a mechanic shop to help me as I was too afraid to drive without proper brakes. Out of the 15 places I called from Google, they were the only ones that answered the phone. They were about to close to go home to their family gatherings, but felt bad for me and agreed to stay and help me out. Considering my urgent state, they could have taken advantage of the situation and charged me an arm and a leg, but they actually charged me far less than (almost half of) what I've ever been quoted for my car breaks (I've had this heavy car for 10 years and had to go through brake changes several times). They didn't try to upsell me to get my roaders changed either. AND my wheels don't squeak!!! A common issue I've had every time I've changed the breaks on this car! Truly ethical, compassionate, reasonable, fair, skilled mechanics. Wish I lived close by so that I could become a regular customer- or maybe I will actually make the drive to see them again!!!

Can you imagine being 2 hours away from home on a federal holiday and having your radiator blow when there are absolutely no shops open to repair it? I can. This happened to me on Labor Day. I called 20 different shops in the area and all of them were closed. Then I called Pacific Auto Care and they just happened to be in the shop. Even though they weren't open at the time, they told me to bring my truck in and they would see what they could do. Misha ended up replacing my radiator on the spot to allow me to get back home for work the next morning. He was super helpful and very knowledgeable. He saved me from a nightmare. I would definitely recommend everybody to this shop. The prices are fair, the workers are knowledgeable, and they are very understanding. Five stars all day! Thank you again, Misha!

Steve and family are wonderful! Well priced, good service, and they will point out ways to save money (such as bring your own oil for an oil change) if you want.Update July 2022: They're still awesome!

I have been coming to Pacific Auto Care for almost ten years. Misha does great work and has great prices. The Toyota dealership tried to tell me I needed several repairs. It turned out most of the repairs weren t needed at all. Best Auto Shop in town.

I have been taking my SUV s here for over 7 yrs. I have had nothing but Great service every time. Misha and company always do an excellent job when they are repairing your car. They work on your car , as if it was there own. I highly recommend there services. Always friendly, good value and timely.

Shop run by 2 identical twins and a friend of theirs . Great people. Actually charged me way lesser than initial fixed estimate coz it ended up being less work. I would have never known and still have paid the full amount happily because it was very reasonable to begin with. As honest and old school as they come.

Genuine, good, honest mechanics here. My mustang's alternator went out and they even stayed open a little late to take it in. The next day it was done and I am happy with it. Thank you!

I've been coming been coming to misha's for years now, I'm kind of "do it your self person" on my down time but when I'm busy and can't figure out the solution I come check in with misha. Always gives me a good price and top quality service, never had a problem. Very honest guys here came by to get a wheel baring done on my moms car and after going from shop to shop seeing how they wanted to over price for the job I came to this guys and they were honest from the beginning couldn't be happier to have found a shop that I can recommend my mom to come to.
