Not sure what all these recent bad ratings are all about. I hope they're not slipping over there. I've never had anything done to my windshields so I can't speak to that. I have however, had all of my Lincoln Town Cars limo blacked there. Black Diamond has always done a great job at a great price. I wish wonderful fade resistant 3M films were an option but then again, all these years later, I haven't a single complaint with the product they used. Still looks pretty awesome.

Over the years my family has used Black Diamond to tint 10+ vehicles. My daily driver vehicle was tinted by Black Diamond in 2013 after I purchased it. I had every single window tinted, including the windshield. Now that time has passed, the tint is peeling on most of the windows. I contacted Black Diamond about bringing it in for warranty. They told me they will not warranty the front windows because they're illegal. What?! They had no problem taking my money to tint the front windows on my 10+ vehicles I've brought to them over the years. I used them based on their warranty. Now that I know it's not actually honored, I have no intention of going back. I will instead pay another company to re-tint the whole vehicle in a high quality 3M film. If value is what you're after, Black Diamond likely suits the bill. I'm the kind of guy who wants good customer service, especially after years and years of repeat business. Oh well.

Matt and his friendly staff checked me in quickly, described all the different levels of tinting with darkness and temperature control so I could select what works for me. Left my car and received call just under 4 hrs later that car was ready for pick up. Looks beautiful and workmanship is top notch. Basically did a walk-in with my EV6. Talked to Shannon who quickly gave me a quote and recommendations for my windshield and 2 sides. Ceramic. She gave a 2 hour timeframe, called me a little over an hour later and it was done. They even gave me a sun strip on the house because they saw me admiring a car on their lot that had one. Car looks awesome, great job. Highly recommend this place.

3 generations of my family have been having g there cars tinted here. Sence 1985 to today. They are in the same location and that should tell you something.. you get your car tinted here and know they will be there to help if needed or to tint your next car!! If it dosent have that little black diamond on the window then you just don't know what kind of quality your getting!!Been here and will always come back!

I just contacted them from a job they did years ago on my truck which they state lifetime warranty. A couple windows are bubbling now. They are telling me they do not warranty front windows do to laws. Bottom line is I paid for a service and they stated lifetime warranty and now they are snaking there way out of it. Paid 350$ for my 2022 Sienna. Absolute pros work here! In 2015 I tinted my Optima at Black Diamond and it never bubbled or peeled off. The tint was still intact when I sold my optima in 2022. You pick the tint they apply it. It s also lifetime guarantee.Awesome place and worth the investment with these CA heat waves.

They deleted my last review so I'll leave another one. Went there at 8 am like they told me to. No one home. Waited until 9:15am and still no one there to take a job. Was a 3 Star now a 2 star for deleting my first review. C'mon now. Never got to use the business because no one came to work on time. Set up an appointment with Sun Dimmers for 8 am this morning. Jobs done everything was on time. Lifetime warranty.

I have had ongoing issues with my vehicle's window tint that was installed here January 2022. I have taken my vehicle back to them for correction two additional separate times now. The tint has had minor bubbling each time and now most recently streaking. The streaking is in between the window and tint. This was most likely caused by them not cleaning the window properly before reapplying the tint. It is ridiculous I've had my vehicle here on 3 separate occasions and my window tint still looks bad. I'm honestly very surprised this place has as many good reviews as it does. I've had owned approximately 10 vehicles in my life and every vehicle has been tinted by various places. I have never had an issue with any other window tint installation ever in my entire life until now. I will never return to them again for any type of service. I gave them 3 separate opportunities to fix my tint and they didn't.Service: Vehicle window tinting

I have had them do 3 of my trucks, but after the last experience there I will not be going back !! The tint on my rear window tore when the window was rolled down because it was trimmed too short ! But no warranty even though workmanship is supposedly lifetime, she said it was something wrong with my truck and that s why it did it, BS !! I will be looking for a new tint shop for future use. I hope the $70 they charged to fix their mistake was worth my future business and referrals !

They did a fantastic job on the tint The price was more than fair and they did it within 90 minutes on their busiest day. Absolutely awesome service. I would highly recommend these guys (Don't let me down black diamond )

Been using them since 1990. Jimmy the owner still works on the cars himself along with George the wizard. Not one of the 37 cars they tinted for me over the year have had any issues. Tint still looks like new

Jimmy, is very rude, to women, I observed.The whole staff took lunch at the same time, I've been waiting over an hour. Jimmy is putting other people before me, he dumped all his stress of the heat on me. I've been coming here sometime around 2004 ish, I've never been treated so poorly.I was in a few months ago and George was who I dealt with, not one complaint.The work done here is quality and the prices reflect the quality of service.Myself, I will never be returning to this establishment, Jimmy is the only cause of this.He gives New Yorker's a bad name.Try not to come when the short little man with leprechaun ears is working, unless you have you're husband accompany you.

I have taken... 4 of my previous cars here for tint, and I am planning on taking my 5th over there in the near future; that should speak for itself... No complaints here, always a top quality installation, clean shop, fast service and a local favorite.

The woman who works the front is very rude over the phone and in person. She has very bad customer service. The man, who I believe is the owner, has better service. Great quality tint though!

The price is way too high now. Nearly 300 dollars for a small Honda. The back tint isn't even that dark even though I asked for limo, it's almost as light as the front . I don't think I'll be back.
