My GS broke down on a road trip so I found a retired 1200 RTP here and showed up the next day to pick it up and finish my trip, they worked with me on price (only had cash on a saturday) and got me back on the road, also organized a way I could pick it up later after they were closed. I appreciate the effort they took to help me out and get me back on the road!

John, Melvin and the team here are complete rockstars. The location is off the beaten path, but all of the best gems are hard to find, but the most rewarding. The moment I walked in the atmosphere and warm welcomes coupled with the cool tunes was surely a plus. Blown away by the inventory on-site. Melvin is a wealth of knowledge packed in a little dudes body. Just give him a couple issues of what you re having and like google 0.001 seconds he return with top three options. I was blown away. This place services so many off road and even CHP motorcycles. A huge selection of tires to choose from at really competitive prices. Service, Parts and Sales. A lot of choices I mean a lot of choices. Stop by and see the team in the Santa Clarita Valley off of Soledad Rd.

I bought my son's Christmas gifts there. They have very excellent customer service in the parts department and sales department. I even had to return a few items which they took care of their instantly.

I really can t say enough good things about the SERVICE DEPARTMENT at KEN & JOE S in Santa Clarita. Jim the Manager and Frank the Advisor are awesome. These guys are always friendly and really know their bike stuff. They had previously worked on my Road Star Warrior several times to my complete satisfaction, so when I bought a used Honda Goldwing F6B I went straight to them to get it inspected and serviced. All good! I asked a zillion questions about the bike, service and accessories. They always make time to answer all my questions and help steer me in the right direction for the right accessories. A few months later after some accessory research I brought it back in for a little makeover . These guys totally hooked up my bike! I now have one of the coolest F6B s around thanks to them. But the number one quality that impressed me the most about these guys is their integrity factor. They are super honest! That s something that s getting harder and harder to find these days.In a nutshell: They are friendly, they are very knowledgeable, they are very fair, don t BS you or try to oversell, they do a great job on the repairs and they stand behind their work! Works for me!

Great bike shop! Cool staff from sales, parts to service! Jim in service is a solid dude and came through for me on a warranty issue way above and beyond! Not only do I buy all my parts and gear there, but bikes too! Great crew!

Thank you, Chris Valdes, for all your help. Chris assisted with finding the right boots for my son and I, and more! Even though the store didn't have boots that fit me, he called and recommended another place. Chris truly went above and beyon. Thank you for your help today.

From my experience at Ken and Joe's everyone there from sales to service is helpful and professional. I was shopping for a Talon a year ago but it was unavailable there. Even though I purchased it at another dealer they still treat me very good bringing it in for warranty work. Jacob in service is especially helpful.

The sales guy told me We don t have adm fees . I don t care what you call them, you had around $2000 in made up fees. At least other dealers are up front about their surcharge and markup fees and are willing to negotiate.Sure these guys will be nice if you open up your wallet to them. Too many dealers to come here and get ripped off.

I'll try to be gentle, though it's not my nature to sugarcoat anything. I used to shop here years ago (before my parts guy defected to another dealership). I have friends that own shops and understand the nature of shops vs online sales and the need to make a certain level of profit to stay afloat (as shops disappear). I bought a bike (690 SMC R) on a whim (I didn't need as I have multiple bikes of every stripe). I paid asking and negotiated a price for a slip-on (Akra) which we wrangled over multiple times. I also ordered a P3 carbon skidplate and carbon heatshield at the same time. I requested "all the hardware needed" for mounting as the SMC R comes sans skidplate vs the 690 enduro (I mentioned this multiple times). Waited the requisite amount of time and asked again, "is all of the required hardware there?" I received assurances that " yes, everything needed to mount is there". I made a trip to pick up my parts and to my disappointment, nothing needed to mount the skidplate was there. I had seen enough. This was after reviewing my contract and finding an "extended warranty" slid in that had not been discussed previously. I spent a morning rewriting the contract. Upon delivery (nothing thrown in like an oil change, gear, etc. I had to ask for passenger pegs) 10% first 30 days is laughable (I get 10 percent walking in the door at most places). I was "required" to talk to service dept. before taking delivery which was a waste of time and provided zero information. A kid mumbled his way through a 2 minute spiel about nothing (tires are slippery, thanks). No one went over traction control, abs, SM settings or dongle. When questioned about break-in procedure, rpm limits, extended rpms, cool downs, I got "bring it back at 600 miles, it's all sixes and in the manual". I understand that maybe the assumption is that I already know bikes, but a new buyer may not. Here's what I would do if I were managing sales and parts: Hey, thanks for your purchase, let me introduce you to our parts manager who can make recommendations from the OEM and aftermarket. Then I'd ask, what kind of riding do you do? Anything that you are interested in? Can I show you some bike protection (sliders, carbon fiber), performance mods, communication devices, phone/GoPro accessories, then move into gear. I'd mention new buyer discount to try and cultivate a long term relationship rather than a one and done. Needless to say, I've already found another dealer as my friends and I ponder our next bikes, gear, rides. I went to another shop (Ventura County) and found friendly staff, knowledgeable about the product, competitive prices and generally much better atmosphere.

