Made an appointment for service for 4/19 at 10:30AM. Called back to confirm a loaner car would be available, otherwise I can reschedule the appointment for when one is available. Confirmed there s no need to change the appointment, and a loaner car would be available. Showed up 15 minutes early to be told that loaner cars are not available for recall services. They re available, just not if Mercedes Benz sells me a car that they need to fix 4 times after the sale.Trisha Maldonado, my service advisor today, is yet to ask me what my name is and what I d like to get done. Kurt Cordero - shop foreman, should be kept away from customers at all costs. I wouldn t hire him as a cashier at a McDonalds. I m sure there are wonderful people who work at this service department; however, I would avoid these two malcontents at all costs.Mercedes-Benz booked an appointment for me directly at Encino as I left Valencia, and they have a loaner car available for me there immediately.

Tony Rhodes left me a voicemail on 2/23/24 stating I would be hearing back from him shortly about a credit they owe me. Now almost two months later and nothing back. I highly suggest taking your Mercedes Benz to a different dealer for service. Practically impossible to get a call back. You guys held my vehicle for almost 3 months for no good reason. You owe me for 2 months!

I was disappointed that I had to wait even with an appointment all day. The service advisor (Jeremy) never responded to my text asking for updates after saying he would and at 5pm told me that they never even looked at my vehicle. They stated that the parts were not available but I checked with the parts department and they verified that most were in stock. The bathroom was dirty limited tp no paper towels and a moldy sink. No beans in coffee in machine. Service advisor was not responsive on updates.

Yesterday my husband and I , went to shop our Mercedes EQB at Mercedes Valencia.,Our sale agent is Jim and he and his manager were not honest. We first want to buy the car but they tried to ask us to lease as Mercedes Benz give 7500 incentive. If you purchase the car you can t get it. We were finally accepting to lease the car but we presented the deal which we got from Mercedes Benz Arcadia. They agreed to follow it but they didn t present the deal to us before asking us to go in to sign the lease. They tried to let me ignore 1,500 credit which the sale agent Jim asked and helped me to get from Sam s Club web site. When we signed the lease but I forgot to ask the accounting about that discount. I believe they tried to let me ignore that. Now this morning after we signed the contract and the car was delivered I called and asked Jim . He told me that this count was part of the deal. It was not honest.The 1500 discount from Sam s Club was not counted when we presented the discount which we can get from Arcadia . They should accept the discount from Arcadia plus the 1500 discount Jim told me to apply with Sam s club. This is not honest dealer. Please don t do business with them .

As I was shopping for a new car, stop by to this this, and I noticed you have excellent inventory and choice of selected vehicle. Salespeople were very helpful and friendly. Given a different option, which gives me a better option to choose, either financ and lease. I would strongly recommend visiting this place in Valencia Mercedes Benz dealership.

I went in today (2/8/24 @11:27) after being told from Mercedes of Arcadia that they couldn t assist with the issue because the car was flagged in the system and that I needed to go to the dealer where the car was leased from.I then drove another hour to Valencia Spoke with Tony & Kurt Today. I left disgruntled.I solicited to speak with the General Manager and was told he was not in. I need to address my concerns to him and need a solution promptly.

Jeremy Terena - Service Advisor, is the absolute best! Jeremy is professional, knowledgeable, attentive, respectful, and kind to all customers. Excellent in keeping you informed and with follow up.I was at Mercedes-Benz Valencia service center having a few things done to my car. Jeremy assisted me, as I waited for my car I got to witness Jeremy giving every customer the same amazing and caring service. Jeremy is a true asset to Mercedes-Benz Valencia. Thank you Jeremy!

I recently worked with the Service Manager Kurt for some major unexpected repairs. Needless to say, I was not happy about the issues as I have been going to another Mercedes Benz dealer before this incident. Kurt was willingly available (within office hours) to answer my questions about the issues. He was able to discuss and explain any confusion so I could comfortably understand and feel okay about the major repairs and costs. This was a stressful time for me and I feel confident that my car is working as it should now.Kurt is a valuable asset to the Valencia dealership. I am a detailed person and things need to make sense to me. He was able to discuss/handle my issue while remaining diplomatic even while I was upset.The other employees I interacted with were courteous and professional as well.

