Not a good feeling after you leave a recall service, and your steering wheel is not locked in place after making a left turn out of their driveway. Then, two days later, you find 3 screws on the driver's side floor board. I had to go back to have them installed.

The service at Kia of Velencia is worse than poor. My car has been in and out of this shop for an electrical issue they caused when they replaced the recall breaking wires. Now the lights on my car don't turn off and it drains my battery.The service department still cannot tell me what's wrong with it, after having it for a month.

My 2nd time coming here. They always deliver. No pressure salesman calling you all day. They fix what you come for. Then recommend other items but no force. Even gave me a loaner vehicle

This place is a joke .,terrible customer servicePerfect example of workers not caringIf buying parts it s difficult at this place , it s safe to assume fixing a car will be a huge problem for this placeNever coming back to this place
