Took in my civic for repair last year. Needed a paint job on the front bumper, a new engine splash guard and a front grill. Their technician told me it would take a few months for the front engine splash guards part to arrive (I needed both front and back guards replaced) so I was offered to take my vehicle back for the time being. No problem. I also noted to the technician that the clear coat job was sloppy (it looks like there are water droplets all around the headlights where they applied the clear coat too heavily and didn't bother to sand it). He offered to resand and buff it out when I come back for my front engine splash guard reinstall. Sure, cool. Not to mention, the front bumper they had freshly painted was damaged because they were careless when installing the front grill and chipped off a tiny portion of the paint. Don't you guys have like microfiber towels or something to protect paint during re-installation?? It was small enough to bother me considering it was a fresh paint job but not big enough for me to stomp my feet over it. So be it. Drove off the lot and immediately heard scraping driving up golden valley. Checked under the car and they didn't secure the splash back splash guard they had just installed and it as a result already had a few scrapes .. Whatever, I don't see it anyways i thought so I moved on with my life after they secured it when i brought it back. Note that it had already been over a month that they had my car at this point. Another month goes by and I call back (I've spent hours on hold with them btw to be sent to voicemail or hung up on) because I wasn't updated about the status of my part and I was told the technician working on my car had moved locations and my car work was left unassigned or whatever wording they used. Okay.... A few weeks go by from that point and they call me to finally schedule my last piece to be installed. At this point I was already disappointed but not enough to leave a bad review. That was until today. Only 3 months later, while driving, the bolts/rivets/ whatever they had placed to hold the front and back engine splash guard came undone and started scraping again. Extremely disappointed with the quality of repair and service received. I'd highly recommend the Gerber in Newhall which I intended to go to initially but clicked the wrong one with my insurance. They are much better all around with extremely kind service and quick repair times. I'd avoid golden valley Gerber at all costs if possible. I'll update this review with photos at a later time when possible.

Geico set me up with Gerber Collision since they were the only shop available the week of my car being in an accident. I have a brand new Mazda MX5 with only 2k miles. The front desk clerk was very welcoming, but my repair specialist, Bryan, seemed to only look at me as a number. I understood that they have many clientele with set deadlines per week. He rushed me in and out with my estimate, again I did not mind, and promised me a set date for my car to be repaired.I understand collision centers always underestimate the duration needed to get the work done all the time so they tend to not stay true to the first promised date given. However, 1 week turned to another week and then another. I was being proactive at first and made sure to call two days before the date due to prevent me from not getting my hopes up. During all this, I was borrowing a relative's car, so time was essential.Brian continued to push the pick-up date back because of how busy and understaffed they were. At this point, I was irritated as they were promising me my vehicle with set dates without following through. I would have preferred that Gerber Collision maintained proper communication and told me upfront that the pick-up date is still unknown.I finally received a call from Brian that they cleaned my car and had it ready that night. I gladly came in and they did a good job fixing the damage made to my vehicle. However, I only noticed the day after that my car was definitely not washed and very dusty, outside and inside. It was very dark the night when I picked up my Mazda. In the morning, I was able to get a proper view of my car. There were swirl marks all over that were not there before and overall, my car was dirty. I have a detailer I take my car to since I first bought it two months ago to avoid having marks in the first place. I immediately called Gerber the day after explaining them to fix the mess they had made since it was not like that when I turned my car in. Yet, the conversation was essentially Brian talking in a roundabout way that it was not their fault. I had to pressure him into seeing my Mazda to have it detailed by them. He promised a date so I can drop by and have their professional detailer check the car, but, unsurprisingly, he pushed the date back another day because of under staffing. Finally, I took time off from work to drop by and have my car checked out. Bryan seemed overall annoyed that I even came by and said he will try and have his detailer look it over because he has to take his lunch. I only wanted my car fixed so I tried not to mind. It took him 20 min to come back and say they did nothing wrong. Like on the phone, he kicked around the bush saying they do a great job and they wouldn't have made those marks in the first place. He told me to take it to my detailer since it was probably them that did it prior. Basically, they did not want to detail it or even pay for it to be done. Fed up, I asked how is it possible they "cleaned" it if I received the vehicle as dusty as it was? Again, he kicked the bush around and said he only has one detail person so they are understaffed. Bryan never attempted to offer any help and only responded to take it to my detailer. The whole point to this review is that you can do a great job at your work, but customer service works hand-in-hand. I have no complaints to the job they did to my car; you could not even tell it was damaged in an accident. However, they dropped the ball by not being transparent and owning up to mistakes. What was most irritating is that Brian did not pave any conversation in regards my car's paint swirls. Either you say yes you did it and claim responsibility or be upfront and say it is on me, even though I know for a fact it occurred at Gerber. Because of Bryan s roundabout ways, he had me taking off time from work to only have me standing like an idiot in his parking lot explaining to me how swirl marks work and that my car did not have any; all while we were right in front of my car with obvious swirl marks.Service: Body & Trim

Very professional and informative. I appreciate their kindness and great work ethics on my vehicles. I've already taken 2 of my cars for repairs due to accidents. As well as recommended a family friend to Gerber Collision. They took care of them and did not disappoint. They went even further by coordinating with the rental company to pick up the client from their shop and take them over to pick up their rental, which was covered through other parties' insurance. GREAT SERVICE, you won't regret it.