I have to base this review on really one department at this dealership, the service department.Years ago we found out about a service bulletin for our ML55. We took it in and spoke with a service writer who promised to get back to us. That never happened. I went in to the dealership and talked to this person (whose name I cannot remember, and that is why I got the card to the second person..more on that later) and asked him about this service bulleting about the seat heaters on our car. Again, he said he would get back to us and never did.Fast forward a few year and we are driving our car on the 14 freeway with the brakes start locking up random wheel. I fight for control of the car and did not crash into the barriers of other cars. I figured I went through some oil or sand and it was the traction control doing weird things and did not think about it again, until the following week.We drove from Santa Clarita to Sylmar. We got off the 210 freeway and the brakes started randomly locking up wheel again. We limped the car to a safe location and called a tow truck. I went to Mercedes Valencia in person again to talk to the service manager. I was intercepted by Jeremy Terena who said the manager was busy and he could help me. Jeremy did not seem to car that our car could have caused a major accident TWICE and dismissed my reporting of the problem. All he said was that he wanted $250 for a diagnostic and we would go from there.We have since purchased a new (to us) Mercedes, not from Mercedes Valencia. We did buy the maintenance package with the vehicle, but since Jeremy is in the service department, I doubt I would ever take a vehicle to them for service. I would not trust them to rotate the air in my tires.I want to finish by saying I know Jeremy does not represent the entire dealership. I have had some great transactions with the parts people, but as I do not buy a vehicle on a regular basis, buy parts on a regular basis, the department I would have the most interaction with would be service, and I would not go back to Mercedes Valencia due to the service I have received from the service department.I have reported this issue to the NHTSA as our research has found we were not the only people with this issue, to which Jeremy responded, "You cannot always believe forums".

Disappointing service from A-Z:Insisted on having possession of my car in order to place an order for a windshield. Claimed one was ordered and on the way; it mysteriously disappears. They held my vehicle for nearly three months (July 7 - Sept 3) and never fixed it nor offered a loaner vehicle. The undercarriage of the car was severely damaged/torn downward while in Mercedes possession - they were supposed to change the battery.Brought the car back in Oct 28 to replace the windshield and fix the undercarriage. Mercedes held the car until Nov 8 and only fixed the windshield; they did not repair the undercarriage. The car also came back filthy/uncleaned and with large spiderwebs on the back side/exterior of the car.I have owned many cars over the years, including several Mercedes - please see my purchase history. This is the worst service, bar none, I have ever seen with any car company. Highly disappointed and would, at this point, not consider ever purchasing another Mercedes.

Don't Trust Them!I took my vehicle in three times for the same issue and they still have not fixed it. Based off other reviews I am seeing, this is an ongoing issue.You guys should seriously consider a few things.1. Hire reliable mechanics.2. Where is the QC? How do you return a vehicle with the same problem which it came in for? Who is verifying that the work was properly done?

Whoever decided to go with 2 seat cargo vans as loaners is a complete moron. Drove an hour from Palmdale, took my car back so I can pick up my kids. Common sense is lost, we are doomed.

This is the kind of review that I love to post: I found an amazing and honest car salesman!!! Most of you understand that this is like finding a unicorn in the street. After what I went through before, I was terrified about going car shopping by myself. I did a ton of research going in and knew I wouldn't qualify with any other car company due to my current credit. Because of my great payment history I was praying to qualify once more with my current company, Mercedes.***Backstory is that my car had had it. Multiple repairs were needed that were thousands per repair and I was upside down on the car. I'd purchased the car from a different dealership and decided to contact Mercedes Valencia to see if they were able and more importantly, willing to help. I spoke to Jacob Rabadi and instantly liked him! He was patient and kind and we set an appointment. When I got there at 9am, we started the paperwork and my credit had dropped far lower than I was prepared for. He refused to give up! He went to his floor manager, Daniel, who made a call. When Daniel came back it was not good news. We all talked some more about options and Jacob and Daniel left and made another call. This process went on 4 more times. I was resigned to the fact that I was stuck with my car and trying to plan my next course of action... like how to safely get home. They could read my expression and went back to the phone again. With my panic setting in, they came back. Daniel smiled and said congratulations. I was clearly in shock and yes, crying. They had given me far more than my current car was worth and I'm still not sure how they even managed to get me financed. You'd think I would have been put into a used car, right? Nope! They got me into a new 2023 fully loaded and totally safe suv. The car was heavily discounted and within my budget. Jacob and Daniel spent hours advocating for me! They helped me because they are good people who understand how hard life can be at times. This is why I want to spread the word and my gratitude for the lengths they went to in order to help me. My son is thrilled and loved setting up his own side of the car. I love that l'm no longer upside down on my car and don't have to worry about maintenance for the next few years. Valencia is out of our area but the experience and people, especially Jabob and Daniel make it worth it! I highly recommend them and will myself be a lifelong supporter and customer.

