Really can t say enough great things about this shop. If you are looking for professional PPF and Tint installers that are very detailed, surgeon precise in their cuts and insanely detail oriented Winn Autosports is the best place in OC PERIOD!The owner and his whole crew are amazing. Michael patiently answers all my questions and provides professional suggestions about the window tinting and color wraps.They took me in only a few days after inquiring, their customer service is remarkable, communication throughout the entire process with social media post about my car so I can see what was done! Passionate people and car enthusiasts, it their work ethic and service was just out of this world. AGAIN THEY ARE THE #1 IN OC by far!Incredible job guys! I can t thank you enough for your work, your attention to detail and your impeccable customer service!! I will recommend anyone I know who s in the market for tint, ppf, or paint correction!

I recently visited an auto repair shop and I must say, I was very impressed with their service. Firstly, the manager of the repair shop was extremely patient, taking the time to listen carefully to my problem and offering very professional advice. He also explained in detail what work needed to be done during the repair process and provided a breakdown of the costs. I really appreciated his professional attitude and patience.Secondly, the technicians at the repair shop were very skilled. My car had some issues, but the repairman quickly identified the problem and fixed it using the best possible methods. They paid great attention to detail and kept me constantly informed about what they were doing and the progress of the repair. The whole process was very smooth and I was extremely satisfied with their service.Overall, I highly recommend this auto repair shop. Their manager is very professional and patient, and the technicians are very skilled, which made me feel very confident. If you have any car problems, I strongly suggest you go to them.

I brought my Tesla Model 3 here to get the full airlift air suspension kit installed and it was a great experience. Great communication and I m very happy with their work. I ll be coming back.

I purchased a front splitter with them. It arrived cracked, scratched and loose pieces. I have called 11 times. Emailed 6. No response. Love to take your money, but cant return a phone call or email.

Winn Autosports has been my go to auto parts store. I had a lot of modifications done at their store and the quality of their work can be trusted. All the members of the team are always welcoming and friendly at every visit.

It is not about wasting money there. It is about your car. Be careful or you will regret it. I sent my new car barely with 16 miles just picked up from McKenna Audi dealership to install ambient lights at their shop. The sales named Joze assured me that this is not their first time to install ambient lights on a A6 and sent me their previous work video and told me it only takes 2-3 business days. But eventually it takes over a week and you cannot imagine how collapsed when I was there to pick up my car. The lines lights and surface lights are reversely installed, and everywhere are dents and scratches, pics attached. What's worse, the emergency lights are on. The autoshop owner Micheal promised me that they will take care of. So I trusted them again and left my car there for another whole week! However, not only the emergency lights are not fixed at all, but also those dents and scratches are just rashly filled up with paint pen. They want me to wait another week so they could study how to fix the emergency lights and replace the wood part with dents for me. But it has been weeks, I called sales Joze and I texted Owner Micheal, no respond ever. They do not want to be in charge of anymore. I left comments here, just do not want anyone else to experience this terrible experience, save your car anyone else, just not here!

I am very dissatisfied with your car repair service. Firstly, your employees did not complete the job on time, and did not explain the reason. When I asked, they even seemed impatient. Secondly, your employees did not fully resolve my issue, which led me to have to bring my car in for repair again. Lastly, your prices were very expensive, and the service quality was not good. This is one of the worst car repair experiences I have ever encountered. I cannot recommend your service anymore.

Was rear ended this summer in the rain and upon finding the prices for the OEM rear diffuser for my car it just so happens that the quality nice 1 piece carbon bit that Winn Autosports sells is CHEAPER than the OEM ABS plastic. Soooo after the wife said ok and the estimator said, ok i chose Winn Autosports and the item arrived and it was perfect. AWESOME weave AWESOME Clear coat and very friendly customer service. i really do appreciate this experience because i was not very happy about the guy texting and driving behind me in Baltimore....... What makes it so bad is my wife laughs when she watched the dash cam footage over and over. But again great service and product! love the site!

Came here for a wheel alignment before, never have seen a store use four chairs to do this process. Talking to the owner of this store, it feels that he did not value much for customer opinion. Had them install wireless apple carplay/ Android auto(wired) MMI unit for my 2013 BMW 328i convertible (E93). They did a great job for a very reasonable price.Also walked me through the process of using all its functions (including switch back and forth btw BMW CIC unit and the MMI). Will highly recommend this place.Thanks guys

I ve been there a few times. Bad experience always. If you do care of your car, don t go there. Btw, the manager s attitude is really bad. I've always given this store a second chance as it was recommended by my friends and I came here for the convenience, but now I am willing to drive further for better service.

If you can't fix a wheel, don't accept it and leave it to someone else. I told you that the wheels were ruined by you, but you didn't say anything about compensating me. Now I give you a bad review and you say these things. You are always silent when people question your work . Then you pretend that nothing happened . You should really reflect on your work instead of pretending to care about what your customers think now. You just care about bad reviews.

//NEW REVIEW//Edit: after receiving my order I can confirm that the product is well made and well packaged. Owner is nice to deal with once you establish communications. I think that the store has great items with a modern looking website, and would be improved once its logistics becomes more consistent.Thank you WINN AUTOSPORTS for your response and customer service.//OLD REVIEW//It s been 12 days and this store has still not shipped my order. I was contacted about not having the color of my item in stock 10 days after placing my order and that they could ship the colors they do have in stock immediately. However, nothing is shipped yet even after I ve confirmed that they can instead ship the items that are in stock.

