My 2022 Lexus NX 350h was rear-ended and got damaged above the bumper, so I took it to Network Auto Body in Valencia to get an estimate for repairs. Briant Ramirez provided a detailed estimate for me and explained in detail what work needed to be done as required by Lexus. After checking with other auto body shops, I found Network Auto Body to be the best for the job. I took my Lexus to Briant Ramirez at Network Auto Body shop and he did an excellent and thorough job of repairing it and completed the work within the estimated time. He also worked closely with the insurance company for approval of the repair work and with Lexus Service Center to verify the calibration of the sensors. I couldn t be happier with the repair work.

Paul and his team of experts are amazing. They fly fixed the bumper and headlights on my car and got the paint correction perfect...It looks like the the first day I purchased the car.Thanks Paul your team is truly amazing.

Unfortunately I have needed to bring my Mercedes here for repairs 3 times. Twice somebody change lanes into me, and recently somebody hit me from behind while I was stopped at a red light.Fortunately JC and the crew at Network auto body always do a great job. Receptionists are friendly and quick, and the crews do really good work. I can see why this is the only shop the dealer recommends in the area.Thanks again for fixing me up everyone!

My Experience Was Amazing. I Actually Called My Guy At Glendale Infiniti Which Is Where I Take My Car For It s Service, But He Stated That They Don t Do Body Work So He Recommended Me To Dan Who Works At Network At A Few Of There Locations And I Chose The Location Closest To Me In Valencia And Had The Pleasure Of Being Helped By JC Who Was Amazing In The Whole Process. Martha was great handling the checking in and out process. She made it very simple.Paul was my contact during the repair of my truck and was excellent at communicating where my truck was during the process keeping me informed every step of the way and got things done quickly. Went to Network Auto Body so they could fix my front bumper and I am extraordinarily please with the outcome! It looks brand new again. They not only fixed my car, but they also waxed off the watermarks I had on the hood I have been trying to get rid of but just didn't have the time. Thank you so much to JC for fixing and taking good care of my baby! JC and the staff were knowledgeable, professional, and kind. I will definitely be back for more modifications I would want done in the future. Would recommend this place to anyone.

This shop does incredible work, and has a wonderful staff. My BMW was rear ended on the 14 freeway and had severe damage. I could not believe how perfect everything was when I picked my car up. It looked absolutely brand new. They even sent the car back to BMW to have it fully checked over and made sure that it got aligned and everything was in order. After that, my car went back to Network Auto Body for them to do their final check. When I got there my car was polished and perfect.This is one of the few businesses left, that you can actually call and someone answers the phone. You can actually talk to somebody without recordings and pressing 1 or 2...You know how infuriating that is. They always kept me informed on the cars progress.Do not take your car anywhere else This place is absolutely the best!

I have taken both of our cars (Mercedes Benz) to Network Auto Body and we couldn t been happier with the results. The service is excellent and our cars were completed right as scheduled. They stay in touch with you for updates, and the quality of work is perfect. Peter, the General Manager, is always on top of everything and the results show it.Thank you Peter, and the whole crew at Network - you re the best!!!

I sent my car to get fixed at this place and what I found was crazy; I received the car not clean when I asked, they replied that it needs to be polished and this will take two more days. When I agreed, they replied that this would cost me an extra 600 $ when I got into the car; I found new air ad sensors. When I asked, they told me you are not paying anything; this is from the insurance companies. I would not trust dealing with them again, and I highly recommend everyone; please be cautious when dealing with them; they are not honest.

This place did a great job on my car, honestly hasn't looked this good, inside and out since the day I bought it. But they are also very nice people. customer service was truly on point. Made it all very easy for me. Glad I ended up going there. You can definitely trust them with your job.

I wouldn't recommend this place. They left buffing webs and you can see ripples down the side of the car from poor sanding. I have paint runs all over my GTR. I even have a section where the clear coat has come off. The paint job was less than 2 years ago. In addition when I picked up my car it had 20 extra miles on it. Oh yeah, and my cam bolt was installed on the damaged side of my subframe causing my alignment to fail. I paid Nissan over $4k to fix it.

Super nice office managers and manager. There communicatation throught the process was great! I had some minor paint issues from over spray to clearcoat blemishes. They managed to clear it up super fast and get me back on the road. Thank you Network Auto Body so much for the great service!

The staff is awesome . Love dealing with Martha she's always a pleasure to talk to on phone and in person. JC is the man willing to go extra mile make everyone happy and get job done right and willing to work with customer and treat you way u wanted to be treated. I worked with JC. Not only was he genuinely concerned about me and my case, but he was extremely professional and incredibly attentive throughout the process of having my Mercedes E400 Wagon repaired, after someone backed in to me.He even noticed a small scratch I had that was unrelated to the collision, and had the crew buff it out and polish it. He totally didn t have to, but did anyway.I felt like my business wasn t only appreciated, but VALUED. I was treated like a VIP throughout the entire process.I cannot see taking my cars anywhere else. Brilliant. In fact, I think I m going to take a hammer to my bumper right now so I can give them more business.Excellent experience. I wish I could give them six stars.

JC at network autobody treated me like family. He constantly kept me updated on the progress of my car. The repair was done incredibly awesome and with my precision trained eyes my car had looked like it just left the showroom floor. BE CAREFUL OF OTHER BODY SHOPS in the same area that may have good reviews but trust me that they don't do the quality job, attention to detail and providing me with a lifetime guarantee of the work performed. I will not take my car anywhere else but Network Autobody.

JC was incredible and worked with me through every step of the process, allowing me to watch him assess my car. I am so pleased at how thorough JC was at examining the car, and explaining what steps would need to be taken and why. Nothing was left vague, and he did an amazing job of communicating with me on the status of my car while the body shop worked on it, from when I dropped it off to when I picked it up. And the work they did on my car was BEAUTIFUL. It looked almost brand new, they even cleaned the interior.Absolutely 100% recommend, ask for JC. Your car will be in the best of hands.

I had My Honda Accord Damage from the rear bumper. It had to be completely replaced. I came to the shop and JC gave an estimate. I dropped my car and in about 5 days later its like nothing happen. Awesome Customer Service. Thank You Network Auto Body.

A Jeep destroyed my cars hood. Peter and the team at Network Autobody took care of my repairs. The finished work looked great on my black car. Black paint is difficult to paint match but they hit it out of the park. I won t use any other shop!

Just got my Mercedes back from Peter and I can't tell you how happy I am with the entire experience, communication detailed work and even having my car detailed when I picked it up! First class all the way! Geico of course referred me initially to their preferred shop where the fast estimate overlooked several major components that Peter was able to identify that Geico did approve so all the work was done right in restoring my car. There are so many sensors and different nuances are Mercedes that the other body shop just overlooked and didn't seem to understand. Thank you Peter!!!

We took our Jeep here after it was hit and needed some major work done, we worked with Peter he kept us updated on everything and even spoke to our insurance company for us to expedite things with them . Peter and his staff did a great job highly recommended!
