Website had all the information about KA24DE engine and the corresponding water pump. Store opened 7:30 am water pump was ready for pickup. Will use O' Reilly again.

Can't complain went to the O'Reilly's for power steering fluid was really low cost check engine light to go on and now I filled it up and no check engine light what does advice for others check your fluids

Today I went to OReilly and I had one of the worst services. Every time go to a store I always ask if someone speaks Spanish because sometimes my mom comes with me, so I prefer someone that speaks it that way she can understand it. Well the thing is that they told me to wait for someone, then a guy came and he said oh I don t speak that much Spanish so I was like hello I asked for a Spanish speaker. So they went for a guy named Pedro. He was so arrogant, and rude. I told him that why did they send me someone that doesn t speak Spanish. So he told me oh you know that we are una place that we only speak English, and all the places speak English ( he almost gave me the idea that CA, speaks English, no Spanish at all)I was like Hello you are Hispanic.By the time I think he was being racist.I always come to this store but this time I didn t like the service. I know that we are in a place that we only speak English but that doesn t mean they need to talk to us that was.For me it was really disrespectful.

Today I came to get some parts for my husband Henry. I was met with terrible customer service! There was a short, hispanic man with a name tag that read Juan or Jose.. whatever, who gave me nothing but glares as nasty as him. I am never coming here again! Do yourself a favor and go to the O Reillys on Lyons Avenue. They have perfect customer service unlike this dumpster fire!

I haven't even been to this O'Reilly's yet but if you get Spencer on the phone you're lucky because he just rocks.I love knowledgeable friendly customer service and that should be expected not relished but it's just so hard to find anymore! Thank you Spencer.

Battery was testing really low so I visited this place to buy another one. Was easy enough to find one that fit. They installed it quickly and I was on my way. A couple of weeks later, it's still working great. Glad they are in my neighborhood.

My #1 auto parts store in the SCV. They happily accept used oil, oil filters, and ATF unless other auto parts store. Many times, I end up buying random stuff while I wait for my containers to be returned (they won't throw them away for you for hazardous waste reasons which is normal). Helpful staff, prices are ok... not the cheapest, but inventory is very good.

Now this place is what I like. Out of all the auto parts stores this is probably the number one I go to I don't like to go anywhere else. Okay Auto is extremely high priced I got to drive far to get something cheap then have to drive really close and get something extremely expensive. AutoZone is wack, they have a few employees that don't even know what the hell they're doing. And at every O'Reilly's I've been to they all seem to be educated on vehicles and on their store. Thank you O'Reilly's you are awesome

My favorite O'Reilly's, the people are always knowledgeable and professional.Whenever I need parts for older cars or simple things like bulbs or wiper fluid this is the best place to get it.

Absolutely the worst customer service, I have ever seen lately. I was going to buy some oil, and waited at the counter for nearly 5 minutes. I saw an employee in the back walk by and make eye contact with me three separate times, before he decided to go get a mask. After another minute he put a mask on, and started like he was going to walk out to help me. However, he then walked to the back again, because something else was so much more important that I had to wait longer. I am so irritated!I don't have to spend my 30 plus dollars in your store, I don't even have to ever shop in your store ever again. In fact I won't, I'll take my business elsewhere.

I needed a 20 amp fuse. The only ones they had in stock was a pack of 2 according to the sales person that they were smart fuses and would light up if blown. It was $5 for a pack of 2.I replaced the fuse but it blew that evening.No led, not a smart fuse.I went in the following morning.I explained that they didn't work. And the sales person just stared at me. He had nothing to say.

Well basic auto parts store...they had the oil i was looking for but nobody asked if i needed help or if i found what I was looking for...just 3 stars because of the customer service...also not even a hello or how ya doing today...or a thank you when I got the receipt. Almost 2 stars for that.

This O'Reilly has some of the worst service I've ever experienced from any autoparts store. PERIOD. I walked in and was immediately greated with a comment about the sports team I had on my sweatshirt. Then when I finally get what I need completed (part lookup for warranty exchange) I'm told they would call me when it comes in. I'm quoted for 5pm possibly a little later because of the weather causing traffic incidents. I leave, get my alternator removed so that I'm all ready for when they call. I waited until 730pm before I called to see if it had shown up yet. They tell me that, yes, it did come in and it had been there since before 5pm.Needless to say, I received no help from them, even after I mentioned being from out of town and needed this part as soon as possible to get back home. The day started at 10am when I found out my alternator went bad and didn't get the new one back and installed until 9pm. Never thought a simple 1hr long installation would take 10+ hrs to complete. Great service and very helpful staff. For some reason other Auto parts have given me questions rather than answers just for the simple gold antifreeze. The guy the counter was right on spot with the stuff that I need it.

A great place to get your auto parts. They are not usually busy so you can get help when needed. I find that they have most of parts I needed and their prices are decent. They also have a rewards member program where you spend $150 and you get $5 certificate.

Trash!. The "Manager"... what can i say.. lost in life! So i have lifetime warranty on alternator so i return for warranty. They can't find my acct so they give another one but he told me my warranty is gone.

If a part is ordered and due at 4:30PM into the store, call and confirm that it made it in before making the drive. You will have to wait until 2PM the following day if it didn't.
