This place was easy and great to work with. All I needed was an income and I was approved. Anthony made it easier for me and made me feel comfortable. Evelyn also was very nice and always smiling . Btw, My Audi looks great with the rims.Thank you

Met Benny at Santa Ana wanted to swap my wheels I purchased in Riverside. Benny and his team satisfied my every need and made my new set of wheels shine and I couldn't be more happy. Isaac the district manager took great care of me he was very personable.Mary the account rep was awesome read over the contract and made things easy as well.highly recommend Ben and his team! Went in to get a set of four tires. Was greeted from Ben and his team. They took great care of me satisfied my every need. Contract was gone over. Originally I was set up for Monday. Ben said we will stay late and get the job done.Thank you Benny and Isaac!

Evelyn and the whole entire staff made my purchase very easy, they are also very knowledgeable. I made an appointment with them a couple days prior, they knew I had to be at work so they planned ahead by already having the tires mounted on the rims. It was a smooth process. Thank you so much. I ll be making another purchase asap

I HAVE BEEN WITH RAW SINCE 2015. This is my 4th set of rims with them since then a 2015 Cadillac SRX , 2018 Toyota Tacoma, 22 Toyota Tacoma, and a 2012 Infiniti G25 Journey and obviously they do a sick job and have amazing staff or I wouldn t keep coming back they offer fair payments no credit check and quick and very professional service so I will be a customer for life especially the Santa Ana location thank you very much Rent A Wheel

Leon was super helpful and have a lot of knowledge about tires and rims. They don t have in stock what we was looking for but he order my rims and the next day he was calling that my new set of rims and tires arrived That s called customer service at 110%. They have used and new sets of rims and tires too, very smooth and pleasant experience.

I've been trying to get a hold of someone at this location regarding getting charged twice in one day. I guess contracts don't mean anything when you're getting to you last few payment. Was planning on getting tires for my other car but this has happend twice. I'll try another shop.

I caught a flat out out that way, I live near Hollywood, and came across these guys while driving somewhere else to get my tire fixed. Isaac and Abraham took care of me, quick! Very smooth and very nice. Would definitely come back

A good selection of quality brand wheels in the latest designs. Was able to achieve the right look and fitment I was wanting. RAW has provided excellent customer service during the entire process and continues to take care of me.

Terrible, after less than 90 days the lug nuts RAW installed failed, my wheel came off turning a low speed turn causing thousands of dollars of damage to my car, RAW takes no responsibility for this and told me to take a hike, I will now have to contact a lawyer to get my vehicle repairs covered, They lie to your face and the sales guy keeps trying to push car detailing he does on the side, shady place.

I got my rims & tires for my Dodge Chargerat rent a wheel in Santa Ana CAI had the best experience that day I went in to the shop good environment. Place to shop for your rims & tires received good customer service also received good customer service from Arlene at the front desk she was amazing cool and had so much patient I give her 100% on it also Kevin who installed my rims and tires did the best from the west job on it Took his time On it didn t rush on it Even though knowing the shop was about to close I recommend rent A wheel in Santa Ana only I would come back to the shop for more rims and tiresElizabeth & Carlos.

Rent a wheel Santa Ana is a great place to find rims and tires at an affordable price. The customer service I received was great and they were prompt handling my order and the rims were at a price I could afford. Overall great experience
