There was a mix up with my appointment time but they still took me in and got me out quickly. They even checked my water pump. They were very professional and efficient. This company was referred to me by a friend that live in the area. I was so impressed with the honesty and integrity of the staff here. They took great care of me and my vehicle. I got a referral from America's Tire to fix a lug bolt and they didn't even put a hub cap on right, just ziptied it to the wheel. No way of telling if they put the lug bolt on properly.

This is my go to place for alignment and brakes. There was a new guy Juan, that was there this time I went and the service was good as always. They did my shocks and struts this time. They have many other services as well, check them out. My Brake Masters is on Main St. In Newhall, California.

Got my front brakes and rotors done tonight. I m really happy with the experience I had. I forget the gentleman s name but I believe he was the manager or owner. I think his name started with a D. He was very kind, and the team was efficient and surprisingly quick. I called beforehand and told him I really needed my brakes done and I knew they were going to close soon and he graciously let me come in to get them done. My car honestly feels 110% better! I will definitely come back to this place. I will recommend this place to my friends as well.Thanks!

Very quick got my brakes and oiled change in timely manner. All costs were told up front and Donald the manger was super nice both over the phone and getting the details done for the car. Great job this trip too! I had my tires aligned this time, along with a quick oil change, and was able to use a coupon to save me $$! Car feels great now on the road! Very efficient work, quick, and the staff was very competent on the work they provided me; they were able to give me a lot of information about the alignment done on my car. Any question I had, they provided me with an answer that explained it all. Very satisfied over all, and again, I will definitely refer this company to anyone needing an oil change, alignment, breaks, or any other tune up! Thank you to the staff of the Break Masters in Fontana and specifically the manager "Junior" for your great work.

Great experience. Donald was a pleasure to work with and did a complete brake replacement on my truck including rotors, pads, fluid, and even my parking brake shoes. When it comes to brakes, I want a place that won't cut corners and they did the job right.

The manager Donald is awesome! They are very willing to help and go the extra mile. I got full breaks a few months ago and recently had to go to the dealer for a recall and they did a multi point check and claimed that my brake fluid (that was just replaced when the brakes were done) was dirty. I took it to Brake Masters and they said it wasn't dirty like the dealership claimed but they replaced it anyways. Thanks Brake Masters!

I was referred here by America's Tire store for a wheel alignment. They did the front tires only since my vehicle is front wheel drive. They provided the spec sheet showing before and after. I noticed they seem to be using a new type of 3D system for testing. I would say my car rides a lot better compared to before.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

Nowadays finding a place where you can get an honest opinion about repairs without getting ripped-off it s rare, but this place is the exception; I ve was told that I need $600+ worth of repairs at another shop in town, but at Brake Masters I was informed the only issue with my car was that I needed two new tires. Got new tires and the problem as the team at BM predicted is now gone! you make what you want out of this review; I know I ll be going back to BM for my vehicle s repair.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

Very professional office and quick service. I do oil changes with them for both of my cars. They also have a free brake inspection and they are honest in telling you if you don't need a break pad replacement yet. The oil changed takes me about 15 to 20 minutes per car. Very clean environment. I have gone there with my children and we were able to sit in a clean air conditioned space with a clean restroom while the cars are getting service.

I needed an alignment and Brake Masters was recommended by my tire provider. I was so glad I called them. They were so kind and professional and got me in and out in a timely manner and gave me a nice discount for the referral! I highly recommend them!

I got my oil changed, asked for 5-30 synthetic instead of the 0-20 synthetic they wanted to put. Proceeded to tell me I would void my warranty on the engine, and that it was wrong. I'm there for an oil change, it's my car, it's my money, just put what I want. They did this to me once before, just do what the customer asks. Probably won't go again. Don't like to argue with them.But on a good note, I got my oil changed. And it was in a decent amount of time. Thus the 2 stars

Really took care of my brakes and vehicle loved going on a weekend there are nearby shops in Newhall the public library. All walking distance can wait for your car and not be bored or starving.

They did a good job on my brakes, but I was told it was only going to be up to an hour or two, and it took almost 4 hours. They understandably offered to the charge for this reason, which I appreciated. The customer service was great.

Took in for 4 wheel alignment on 2011 Cadillac CTS, they said only front wheels needed alignment, also had brake fluid exchange. Great Service, fast. done in an hour with appointment made. Very low prices after coupons, big savings over using the car dealer. I'll be back!!!

This is one of the most honest shops in SCV. Truly hard working guys getting the job done quickly and efficiently. The Manager Donald always takes care of me. They even can tune and align aftermarket suspension.

This is the most crooked shop I have ever dealt with. I know most of what there is to know about cars, and this guy will lie, try to force you into parts and labor that you don't need. I feel terrible for anyone going in that place who is not very knowledgeable about auto mechanics, because you will absolutely be taken advantage of, and ripped off. I almost was, and I do know what I'm doing, I have to very aggressively order him to do what I wanted, and he STILL got me for $20 (bearing hub seals) in parts I didn't need (they were recently replaced) or want, by insisting he wouldn't do it without after my car was already disassembled. CROOK AND LIAR!

This place will do way more damage to your car than good I brought my car in there for an alignment and to replace my shocksI might drive back to work after they finished their work after 2 days of my car being at the shop I noticed a clanking sound as I was driving and turning the corner when I stopped at my shop I looked up underneath I noticed my rear sway bar was completely loose along with factory wires that were in place before we're now zip-tied that was just a start of my problems I brought the car back for them to fix the loose sway bar then the following day I was driving home and noticed a pool of fluid pouring out of underneath my car they had not replaced a o ring on my front axle and left some parts out absolutely furious I had to have my vehicle towed over to Ace Automotive so Shy could actually have somebody good take a look at it. there was a whole list of things that they did wrong did not put back together and parts that were missing off of my car mind you before I brought my car into them I never had an issue before stay away will talk your ear off just to get your money and then they screw you over I will never step foot back in that store again. Stay as far as way possible find somebody else there's way more better shops in this valley.

Unethical. I was just in for brakes and they asked about an oil change. They said my sticker said I was over. I knew I had just changed the oil last month and had not driven much. I declined. He asked again and again I declined. Once in my car I saw the sticker that said 295 and my odometer read 292. They just got $400 out of me and wanted $40 more. I had a baby with me and am female. Regardless of the quality of their work, they're unethical and this is more important. I will not be back.

I went in for an alignment and was told that my 2009 Honda Civic was so far out of alignment that they wanted to order 2 kits for the front and back to fix them. Each kit running around $100 plus. I left and went to Grand American Tire almost around the corner and they realigned my whole car for $59.95. I showed them the paperwork Brake Masters gave me and the mechanic laughed and said, yes they were out of alignment but I fixed them.
