I recently took my vehicle to a RDZ TIRES & WHEELS and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.They took the time to understand my needs and provided me with a range of options that would suit my vehicle.The technicians were highly skilled and efficient, and they worked quickly to get my new wheels. They also took the time to explain the maintenance and care that my new wheels and tires would require, which was extremely helpful.The quality of the work performed was exceptional. My vehicle looks like a dream. I feel safer on the road now that i have wheels.The pricing was competitive, and I felt like I got a great value for my money. I appreciate that they were upfront with the costs and didn't try to sell me on unnecessary upgrades.Overall, I highly recommend this wheel and tire location. They exceeded my expectations in every way and provided me with a top-notch experience. If you need wheels or tires for your vehicle, this is the place to go.

Made an appointment at this shop 1 week in advance, and followed up the day before to confirm my 11:30 am appointment Moses said everything is good to go. I drove out from the IE and got there around 11 am, turns out the guy that does the camber arm work didn t come into work and no else knows how to do it.. no one else knowing how to do it is fine, the guy not coming into work is fine too, but give your customers a heads up if you know they are coming in for that job that no one else knows how to do wouldn t take more than 3 mins to pick up the phone and say, we re going to have to reschedule because the only guy that knows how to install a camber arm didn t come to work. Just sayin it s unprofessional, being lazy, and just not caring about the impression you leave with your customers.

Easily the best experience I've ever had buying tires. (Which isn't anybodys favorite thing to do.) Everett was fast, friendly, and clearly experienced. We needed 3 new tires, and a specific brand and type and size. He quoted us lower than most places i called around to. And with a small deposit at 4pm yesterday, he was able to order them for next day delivery so we weren't inconvenienced at all time wise. When the tires came in, he notified me promptly. It was less than 24 hrs after I'd ordered them. It was cold, raining, and I had a sleepy 3 yr old with me. He had us done and out of there in under 30 minutes. I will be coming back here again, and recommending this place to everyone I know. Thank you Everett!

Great place for tires and rims! My family and I have been coming here the past couple of years and we have yet to find a better tire place. From all the shops we've been, this is the best one we've found and Everett, always goes out of his way to get us exactly what we need. Even if he doesnt have it right there and then, he makes it happen! Also very competitive pricing, highly recommend!

This place is very unprofessional. They damaged my $5,000 rims due to them being inexperienced and cheap. They started cleaning my rims with a very old rag causing severe scratches. The owner did not want to take full responsibility for something they did. The owner is a young guy with no experience. I've also had people in the past tell me they've had issues at this location. I HIGHLY recommend going else where. Unless you don't mind your car getting damaged. This place needs new ownership and workers!

A respectable and honest tire shop with excellent customer service and good working tires and a fair price. They work hard and take care of business and most importantly, take care of their customer. I wouldn't go to any other tire shop without checking with Rodriguez Tires first.

I took my car today to get my TPMS sensor installed (which I purchased on eBay) and in less than 15 minuets the guy was done without any issues. This is after me taking it to America's Tires and to Firestone. Both told me they were not able to program them unless I purchase the sensor from them. Rodriguez Tires had it done without any issues. Thank you! I did not get the guys name but A+

For those of you writting and slandering our shops customer service but we promise we take full responsibility and actions for our mistakes and if you contacted us and we didnt fix the problem its prolly because it wasnt our fault so thank you for only making our bussiness more open to the public and thank you guys for your time and we enjoy all of you as our customers and thank those who come back time and time again

Garbage place I called much earlier and asked for a brand of a tire they said they have so many I went all the way there after that they showed me some tire that they were almost done like 15-20% left do not waste your time going to this place

This place damages the vehicles and doesn't like to take full responsibility. I had them fix the problem they created and they decided to do a mickey mouse job and now the problem is back.