I hate having to write a substandard review. I purchased a used KTM RC8 met the seller at Ken and Joes. The bike required new tires. I was slightly upsold for a clutch and brake fluid flush. Actually not an unreasonable suggestion given the bike is 2015 model. I ask for suspension adjustment given my weight and an overall safety check. At the same time, I discussed ordering a front and rear factory stand which was done a few days later. Let's start with I have received no calls (correction just now one having the bike delivered and billed) - all calls and updates were my call in. Turns out on my first call I was told the service guys damaged my battery and a new one had to be ordered. My thought was how do you damage a battery changing a tire and not have a replacement one in stock? I was told the service guy saw oil at the bottom of the bike fairing and I need to be charged to remove the lower panels. This lead into a heated discussion over a 1k cost for tires adjustment and bike safety not including fluid replacement and service guy didn't remove the lower panels (a 10 minute job) during safety check. Now removing the panels is an upcharge? Wow! The thing that really got me was over a week wait for a battery replacement. Yet my parts order arrived in a few working days. The end result the extra services i canceled brake and clutch change which BTW I could have used. End result I ordered new Alpinestars boots and a light jacket online instead of using the part department based on this week experience - a loss of about 800 in a parts sale. The problem here I like the store and enjoyed my time at the shop. I am not suggesting a never again, but I am saying Ken and Joes get your customer service in order starting with common sense, long term thinking with this buyer and you will have return business. update - to comment - Delivery person was terrific. Plus one star...

I was looking for a 2022 Kawasaki ZX-6R. Calling various dealership during my Google Search, a lot of not very helpful sales reps, I reached to Ken & Joes and had wonderful discussion with Ben, the Sales Rep. We discussed an out-the door price over the phone, and I picked up the motorcycle, the following day. I live in Agoura Hills, and honestly did not know this place existed. I would highly recommend doing business here, the entire staff is seasoned, professional, and personable. The Owner was very approachable and all the staff ride.I had an excellent experience the Service Department who prepped the bike perfectly and walked me thru the break-in period.Ben, the Sales Rep, also followed up with me the following afternoon regarding my purchase.Well Done!!!

Was shopping for a KTM 500 and wanted to buy it locally and was disappointed with the pressure sales tactics like "we won't talk to you about price unless you come in person." I went to Thousand Oaks Power Sports and bought the bike there, with a much better sales experience and discussion on out the door price was had on the phone. The service department is not much different at Ken and Joes, backlogged and not able to service bikes without a long wait... Sadly i do not recommend this business.

They were so helpful. Kid in the parts section was very knowledgeable and helpful. His customer service skills exceeded my expectations considering how young he looked. All and all very impressed.

Craig was awesome! Extremely low pressure and answered all of our questions with confidence and ease. Craig and all the staff here are very friendly and extremely helpful. I just bought my first Harley-Davidson here because of the awesome deal and the great way the staff came together to answer questions about the bike and about financing. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to trade up or purchase for the first time.

