So far so good. My brand new 2017 Open Range trailer had a defective roof and I chose Premier to do warranty work. Jeff has been great to work with. Premier is just that, they do not cut corners and take pride in their work. Highly recommend!Update 8/1/17:My roof work is complete. Premier did an amazing job and you can look at the before and after photos to see how smooth my new roof is as compared to the factory roof. Great job Jeff. Thank you guys at Premier for doing it the right way!!!!

Jeff and his team did a top notch job. Everyone was Great from the guys helping me back in the trailer and when I got there. To Jeff taking the time to explain why my repairs needed to be done and how to prevent it in the future. Highly recommend this place

I ve used this business several times, ladder removal and installation, cabinet work including added lighting and some other minor things. The staff and owner are top notch and they back up their work. Happy camper here!

Had some recent vandalism to my coach. I have to say dealing with Jeff and Maury and their staff was by far a great experience. I never once felt anger or uneasy. They were straight forward and communication by email or phone was always top notch. I highly recommend Premier for all your RV needs. I hope to not have to come back but if needs be I will definitely come back here. Thanks again team.

We had a front tire blowout on the front of our Class A RV that blew out the front panel and the sheet metal on either side of the wheel. We called Premier and talked to Maury. We took the coach to Premier and they began working on the repair within a day. They could not purchase a new panel, so they made one from moulding another similar RV's panel, which was quite ingenious. Within two weeks, working on weekends, they completed the repair. The work was excellent all around. The panel was painted and matched perfectly. The interior sheet metal on each side of the wheel was also repaired in an excellent manner. It was a rough situation for us to wait, but they got us back on the road quickly with no problems. I would have no hesitation to recommend Maury and his crew to anyone. They know what they are doing and their work is outstanding.

We had a small accident with our new DynaMax Isata 4 ... I took it somewhere else and got jerked around for about 4 weeks. We live in our RV so it is important to us that it not be out for a long time. I called Premier and spoke with Jeff. We set up an appointment to look at it and get an estimate. Within 2 days I had my estimate, we worked out a plan, they had insurance approved and ready to go. It was delivered to us on time and in great order. Start to finish.. we got to our destination and due to the time element and batteries being unused we had a little issue...not because of them....Jeff worked with me on the phone and came by on his way home to get it squared away....I m super impressed with the respect shown to us, timely delivery and quality of work performed. It s hard finding a fantastic place to work on your motor home and these guys delivered. I highly recommend Premier Motorcoach and ask for Jeff.......

So glad I found this place!!! I ended up side swiped by a another truck and it took out my side quarter rear panel on my 2007 Pace Arrow. I seriously did not know who could repair damage on RVs. The First number that came up was Premier and they had 4 Stars and I called them and worked with Maury from the initial call on to the telephone to the whole insurance process, was handled with efficiency and great professionalism. This is the place you want to go if your RV needs repair without a doubt!!!!

I have to write a review for Jeff for his excellent communication skills. Every time I emailed or called him regarding my RV he was available or responded quickly which was extremely helpful and reassuring. He was also patient with me and explained everything fully. Definitely hands on.

I have one word to describe Maury. Integrity. Long after our business transaction was done he continues to keep in contact with me and give me helpful advice. He went way above and beyond to make sure that I was happy. In this day and age it's hard to find a company like premier motorcoach that does business in an ethical manner. Having been a small business owner myself I know how hard it is to go that extra mile. Since then I've done transactions with several companies, Sears, AT&T/Direct Tv, Time Warner cable among many others. No one goes out of their way to make sure they have a happy customer like Maury does. His staff are a direct reflection of him. They will not take a shortcut or leave a job halfway done. It will be done right the first time with no shortcuts. Next time I'm within 500 miles of Anaheim I will go by there just to buy them lunch if nothing else. Congratulations on a job well done to everyone at Premier! Thanks guys!!

While enroute back to Orange County my running lights suddenly stopped working. After going to two Camping World locations and calling five other locations, Jeff told me to stop by and they would take a look at it. Even though they were extremely busy and I did not have a scheduled appointment, they got right on it. The problem turned out to be much worse and the 5th wheel had to stay overnight. I am a full time RV'r and this was my home. Jeff said no problem, you can stay right here. They provided electricity, cable and water if I needed it. The problem, (frayed and burnt wiring that could have burned the coach to the ground) was repaired the next morning and I was on the road the next day. I couldn't be happier and would highly recommend Premier Motor Coach for your RV servicing and repairs. One of the last family owned business you can rely on!

These guys are the best! We had major water damage to the top bunk and ceiling in our 2000 Class C motorhome. We were debating whether to fix it or scrap it. But we noticed there were million dollar motorhomes in their shop as well as a 1979 antique motorhome they were restoring. So we could see they knew what they were doing. And we were right. They did an excellent... excellent job. It was was such a pleasure to work with people who do what they say, and do it well.

Jeff, Laura, and team helped tremendously in a very difficult situation with our new coach to help us get our warranty work completed under less than ideal circumstances. Newmar DS 2019. Thank you for working with the manufacturer. Couldn t have done it without you guys. We will be back....but hopefully not too soon

Had a slide motor replaced, shade motor replaced, and driver and passenger seats replaced. They took good care of the coach during the work. Kept the inverter off to avoid draining the battery. Very friendly and competent. Recommended!

I've been negligent in writing this. We had solar panels installed in the fall 2016 and came back for suspension and window work in April 2017, Great work and followup. Couldn't be happier. I'll be back with my Southwind.

I stopped by this place to see what type of work they do, and after 10 minutes I was turned off by the way the guy talked to me so i stopped the conversation right there and said this is NOT the place for me. Do not go here, the owner doesnt care about the customer, he wants profits. Its a shame