Had less than good experience with this dealership in the past with warranty denials and poor parts support, tried to sell me the wrong oil and coolant, and when I found the error said they only sell it by the pallet! No problem to get it on line, ECS Tuning.However, when they agreed to replace the aux battery in my S560, they improperly installed it, breaking the battery tray. I photo documented the damage, called and texted, no response from Derek the SA. Visted in person and showed the pics and damaged parts to Trisha, another SA. She said she would look talk to the shop foreman. Again, no follow up. I sent multiple emails and texts. Weeks later, I finally reached her by phone and she said she would ask the service manager reimburse me for the money ($25) I spent to replace the part that they broke. That was two weeks ago, nothing but crickets and a full VM box.Screw this place, stay the hell away. Also found on after the last visit they chipped the paint on my door.I have been to Van Nuys and Arcadia since and they know how to treat a customer properly.

Beware of online scam tactic by the dealer and the internet sales director Daniel Medina and associate named Michelle. Found a car advertised at MB of Valencia with a good price. Contacted them for pirchase but the price was immidietely upped by the dealer by whopping $15,000 higher. Bait-and-switch tactics waste time. Avoid this dealership!

I got to lease the Mercedes Benz of 2023 from this place with salesman, but I had a bad experience with this dealer like a blinded signature, steal the my deposit $4000 of $5000 from this place. I deposited the downpayment of $5000. But they stole the $4000 of $5000, then they applied $1000 for puchase contract, so I found that they did steal my deposit later on, so I got refund parts of $4000 from there, but they still owed my deposit, even thougt I tried to talk to manager, still not resolve the problem, I think this place is group of fraudsters place.Every body are becareful for frauding deal, trading in this place.

Not really sure why I gave 3 stars really. Took a sprinter in to get the sliding door fixed. Has not worked properly since I bought it. Took about a week and they said it s now working properly. Took it home (was raining the day I picked it up) tried it the next day. Guess what? Nothing changed still not closing and latching properly. Texted service guy back and said to bring it back. Well, it s hard to do when it s at least a week each time. However I would let it sit as long as needed if it was just get fixed. Shame to spend $75K and not have a properly working slider door. Full disclosure . I bought it from Valencia Mercedes-Benz. Service (warranty work) performed at Oxnard Mercedes-Benz.

Fabio did a great job at listening to our needs and the helping us figure out the perfect car for us. In this difficult time for car inventory he did not back down to tirelessly find my wife EXACTLY what she was looking for. On top of all of this, when he was working with us, he didn't pressure us at all.Although we were only looking for a car for my wife, Fabio's service was so amazing that we ended up buying two cars. (GLE and GLA45). Hands down one of the best car buying experience we had. MB Valencia is lucky to have him.

Unwillingness to help at the drive-up to look at a burned out headlight. Was told by parts that they could look at it. Tell me which one I needed then I could buy that parts but they wouldn t even do that. I don t recommend taking your car to Mercedes Valencia.

Horrible customer service. I bought my car in to be serviced, Trisha told me it would be complete by 5pm that day. I didn t get my car until 3 days later. No loaner cars available, i had to miss work. My concerns about my vehicle were not addressed until they day of pick up. I had to remind her why I brought the car in. When I tried to ask her questions, she talked over me and wouldn t let me finish. She was very rude and unprofessional. I just asked to pick my car up so i can take it somewhere else. Unfortunately for me, this is the closest Mercedes dealership to my house, now i have to drive further out to the Encino dealership.

On June 26, I walked in the Mercedes-benz of Valencia knowing that I wasn't going trade-in and lease another car but then Alex walked up to us and asked if we needed help and from there was smooth sailing. Alex is a great Salesman and professional. We asked him what we were looking for and lead us to that car that had everything and we end up trading-in our car for another. Thanks Alex!

This is by far the worst service my boyfriend has ever received. He initially brought his car in because the ambient lighting on the drivers seat had split away from his chair. So Mercedes repaired it, however, once home we realized that the ambient lighting on not only the drivers seat was no longer working but also on the passenger s side. So, we took the car back to them and explained the issue. They told us it will take 2-3 days to figure out what was wrong. 4 days later they told us they haven t even looked at his car. And during those 4 days they left out his 2023 AMG Mercedes in the sun. Needless to say we will not be going back to them!

Do not go to this dealership for anything, don t buy a car from them because they will not provide service, don t schedule a service with them because they make an appointment then hours left to your appointment they call and cancel my appointment by telling me we can t give you a loner for more than 1 day, but when I made the appointment 2 weeks ago, they knew what was going on with the car, so this Mike called me who claims to me director of operations cancel my appointment without giving me other options, I waited 2 weeks for this appointment. I bought a 100k car and this is how I get treated. Do not do any business with this dealership at all. if their director of operations whose name is Mike, and he is uneducated, unprofessional, and clueless of business or customer service then i think no one needs to do any business with this dealership. Trust me will regret beg time and its not worth your time and nerves to waist on this dealership and employees. Dealing with them You will only get frustrated and angry.

I took my EQS for repair and I ve been a lot of other dealerships just the way this service advisor Trisha Maldonado take care of it. She was on top of every situation calling me every update keeping me posted.