Go to Ken & Joe's for your next toy! I shopped around in Ventura County and could not find the motorcycle I wanted which was a Honda Fury. I visited multiple Honda dealerships and even other brands but nothing. Some didn't have very good customer service either, unfortunately. I called Ken & Joe's and spoke with Craig, the sales manager. Craig was very pleasant to speak with and when asked about the Honda Fury went out and found one that was just delivered still in its crate! I told him I would come look at it the following day and he had it ready for me upon arrival! We worked out a great deal and I was able to take it home the next day. The bike never even entered their system!Working with Craig and the other folks at Ken & Joe's was the best buying experience I've ever had. Everyone was very polite and gave insight into their riding experiences using certain equipment and bikes. I was not purchasing the most expensive product they sold but sure felt like I was getting that 5 star treatment!I will be back to Ken & Joe's for future toys and gear! You can't pay for that kind of service it had to come natural to the company and it does that and then some at Ken & Joe's!Also, the bike is amazing!! Thanks Craig and team!Matt

I have been a customer at Ken & Joe's Kawasaki for just over 4 years now. This review is on the Parts Department and specifically Parts Specialist, Chris.Chris has repeatedly, on numerous occasions, shown his professionalism. He shares his knowledge and clearly explains how he acquired said knowledge and he relays it seamlessly. Chris is the kind of guy that displays that there is more than 1 way to get something ordered, get a problem solved, a search for something complete or a job/project done. I have been and am impressed with his go getter, get it done manner. He answers the phone, and his e-mails and leaves detailed messages through both venues. He shortens the sometimes tedious process of finding, getting or ordering a part or accessory. This guy is a valuable asset to both this dealership and its customers. Thanks for all you do Chris. Much appreciated.

Without fail I always have a great experience at Ken and Joe's, whether it is helping me sneakily order Christmas gifts or figure out what it is that I need when I don't even know. I am always appreciative of the low pressure sales environment, I always look forward to a visit there even just to stop by and say hi. They are super helpful and have a great selection of bikes, parts, apparel and everything else. And if they don't have it, they can usually find it and get it for you! Awesome service!

First guy said "we don't have ADM fees" and the local Del Amo's price (/w $1500 ADM) seemed "pretty high". Turns out with their freight and prep fees this place is even worse. >$8300 OTD on a ~$5,800 MSRP 2022 RC390. No thanks.

This is the only motorcycle dealer in SCV so your options are limited. I visit Ken and Joes occasionally and have good experiences. My only two issues are they typically have to order most parts I've needed. Granted my bike is a little older they made my particular model for many years and most parts are common. The second is I recently bought a Stacyc bike for my son there and had to pay just over $100 more then at Cycle Gear for freight and prep. The only reason I did purchase it there was due to it being a KTM version. I do not believe paying an extra $100 dollars to have the put on a front wheel and handle bars is worth it nor the freight charge. In fact the bars on my sons bike were loose and not centered so I had to correct it anyway. I understand paying freight and prep on a dirt bike but not an electric bicycle. Other then that they are a pretty good shop.

Parts desk was everything you could expect from a top notch dealership. Made the mushrooms I ate earlier not a problem but added to my get down.

Poor customer service. On their website there is a option that say " Get A Quote" .... and when you ask for a quote this what you get in the reply email "You can call or stop by and ask for Craig in sales". If I wanted to call or stop by, I wouldn't have used the online get a quote option!!

Ken & Joe's was great. I've only been in there twice during & after my hubby bought his Ninja & everyone we've worked with & encountered have been super nice, very informative & cool, as lame as "cool" sounds lol but they are laid back but professional, they know their stuff but don't talk to you or treat you like you're an idiot. So happy we got my hubby's bday present from them & will be going back to them again for his next present & hopefully a few toys for the family!

I recently bought a brand new 2019 Ktm Duke 790 from this place 4 months ago, and its been a rough ride ever since. Its been in the shop 4 times now. Twice for software malfunctions. And now twice for a coolant leak, which I just took somewhere else to get done. On top of that they kept my bike 2-3 weeks for each fix. Which was really upsetting when you bought it brand new. And then your treated like just another service customer. Definitely a waste of my time. Never going back. Good luck to you all.

I just got my bike back, it hasn't ran in over three years. The battery was dead, the gas turned to lacquer, It was a mess! Everyone was nice and more so helpful. It runs great and I was billed the quoted price. I finally found a place I trust and have confidence in. Thanks you guys for a job well done.

Thanks for the great machine. CRF300L Everyone was friendly and helpful. Craig kept me informed because these models are sought after and harder to get, but patience paid off. Thank you to all at Ken & Joes
