Ramiro has been helping me out with my car. He s a great mechanic well experienced and has a great customer service. This is definitely my mechanic.

I recently came here because it is right next door to my house and is convenient and was initially a good price. I was able to get a full synthetic oil change for $60 which is a great price. I came back a couple months later and the price was now $80 which I m not sure how the price could drastically change that much in 2 months. Fast forward to today I seen that they had a Groupon that seemed like a great deal. Upon arrival with the Groupon I was told that an extra $11 would be added for taxes now does that even sound right ? I have never purchased a Groupon and then been told that extra needed to be paid for taxes upon arrival. Customer service is terrible and they were not willing to help at all with helping me get a refund. Clearly, all about the money rather than providing a good service.

Ramiro is both courteous and professional and he genuinely does his utmost to make sure the customer is taken care of. This is my second time bringing my vehicle into this shop and I will continue to bring my automobiles to Ortegas Auto Repair in the future. Great service and quality work. Ortega's is honestly the best shop I've had the PLEASURE of working with. There customer service is incredible, Junior always has time to walk me through and answer all my questions. They replaced my transmission and there price was fair and better then any other shop in Orange County. I found them through Google and choose them because of their reviews and ratings, and will stay going to them because of the good work they do, their outstanding customer service, and family vibe they have !!!

Ortega s is awesome! They are such a kind and honest family-owned and run business. They have helped us fix and maintain our cars for over 6 years now and we can always count on them to help us get the most out of our cars and not break our pocket books.

These guys are awesome, to say the least. I used to have a very close friend who was also my mechanic that had to close up shop for health reasons. I didn't think I would EVER find another shop that I could trust like that. Then I found these guys. I've been advising people in my company to bring their cars here and they are all happy too. Honest goes a long way with me, then add competitive pricing and expertise... I'm hooked.

Cheaper than the dealer and more honest. Hard working owner and focused on the customer. My BMW is running like new and up to date on maintenance.He has good reviews because he's earned them, give him a try, go and service your car here, just stop by what does it cost you really?Support small businesses like this!

I had the tow truck bring the SUV here. They diagnosed the water pump and serpentine belt and replaced both same day. Good price too! Car is still running great 6 months later. I would call on them again.

Fantastic shop! This is by far a rare shop that you'll find that doesn't over charge there prices. They are real and get the job done. Great costumer service, very friendly and outgoing, the atmosphere is perfect. Came to get a part replaced, they did it at a very low cost, and without hesitation my car was running low on power steering fluid and they refilled it for me without any extra costs. Great people, great shop, will recommend to anyone that needs maintenance on there car.A++++

Excellent service and price on my Audi repair (start and idle issues). Scheduled to bring my dads BMW in for maintenance. It's hard to find a shop with good prices that actually knows what they're doing and the dealer is just plain robbery. This will be my new shop for myself and my family and friends. Not far from where I live in Tustin near Costa Mesa.

This place is by far the best auto repair place in the OC. Great service, beyond reasonable prices, extremely easy to deal with. My timing belt went out on my '06 Chrysler Sebring sedan & they took great care of me! Highly recommended & I'll deal with no one else in the OC in the future!