UPDATE II: Products received, communication was lacking but they did come through in the end and what I ordered exceeded my expectations. Despite some slow order turn around I'd order from them again. Good prices for what you get when you shop around.UPDATE: I got a reply from Winn explaining an issue with shipping. I wished they'd left off with this information but I try to be understanding about issues like this. I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and went from 1 star to 3. If/when I get what I ordered I'll reevaluate my opinion again.ORIGINAL: Placed an order on Friday morning August 3rd, a week later the order still shows "processing". Winn Autosports initially was quick to reply to a product inquiry that day but were very slow to respond to inquiries about cancelling the order. The phone number listed on the website goes directly to a voicemail box which I still find odd but we'll see if they come through in the end.

Product itself is great. Customer service is some of the worst I have ever experienced. Ordered the product on October 27th and was going to pay for expedited shipping as i needed the pieces for a car show but there was no option on the website even though your site says you offer it. i sent multiple emails to no response and called 7-8 times to no answer. Left messages each time asking for an update and got nothing in return. Order didn't ship until 3 weeks after it was placed and took over a week to arrive. This is the first and last time I spend any money with your company. If I could have canceled my order to take my business elsewhere I would have.

The time it takes these people to fulfill orders is beyond an acceptable timeframe. It s now been a week since I placed my order and my order still hasn t even processed. It s still in a order received status. They re blatant liars as their website says they aim to process orders in a timely fashion. I really didn t want to purchase from them because of this reason, but they are the only ones carrying a specific product that I want so I m forced to buy from them. Which is unfortunate because I am now at their mercy. If you read the various other reviews you will see the same trend. Very unprofessional.Edit: from two stars to one. Still haven t received any update on my order two weeks later. Called them first thing in the morning so that I could reach them since they never answer. It sounded like they had no clue about my order so they said they would call me back. Never received a call back.Never purchasing anything from here again once I get this sorted.

Ordered a front splitter for my S3. Emailed about rush shipping as I needed it for a show and you cannot choose other options for shipping on their site (was willing to pay the fortune to rush it). Never heard back from them. Received tracking info a few hours after placing my order. Great, said was to arrive in 2 days! Tracking never updated. After multiple calls and emails trying to figure out what was going on I finally got someone. They shipped the wrong splitter. I was never informed of this mistake on their end. Now they cannot ship out my purchase until the day after it was suppose to arrive. Which means I will not receive item in time. Second purchase from Winn I am unimpressed with. Would have thought they would have done everything to get my item here. IE "hey we will have it shipped out today and overnighted due to our mistake....Update. Winn has taken care of the problem. Bump to 4 stars.

Purchased a few custom badges, emblems, and a grill. Products are good quality and fit well. I received my items fairly quickly. Great customer service! They always respond to my questions. Really happy with my purchases.

They offer a great range of products and high quality, however many of my packages have had delayed or took longer than supposed to. I have also had communications issues regarding my orders between not getting responses on voicemails or emails (usually takes about a week). I would give you 4 stars but this isnt my first issue. Not sure if I will use their business anymore. (I dont blame them for USPS/FedEx/UPS relate delays, its usually they dont leave the warehouse on time.)

Dedicated to delivering your order quickly and affordable as possible what a joke. I ordered a black out badge for my trunk and it still hasn t shipped a week later. The only thing quick is how fast my money was taken out of my account. I ve called several times, left messages, and sent emails. I will not order from this company again and I guess I have to deal with PayPal.I had to file a PayPal claim to get my money back. Buyers beware.

I really doubt their technology, the service is not good, they all use cheap things, the technology is not up to standard, when you have problems after your car is refitted, Boss Mike doesn t care about you. Never recommend.

Just got my lip kit , side skirts and splash guards installed on my 2005 c6 vette and I'm most definitely satisfied .. very impressive and fair price..I'd highly recommended going to them for all work and installation...good at communicating and Honest 5 stars all day!!

placed an order on the 29.october and didnt recieve any shipping confirmation, i then had to ask on the 14.november for tracking, they replied with tracking (this should be automatic, customers should not have to ask for shipping confirmation.). its now 9th december and i still have not recieved my package yet... and they are not answering my emails now.. over 2 weeks with no response

Came here for a full vinyl wrap on my G8, Arturo helped me out and I got outstanding work done at a great price. He was extremely helpful with suggestions to make it look better, gave me updates regularly, even gave me a ride back home after I dropped off the car! The wrap turned out perfect, looks sooo sexy, amazing service here, would most definitely recommend this place to anyone...5 stars is not enough

We ordered an Audi Grill in February and havent received it. Many attempts at contacting the merchant have gone unsucessful. Last month we reached them by phone once, he aplogized and said he would express mail the item and send tracking details. This did not happen.

Had a great experience at Winn Autosports. Jose diagnosed my Joyeauto module. Unfortunately the module was not working properly (bought and installed elsewhere). Jose communicated extremely well via IG + reviewing their posts on BMWS brought me to the shop. I'll def refer people in the future

One star really equals zero. Getting a response from these guys is like pulling teeth. Not to mention that their website is very misleading. They advertise products with specific specs that they do not carry. When asked, they never give you a direct response and would continue to give you the runaround. Consumer confidence at a absolute zero. If you're considering ordering from Winn Autosports, please reconsider and save yourself the headache.