Geico sent me here. While my car was there, the shop filled in a preexisting scratch without my permission. I already had an order to have the scratch filled in by the dealership at which I purchased the car. Gerber didn't even match the color properly, and it drives me wild having to see it every time I go to my car. Fixing the paint mismatch now involves sanding down the entire area and respraying, which costs much much much more than the gas I would've used to have the initial scratch filled at the dealership for free. The front desk said it was a "courtesy" and was baffled I was upset, but then the head mechanic denied it shortly after. Mama mia. Stay away, even if Geico sends you here.

I was referred to this shop by GEICO. My car had been broken into and two of my windows were shattered along with some damage to my door and door handle. The whole repair took almost a month with the estimate taking almost two weeks! It was ridiculous. My husband and I understood that they were understaffed and that they had delays with parts but every time I would call, they d push the pick up date and time. Then when I picked up my car late Friday, they failed to tint my small back window (I drive a civic). I didn t notice until after they closed and unfortunately they were closed all weekend. This morning I called and they said it would take FOUR to FIVE hours to tint one of my windows. I didn t want to bring my car to them any longer so we took it to a different shop where it only took 15 mins. Not coming here again.Service: Auto windshield repair

If this is the place that was called center point collision before I hope its under new management. it was one of the worst experiences I've had getting repairs done.. 10k in damage instead of buying new hood and fender they bondo the damage and with the horrible paint job no paint correction can be made. They told me 10 days took 3 weeks. The agent I was working with was a kook.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Auto glass replacement

They were too buisy and scheduled me for an aprasle 2 weeks out. I figured if it takes 2 weeks for an estimate it would take 2 minths to fix.The office looked nice, the entrance was confusing and super congested with cars waiting to be worked on.I ended up going somewhere else and they were actively working on my vehicle before my aprasle date at this place. LOL

We have been using this business since before the new owners and name Gerber Collision & Glass. They get a zero for the cleanliest of the restrooms, used by their customers. Worst than a unkept gasoline station. Germs people germs. They need to educate their mechanics and employees. The previous owners kept the restrooms clean and sanitized. All it takes is one person who care about how the business presents themselves to their customers.

I took my car into the repaired after an auto accident. The gentleman who handled my case was named Mike, he was professional, very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to do business with.I I took my car in on a Monday, and at 2:30 on Tuesday, my car was ready. I was very pleased with the quick return time of my vehicle.I would highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass.

Will never go here again. Save yourself the time and effort. I am now dealing with repainting half of my car properly because they did a terrible job. Multiple shades across 4 panels, I had to take my car in multiple times for a repair that only needed 1 trip. The guy who helped me is no longer there. This is a step in the right direction, but I am infuriated that their work was characterized as poorly as the adjuster. We have dealt with him twice now and it was a fiasco both times. The owner is a great guy and super charismatic which probably helps this case, but at the same time, make sure your staff is as competent as you are. Thankfully Pride is fixing all of the bunk repairs now. Be weary of taking your vehicle here.

Centre Pointe did amazing work on my daughter's car. There was nearly $10,000 damage on a car not worth much more than that. You couldn't even tell there had been an accident in appearance or handling. Even more impressive was that I had an issue with the headlamps--only the bright lights would work, but I didn't notice that issue until five weeks after they had completed the work. I called and they told me to come in any time. The next morning I stopped in and they immediately had a mechanic stop what he was working on, come outside to look at the car and solve my problem in just a few minutes. High integrity business. Hopefully I'll never have to go back, but if I do I know they will take care of me!

We were very happy with the quality of service. The car looks and runs great and the work was completed in a timely manner. Customer service was also fabulous! Would definitely go here again, but I hope I never have to! Haha!

Argued with me about the color of my vehicle. Saying it was plain white not white platinum. If it sparkles in the sun its not plain white. Told me they would give me a quote by the end of the day, never got it. My dads vehicle was worked on at this shop and the paint is coming off and that was only about 3 months ago. This shop is over priced for the service and quality of work provided.

Do not use this shop! We were referred to them by AAA after our car was rear ended. There was some paint peeling off near the damage from the accident. We told them that we would like to pay separately to have that repaired at the same time.I was given an estimate of "about $500." When I was called back with an "official estimate" it was $1,200, which really didn't make sense based on the additional area needing repair. When I asked why the price was so different and why the price was so high, Armen told me "you are lucky that we are even touching that part of your car". When I said, "If you had told me that when I dropped the car off, I would not have left it." He then said, "we'll you can just come and pick it up", which I did.The ladies in the office were wonderfully friendly and competent but it felt like I was being taken advantage of by Armen, and when I questioned it, he got irritated quickly. In all, it cost 2 hours of phone calls and a 3 day delay in getting the car back on the road.I'm so glad we left the shop when we did. I think it could have been much worse. I can't imagine trying to get a real problem worked out with these guys.I took it to another body shop (perfect service, no problems, additional area getting repaired for $700). By the way, look for the body shop in Newhall on Railroad with 5 stars and many reviews, that's the one to go to!

