I ordered a part that was scheduled for delivery within 2 business days, NOT!! The part took over two weeks to arrive at the Suzuki Depot location. Each time I called to follow up with Suzuki they seemed annoyed and provided little explanation why the part was not available as stated, 2 days. To add insult to the situation I've contacted their "service representative" in hopes of taking my car in for service but no return call or email communication. Yes, supposedly they service Suzuki vehicles. But, I will never know as I have left numerous messages with their representative with no success there. I was referred to Suzuki Depot by dealers who no longer service Suzuki vehicles. Please stop referring people to this company. Their service sucks!!!

They did the recall on my Suzuki for free. Very helpful. Did not think there was still a place that did recalls on Suzukis.

I didn't but anything from them or go to the store, but the two people I talked to on the phone were very friendly and polite