I had a terrible experience here. Very irresponsible people with bad attitudes. Especially the manager. I don t know if he is there the one that I spoke with. My experience was that they LOST my keys. My keys are the kind that is push start and cost 200 to replace. The manager did not take responsibility and blamed me that I never gave them the key. He refused to take responsibility and kept accusing me that I never gave it to them. It turns out that one of the drivers took the key with him on vacation. He called me and was no apologetic and acted like I should be so happy that they even found them . Awful place and the receptionist are very weird . The work thy did was soso. This place should get new staff with better costumer service. Never going back. Very stressful I was treated like I was a stupid person.

They told me my truck would be done the 30th and when i called on the 31st it still wasnt ready. No one bothered to call me to tell me that it would take longer than expected. Poor customer service!! Then when they called me to tell me it was ready they didnt mention i was going to have to pay my deductible to them before my truck was released. They really need to get better customer service skills. I will not be returning.

Avoid this place by all means necessary, the workmanship is horrible. From a distance the work looks okay, but when you get close you realize the horrible job they do. I had to take my car back 3 times to fix things they left half@ss done. I finally gave up and now I have to live with my car having rattles and and parts not aligned because I would get attitude from the shop every time I'd take the car in..

Best place for repairs in the Santa Clarita Valley. If you get into an accident or simply need to repair body damage please use Centre Pointe. Honest, fair, and hardworking. My car came back looking better than ever. I could even tell where the original damage took place. They work well with insurance companies.

I recently had my 2013 Hyundai Velsoster fixed here. The amount of stress the body shop took me through was incredible. Because of the unprofessionalism and inability to properly communicate with the insurance company my car was held up. 21 days in total. Just to find out they did sub par work and cut corners. The only reason I found out was less then a month later someone hit me again in the same area. Armen's response was to deflect that shottie work as someone else's doing. Yet I was never made aware or photos never taken to prove such an accusation. I don't write reviews as I'm a retail manager and understand clearly better then most what it takes. I behaved well within normal limits as a customer to insure I didnt get bad service. You have been warned! Armen the manager is completely incompetent in handling costomers. I hope the company sees this and prevents Armen from further ruining their reputation.

My son is driving a Prius and had frame bending collision with a curb in Burbank. Had the car towed to Centre Pointe. Mike the manager did a great job of putting this car back on the road in new condition. Only issue we had was the Enterprise was closed an my son rented a car from a business across the street that overcharged us an we were left with a hefty rental bill beyond what Allstate would cover.I would recommend this group highly for professional and careful work.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE !!!! this place has been my go to since they opened many years ago and they have only got better with time my recent damage to my Jeep would never have been taken care of if it we're not for Cheryl's persistence to resolve Allstate's neglance against it's lifetime customers she kept at it along with keeping me the actual customer in the loop for the entire repair and release of the vehicle which I will add was perfectly repaired to my standard Cheryl did all of the leg work for me and I could not be more appreciative I can only hope she will be there for my next collision repair adventure

This body shop was referral by the AAA because of terrible experience at the Valencia Body Shop. You can look up my review for Valencia Body Shop. Horrible place!!!First of all, Robbie Grisaffi should get a employee of the month and get a raise and paid vacation.Period!!!!Roof rail was scratched with screw driver from attempted service and rear hatch inside cover was missing.... 2inch 3inch plastic cover. From Valencia Body Shop, which they deny of ever touching the roof rail and missing plastic cover.Roof rail was finished earlier last month and plastic cover was installed yesterday 2-27-2018.Saturn Vue is no longer in production so it hard to find parts for it, but Robbie came thru with it, and my father couldn't be any happier. My first impression was that this body shop was gonna be like any other body shop. Which is rude, no quality control, lying to cover up...,but no, Robbie was true with his words and made my father very happy.I don't understand how Valencia Body Shop and Patterson's Collison Center has so high of reviews...I had to take my rear ended Jetta to Patterson's 6 time and I didn't want to deal with them anymore.last time I talked with the owner, (2011)and he was comparing rear quarter panel that he could not install right to the 4s box.... 4s box(electrical box that is installed flush to the wall for the outlet) not every box is made to the perfection.... so the quarter panel is not made same...Couple of dollar parts to the hundreds of dollar... blame the part not "us" rude and not professional at costumer relation.

I had an aftermarket headlight issue with my dodge challenger and I decided to have VBS take a look for a diagnosis. Floyd was very helpful and friendly and offered his advice on how to address the problem, which happened to be the most affordable solution. He also showed me how the problem was happening and what to look out for.

They didn t listen to what I would like done. Did it there way charged me for their way of doing it . Then did what I said form the start. Double bill me for a small fix. Keep Vehicle long then what they said. Not a Locksmith shop.

Great shop. Took time but well done repairs and they haggled with the insurance company to get every repair needed. Would definitely recommend them.
